Hello my sweet friends,
It has been a while since I’ve released a podcast episode! I thought I would focus this new episode on a theme I have been exploring in my own life: rest.
In the episode, I share a little bit of an update about the last few months for me and why I’ve needed to take some time off to rest. I also share the tools that I’ve been practicing to help me recharge and fill my own cup.
I truly believe that we can only be of service to the world and others when we are operating from a place of being recharged ourselves.
Thank you so much for being here as always.
I so look forward to sharing more episodes with you soon and also sharing some of the exciting projects I’ve been working on!
Sending much love your way,
Camille

Hello my beautiful listener and welcome back!
I'm excited to release this episode as it's the first "experiential" type of episode, which includes a guided meditation (from 14:47).
This episode is divided into two parts:
1) Suggestions on how to get through a challenging time
2) Guided meditation to help you shift energy and connect to any messages that are longing to come through
This is for you if:
You're feeling stuck, low, or depressed right now; or
Your external environment is quite tough at the moment and it's affecting your energy;
You're feeling exhausted, sick, overwhelmed; or
You're feeling good BUT you would like to better prepare yourself for when you don't feel so well in the future :)
The purpose of the meditation is to allow yourself to open your heart to feel the discomfort and pain that may be present within you, so that you can integrate this discomfort and come out the other side feeling lighter and connected to the message that this darkness is trying to tell you.
I've come to realise that often I tend to push away feelings of sadness, anxiety, and depression. However, pushing away the feelings doesn't make them go away. On the contrary, when I actually allow myself to connect to my heart in those instances, I can let myself feel what needs to be felt and connect to the messages that my body and spirit are desperately wanting to communicate with me.
I hope you find this episode helpful.
With much love and light,
Camille
In today's episode, I share with you a bit of a life update and a personal reflection about the power of being present.
As you may already know, I am currently spending some time back in France - the country where I grew up. In this episode, I explain what drew me to come here and what has been my experience so far (including the big challenges I've been facing).
In the second half of the podcast, I dive into a personal reflection about why it is so important to cultivate presence in our lives.
This episode was highly influenced by the teachings of Eckart Tolle.
Ps: if you would like to support me, you can share this episode with a friend or on social media (+ tag me!).
Also, remember to follow and submit a 5-star rating (if that aligns with you of course!).
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing to tune in to my podcast. It means the world.
Sending so much love your way,
Camille

In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Ally McDonald-Bull who is passionate about helping people manifest the life their heart truly believes in.
Ally is a multi-passionate creative, pilates and dance instructor, cacao goddess, and mind-body coach. She is a true power woman who spreads her talent across many different avenues.
What I love about Ally is her unique ability to connect the mind and body, as well as science and spirituality to empower people to create magic in their life and truly step into their empowered Self.

In this episode, I sat down with Jasmine who is my very first guest speaker on the podcast!
Jasmine is a beautiful friend of mine who, at the time of recording, was also living in Byron Bay (on the East coast of Australia) where her and I met.
Jasmine is a warm, fun, and talented woman who (amongst many things) is a yoga teacher, beautiful poet, and singer.
One of the things I admire about Jasmine is her courageous heart. For example, Jasmine’s commitment to doing the inner work has enabled her to heal deep patterns of intergenerational trauma having grown up with parents who were refugees from the Vietnam war.
I also admire Jasmine's willingness to go out of her comfort zone through solo travels, make connections with new people, and share her creative gifts through writing and singing.
