In this episode, I discuss negative and positive reinforcement and come to the conclusion that I NEED positivity in all aspects in my life. This is why my wife and I are choosing to raise our kids through positive parenting. In this episode, I figure out how I want to organize my podcast thoughts. I speak about my wife showing confidence and courage when making the decision to get a large leg tattoo and came to a realization that courage comes after confidence. I define the Hawaiian word IMUA and how that Hawaiian word has helped me in all aspects of life, including my keto journey. A lot of people tell you to be brave, but without the confidence in what you are doing, you can’t make that courageous leap. Build your confidence and take that leap. IMUA
