As a pianist, composer, music director and music educator I’ve learned to navigate life through the many lessons music has taught me. Join me as I share my story, hopefully you’ll be inspired as well.
Just because you do something in a certain way, it doesn’t mean that’s the only way to do it.
Artists & entertainers have different roles to play, and the more those roles are understood, the better they’ll be executed.
In music, a definite no, you are still an infant after just over a year of learning music. So, what makes someone an expert on something?, it’s in industry-dependent.
You can never be prepared for everything, but you can always be prepared for how you react to everything.
You will still reach your destination, but rather in one piece. Your body always tells you when you’re not fine, listen to it & attend to the problem before continuing with your journey.
Every journey has signs at the beginning, to let you know what to expect should you take it.
The size of the applause is not always indicative of the effort you put in. And if you keep waiting for that applause or approval you’ll never make any progress.
The sooner you learn to live life at your own pace, the more value you will get from it.
