This is a great podcast... John Fox of GroupSmarts, LLC, author of MemoryMiner, is our guest. He has a lot of interesting ideas and programming skills that he brought together to create MemoryMiner.

Derek runs from the law and cannot be present with us. Skype's "no help whatsoever desk" sends me on a mini-rant. Our skype is currently broken, or at least I can't log into it, and skype's support is useless. Listener email, Angello's email gets answered. I babble incessantly, desperately wishing Derek were here to ease the listener pain.
