Doug offers a speculation built from the Ra Material, Christian mysticism, and process philosophy: that concrescence — Whitehead’s “the many become one, and are increased by one” — operates vertically across orders of magnitude, and that the Christ event was a oneing of the solar Logos with the sub-sub-Logoic level, which is us. The argument moves through two logjams. The first came before the veil, when third-density beings remembered they were the Creator and evolution crawled at turtle speed; the veil broke it and made third density the axis on which creation turns. The second is here, now, on Terra — a planet of third-density repeaters enmeshed in the Great BASH, the collective thought form built from our inefficient use of bellicosity, showing up energetically as an orange-ray overlay on a green-ray planet. Doug argues that Yahweh is our solar Logos, learning to parent through Venus, Maldek, and Mars, limited by Ra’s teaching that a sub-Logos can only supply catalyst to the first triad of energy centers. Once the heart opens, the teaching runs the other way. What follows is the co-presencing of Logos and messenger in one body, the ankh as the shape of loss and renewal, and forgiveness planted as a seed inside the eye of the Great BASH. Doug joins the circle from a backyard, phone propped in the grass, raking leaves for an eighty-five-year-old piano teacher who can no longer garden. What follows is a teaching on sorrow — what it's for, how to hold it without gripping — and then a guided practice for letting personal pain become a blessing for others.

Drawing on Richard Rohr's The Tears of Things, the Law of One, and the Christian Paschal Mystery, this episode moves from reflection into experience with the Sacrament of Solidarity, a heart-centered practice offered entirely under free will.

In this episodeThe mundane is sacred. Why an ordinary evening of raking leaves is exactly the right ground for this teaching.

Spiritual melancholia and clinical depression. Doug, a therapist, draws the line carefully: depressive disorders are real and deserve real treatment. Alongside them sits a spiritual sadness that works less like a malfunction and more like a gift.

Gratitude for all that was; yes to all that will be. The Hammarskjöld refrain that anchors the evening, prayed over one member of the circle standing between a home she is leaving and a home she is entering.

One body, one Earth. Humanity as the feeling, self-aware membrane of the planet — and what happens when the cells refuse to grieve.

Ra's "quiet horror." Why a world where the positively oriented outnumber the negative can still feel so negative — and why it's the good ones who carry that particular ache.

On the title and its sources. The phrase lacrimae rerum — "the tears of things" — is Virgil's, from Aeneid I.462, where Aeneas weeps before a mural of the war dead. Rohr has said the phrase stayed with him from his Latin studies. The book's substance, though, comes from the Hebrew prophets — Amos, Hosea, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Jonah — whose writings move from rage and accusation into lamentation and, finally, compassion. Rohr calls this pattern "sacred criticism": confronting evil and injustice while holding the wholeness of history and the interconnectedness of every living being.

The Law of One (Ra Material):

• Session 17.23 — the Earth only seems negatively oriented; the appearance comes from "the quiet, shall we say, horror which is the common distortion which those good, or positively oriented, entities have towards the occurrences" of the present.
• Session 46.9 — anger as "the undirected, or random, energy." Ra teaches acceptance as the key to the positive use of catalyst, and control as the key to the negative — the same turn the practice asks for below the heart.

In this gathering, Doug Scott offers a model he uses in the counseling room and traces it back to its roots in the Law of One. The starting point is a term Ra uses only twice — the significant self — which Doug reads as something close to the soul: the self that carries the harvest of all our past lives forward and meets each new incarnation already biased by who we have been.

From there the conversation moves into a working picture of the inner life. Imagine the ocean: at the still, hidden floor lies the anchored self — our true self, grafted into the ground of being. On the surface bobs the floating self — the ego, the buoy tossed by the weather of the day, running on the pursuit of power, prestige, and possessions. A Holy Tether joins the two and can never be cut. And in between travels the significant self, the meaning-maker with agency, the one who chooses whether to live from the anchor or the buoy.

Doug names the two doorways that wake that chooser: great love and great suffering — two faces of one coin called vulnerability. A friend forwarded a New York Times essay — Katya Ungerman's "We Are Sliding Back Into the Middle Ages" — cataloguing the strange new texture of American life: Tucker Carlson's reported demon attack, a FEMA official's teleportation claim, the Easter surge of conversions to Catholicism and Orthodoxy, sworn UAP testimony about nonhuman "biologics," a humanoid robot on the White House red carpet. Ungerman's diagnosis is sociological — information overload, AI-fabricated evidence, institutional decay. In this episode I offer a different reading.

Working from the scholastic axiom that whatever is received is received in the mode of the receiver, I walk through how four levels of consciousness — pre-modern, modern, postmodern, and post-postmodern — each meet the same "high strangeness" and name it incompatibly. I argue that the universe is genuinely enchanted and that much of what is being called re-enchantment is distortion, and that holding both at once is the work in front of us.

Along the way: orange-ray blockage as the recurring diagnostic; the steel-manning of the anti-liberal critique and where it goes catastrophically wrong; the May 17 Rededicate 250 ceremony on the National Mall; Ra's "quiet horror" and the window-balancing principle; why our institutions of formation were so often born inside the Great BASH; the factory farm as karmic substrate; and the hermeneutic I am calling the conspiring wholeness. The throughline, as always, is that love is the great protection — not armor, but a frequency the philosophy of separation cannot grasp.

III. The Nature of the Ra Contact (1981–1984) 106 sessions of trance channeling—completely distinct from the conscious channeling that preceded it. Carla was fully unconscious during sessions, her spirit displaced while Ra directly used her vocal cords. Three microphones and three tape recorders were required because equipment consistently failed. The ritual setup included a virgin chalice, incense, a virgin candle, and a Bible opened to the Gospel of John, chapter one. The material's language, rigor, and depth were unlike anything channeled before or since.

IV. Who Is Ra? A sixth-density social memory complex originally evolved on Venus. Member of the Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator. The same Ra known to the ancient Egyptians—though their intended teaching of spiritual philosophy was distorted into deity worship by Egyptian politics and power structures. Ra responds to a "calling" generated by Earth's suffering, offering guidance exclusively through Q&A format to protect free will.

V. The Density Structure Seven densities as bandwidths of conscious awareness—not physical locations but vibrational spectra through which consciousness evolves. Humanity occupies third density (self-awareness and choice). Fourth density (love and understanding) is dawning, but the transition is chaotic because the incoming energy must manifest through beings still enmeshed in third-density separation. An eighth density serves as the first density of a new octave—the pattern is cyclical.

VI. Social Memory Complex as Whiteheadian Society (Doug) Doug translates Ra's concept into process terms: a social memory complex is a singular plurality—"the many become one, and are increased by one." Its formation is a fourth-density achievement prefigured in third density through the ecclesia, the gathered community. The noosphere coming online. The collective unconscious becoming collective conscious. In Whiteheadian terms: a higher-grade society sheltered by the third-density framework until a metaphysical threshold of wholeheartedness is reached.

VII. Intelligent Infinity and the Primal Distortions (Austin) The One Infinite Creator as undistorted unity—"the macrocosm of the mystery-clad being." Ra's two uses of "intelligent infinity": (1) absolute non-dual reality, and (2) the potential aspect of creation paired with intelligent energy as the kinetic aspect. The three primal distortions as the logical structure giving birth to creation: Free Will (awareness awakening within infinity), Love/Logos (focusing of intelligent energy into creative form), and Light (the first manifestation—all that exists, organized by love).

VIII. Ra's Use of Logos (Austin) The Logos as a nested, fractal hierarchy: Primal Logos → Galactic Logoi → Solar Logoi → Planetary Logoi → individual mind/body/spirit complexes. Each level receives intelligent energy from its parent Logos and has the free will to further refine its own creation. The engagement is participatory—creation gives experience back to the Logos, and the Logos iterates. "Each Logos desires to create a more eloquent expression of experience of the Creator by the Creator."

IX. Teleopotentiation: The Engine of Creative Advance (Doug) Doug's central contribution: teleopotentiation names the universal creative principle underlying both Ra's cosmology and Whitehead's process thought. Drawing from Gurdjieff's Law of Three (via Cynthia Bourgeault): Affirming Force meets Denying Force, and through a Reconciling Force, a New Higher Arising is generated—genuine novelty, not compromise or rearrangement. Doug defines intelligence as "awareness in motion towards more—awareness as desire for gnosis." The will's focusing act by which infinite possibility becomes potentiated probability, becomes manifested actuality.

X. The Torus and the Ankh (Doug) Teleopotentiation has a geometry: the torus—the shape of continuous self-referential flow, the shape that self-knowing takes. The Ankh is the two-dimensional cross-section of this toric reality. The circle is the eternal; the cross is manifestation; the eternal experiences itself through extended embrace. The primal rhythm carries three affects: yearning (outward flow), longing (the turn toward return), and rejoicing (coalescence at the center). Rhythm itself necessitates three—and this triadic structure is "the rhythms clothed in mystery, for they are being itself."

XI. Matt Segall Responds Matt identifies immediate Neoplatonic resonances—Plotinus's emanation from the One, the levels of density recalling the hypostases. He suggests this resonance may itself trace back to Ra's Egyptian teaching seeding Plato's philosophical understanding. His assessment: "None of this feels foreign to me. The concepts and the deep pattern of creation and manifestation feel intimately familiar." He affirms that Whiteheadian language could have helped Ra express what the noun-based structure of English made difficult.

XII. The Death of Don Elkins Matt asks about Don's suicide and its relationship to the channeling project. Austin explains: the positive magical charge of the contact attracted a fifth-density service-to-self entity that could not create distortion but could energize distortions already present. Don's pre-existing mental health vulnerabilities became inroads for this influence. A diagnosis of depressive psychosis with schizophrenic tendencies. The mental health system's failure. A tragic standoff with police ending in Don's death by his own hand. The trio's unique synergy was irreplaceable; the Ra Contact ended permanently. Doug adds: fifth density is the ceiling for negative polarity—in sixth density, one can no longer ignore one's unity with the other, and the negative path collapses. But at fifth density, extraordinary black magic is possible, though negative beings cannot create—they can only amplify what is already there.

This maps onto the evening's larger framework: forgiveness is not the starting point but the harvest of a long interior journey, and when the grief process is derailed into bitterness or hopelessness, unprocessed karma carries forward.

The Jesus Prayer — Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner — has been used continuously for over 1,500 years in Eastern Christian traditions. Troy walks us through its technique (breath-synchronized repetition, gentle return from distraction), its biblical roots (the blind beggar Bartimaeus, the parable of the tax collector), and a careful unpacking of its words. Sinner means one who has missed the mark — a person in need, not a condemned person. Mercy translates from the Hebrew chesed — steadfast love, covenant faithfulness, enduring kindness.

The group practices three minutes of the Jesus Prayer together, then opens into shared reflection. Members describe varied relationships to the prayer's language, adaptations that have made it their own, and the consistent experience of being carried to stillness — a drop from head to heart where something larger than the self moves through.

The Law of One is woven in: Yehoshua carries the meaning "the Whole incarnates as a particular," and Ra's teaching in Session 10.14 provides the metaphysical complement — "The moment contains love. That is the lesson/goal of this illusion. The exercise is to consciously seek that love in awareness." The mercy asked for in the Jesus Prayer is precisely this: eyes opened to the wholeness already present.

The episode closes with a discussion of sin, separation, and paradox. If sin is the active reinforcement of the illusion of separation — and if separation itself is the necessary condition for the experience of return — then both the fall and the recovery, as Julian of Norwich saw, are expressions of divine mercy. Mystery-Clad BeingThe Primal Rhythm of Being and the Heart of All Reality

I. The Nature of MysteryWe have just heard [previous presenter] speak beautifully about the theme of mystery. I want to build on that foundation with a particular question: What is the nature of the mystery that we are exploring?

Mystery is not that which cannot be known. Mystery is that which can never be exhausted in all the ways of knowing. It is infinitely knowable—which means we can spend eternity exploring it and never arrive at complete comprehension. Not because it withholds itself from us, but because it is inexhaustible in its richness.

This is a crucial distinction. Mystery is not ignorance. It is not a wall we cannot penetrate. Mystery is an ocean we can swim in forever, each stroke revealing new depths, new currents, new wonders. The fullness of mystery—what we might call gnosis—is not a destination we arrive at but a horizon that recedes as we approach, always inviting us further.

Ra describes this with precise language when speaking of the fundamental rhythms of intelligent infinity: "The basic rhythms of intelligent infinity are totally without distortion of any kind. The rhythms are clothed in mystery, for they are being itself." (27.7)

Clothed in mystery. Not hidden by mystery. Clothed in it—the way a body is clothed, the way we wear our appearance. Mystery is not what conceals being from us. Mystery is being, wearing its own inexhaustibility.

So tonight I want to ask: If being itself is clothed in mystery, can we nonetheless discern something of its shape? Its flow? Its fundamental rhythm? Can we, while honoring the inexhaustibility, trace patterns that appear consistently across Ra's teachings—patterns that might illuminate something primal about the nature of reality itself?

II. Being as Verb: Does It Have a Shape?Notice that Ra says the rhythms are being itself. Not that being has rhythms. Not that being does rhythms. The rhythms are being. This is being as verb, not as noun. Not a thing that exists, but existence itself as dynamic, self-processing oscillation.

What does Ra tell us about the shape of this rhythm? In Session 27.6, we find a remarkable description:

"Intelligent infinity has a rhythm, or flow, as of a giant heart beginning with the Central Sun... the presence of the flow inevitable as a tide of beingness without polarity, without finity; the vast and silent all beating outward, outward, focusing outward and inward until the focuses are complete. The intelligence or consciousness of foci have reached a state where their, shall we say, spiritual nature or mass calls them inward, inward, inward until all is coalesced. This is the rhythm of reality."

A giant heart. Beating outward, outward... then inward, inward, inward until all is coalesced. This is the shape of being itself: a circulation. Not linear progression, not random chaos, but rhythmic circulation—emanation and return, expansion and coalescence, systole and diastole.

III. The Primal Desire: Joy Seeking to Know ItselfBut why? Why does being beat outward and then inward? What drives the circulation?

Ra gives us the answer in the most fundamental teaching of all: "The Creator will know Itself" (27.8). This is the First Distortion, the primal movement from undifferentiated unity toward manifestation. Not "wants to know" as if lacking something—but will, an active, ongoing, generative drive.

Here is the crucial insight: This desire is not experienced as lack. It is experienced as Joy. The Creator's desire to know Itself is not a hunger born of deficiency but a fullness seeking to express and discover itself through infinite perspectives. Joy is the fundamental affective quality of being itself.

And this Joy can only be fulfilled through experience. The Creator cannot know Itself through static contemplation. Self-knowing requires circulation—going forth into differentiated expression and returning enriched by what the journey has gathered.

This means experience is circulation. The going forth and the returning are not separate from experience—they are experience itself in its most fundamental form.

IV. The Heart as Locus of CirculationIf experience is circulation, and circulation has a pattern—outward, inward, coalescence—then we can ask: Is there a center to this circulation? Is there a locus where the three movements meet?

Ra speaks directly to this in Session 82.7: "There is a center to infinity. From this center all spreads. Therefore, there are centers to the creation, to the galaxies, to star systems, to planetary systems, and to consciousness. In each case you may see growth from the center outward."

A center from which all spreads. This is the ontological definition of a heart—not merely an organ that pumps blood, not merely a chakra that processes emotion, but the locus of circulation itself. Wherever being localizes—whether as universe, galaxy, star, planet, or person—there exists a heart: a center where the three forces of circulation operate.

The Three Forces1. Outward Flow (Emanation): From the heart, energy emanates. The Original Thought—the Creator's desire to know Itself—pulses forth from this center into manifestation, seeking, exploring, differentiating. Ra speaks of the vast and silent all "beating outward, outward." 2. Inward Flow (Return): To the heart, experience returns. The spiritual nature or mass of the foci "calls them inward, inward, inward." This is what Ra elsewhere calls "spiritual gravity"—the attractive force drawing consciousness back toward center, back toward Source. 3. Coalescence (Integration): Within the heart, what went forth and what returns are integrated. Ra uses several terms for this: coalesced (27.6), distilled (18.5—"distilling from them the love/light within them"), and in other passages, the image of atoms finding "precise distances from each other" to "produce a lattice structure which we call crystalline" (29.23).

Coalescence is not mere combination. It is integration that transforms. What went forth as seed returns as harvest. What emanated as question returns as lived answer. The heart distills, processes, and prepares the next arising.

V. The Modes of Joy: Yearning, Longing, RejoicingNow we can go deeper. The three movements—outward, inward, coalescence—are kinetic. They are movements. But what generates them? What is the affective quality that drives the circulation?

I want to suggest that the three movements are responses to three prior conditions—three ontological yearnings that are themselves modes of Joy. These yearnings do not cause the movements mechanically; they are the movements in their affective dimension.

1. Yearning (to go forth): At the primal level, yearning is not lack. It is eager desire, anticipation, the joy in becoming. The Old English giernan means "to strive, be eager, desire"—and shares roots with the Greek chaírein, "to rejoice." Yearning is rejoicing—no lack, only eager delight in the adventure about to unfold. This generates the outward flow.
2. Longing (to return): Once consciousness has gone forth and differentiated, a new quality of desire emerges. Longing is desire stretched across the distance that experience has created. The Old English langian means literally "to grow long, to lengthen"—stretching toward what is distant. This is the memory of home pulling homeward, joy stretched toward reunion. This generates the inward flow.
3. Rejoicing (in union): When outward and inward meet in the heart, there is consummation. Rejoicing, from the Latin gaudēre, originally meant "to possess, to enjoy possession of, to have fruition of." It is the joy of completion, of harvest gathered, of distillation accomplished. This generates coalescence and seeds the new arising.

And throughout—enjoying. Being in joy. The Old French enjoir means literally "to be placed within joy, to dwell in joy." This is the medium through which the entire circulation occurs. There is no moment outside of joy, because joy is being itself in its affective dimension.

VI. The Two Energies Within UsThis cosmic pattern is not distant from us. Ra tells us it operates within our own energy system. In Session 49.5-6, Ra describes two types of energy operating within the mind/body/spirit complex:

"The most important concept to grasp about the energy field is that the lower, or negative pole, will draw the universal energy into itself from the cosmos. Therefrom it will move upward to be met and reacted to by the positive spiraling energy moving downward from within."

"Meanwhile the Creator lies within. In the north pole the crown is already upon the head and the entity is potentially a god."

Two flows: one rising from below, drawing universal energy from the cosmos; one descending from within, where the Creator already dwells. The place where they meet—this is what Ra calls kundalini, "the meeting place of cosmic and inner vibratory understanding." This meeting point is our heart, in its deepest sense.

The cosmic rhythm that beats through all creation beats through you. The yearning that sends energy outward, the longing that draws it back, the rejoicing where they meet—these are not metaphors. They are the actual dynamics of your being.

VII. The Pattern Appears EverywhereThis pattern of three forces—outward flow, inward flow, coalescence—appears throughout nature and science. Not because science "proves" metaphysics, but because the same pattern that constitutes being manifests at every scale.

Physics: White holes (cosmic emanation) and black holes (cosmic return). The Big Bang as universal outward flow, gravitational collapse as universal inward flow. The strange attractor in chaos theory—which we will watch in a moment—reveals how apparent chaos organizes around a hidden center.

Chemistry: Dissipative structures maintain organization through constant circulation of energy—taking in, transforming, releasing. Living systems are precisely such structures.

Biology: The heartbeat itself. Systole (contraction, emanation) and diastole (relaxation, reception). Breath: inhalation drawing the world in, exhalation releasing transformed air. The cell taking nutrients in, processing, releasing waste.

Psychology: Attachment theory describes the child moving out into the world (secure base), returning to the caregiver (safe haven), and being transformed by the cycle. We spend our lives circulating between independence and intimacy.

Neuroscience: The brain itself can be understood as a torus on its side—two hemispheres longing for each other across the corpus callosum, which functions as both veil and bridge. The left hemisphere specializes in focused analysis; the right in holistic context. Neither is complete without the other. The longing between them is the mechanism of integrated consciousness.

VIII. Strange Attractor ContemplationWatch the point move through space.

It never repeats. Never traces the same path twice. And yet—it does not wander randomly. Something draws it. Something organizes its apparent chaos.

This is called a strange attractor. "Attractor" because the system is drawn toward it. "Strange" because it has a shape that can never be fully occupied—the trajectory approaches infinitely close but never lands.

The point spirals around one wing... then crosses to spiral around the other... then crosses back. Two centers. One circulation. The pattern never settles, never completes, never exhausts itself.

Watch how each spiral tightens toward center... then releases... and is drawn across to begin again.

This is what longing looks like when mapped in phase space. The memory of center draws the wandering point. Not forcing—luring. The attractor does not compel. It invites. The point is free at every moment—and at every moment, it is being called.

You are watching the shape of yearning made visible.

Going forth... being drawn back... crossing over... spiraling in... releasing out... and being drawn again.

The outward is contained by the inward. The inward is activated by the outward. Neither exists without the other. This is circulation. This is life.

Now notice: there is no visible center. You cannot see the attractor itself. You see only the response to it—the endless spiral dance of something being drawn, being lured, being loved into pattern.

The attractor is known only by its effects. It is mystery-clad. Present everywhere in the system. Visible nowhere except in what it organizes.

Ra said the rhythms of intelligent infinity are "clothed in mystery, for they are being itself."

This is what it looks like when being wears its mystery: infinite complexity, perfect order, inexhaustible novelty—all dancing around a center that can never be possessed, only approached.

Feel how this is also your life.

Going forth into experience... being drawn back toward something you cannot name but cannot forget... crossing between worlds—outer and inner, manifest and hidden—spiraling closer, then releasing, then spiraling again.

You have never been lost. The attractor has always been calling. Every apparently random movement was already part of the pattern—the inexhaustible pattern that clothes the Center in visible mystery.

The heart beats. Outward, outward... inward, inward... until all is coalesced.

This is the rhythm of reality.

IX. Consolation: We Are Never AloneBefore we turn to practice, I want to offer something pastoral.

If the cosmic rhythm is yearning-longing-rejoicing, and if this same rhythm operates in you... then your own yearning and longing are not separate from God's. Your ache to return, your restlessness for something more, your homesickness for a home you cannot quite remember—this is God's own longing operating within and through you.

You are inside divine longing even as it is inside you.

Whitehead called God "the fellow sufferer who understands." But it goes deeper than that. God is not watching our longing from outside. God is longing through us, with us, as us. The yearning you feel is not evidence of God's absence but of God's presence within that very yearning.

This means: You are never alone.

The sense of alienation—the veil's deepest effect—produces not separation itself, but the felt conviction that separation is absolute. Softening that conviction is the heart of spiritual practice. Not replacing it with certainty of connection—that would be another kind of grasping—but allowing the possibility that we are not alone, that we have never been alone, that aloneness was always appearance rather than reality.

And the restlessness? The ache that never quite goes away? This is not meant to be eliminated. It is meant to be tended—like a wound that is healing, like butterfly wings that are still wet, like an infant in arms. The tender, aching place is holy ground. It is where the longing lives. And the longing is the connection.

X. Feeling the Torus WithinI want to share from my own personal experience, because perhaps you have this too—and if you do not, you can, because it is simply a latent sense organ.

You and I have five sense organs that perceive third density space/time: sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell. But did you know that we also have subtle sense organs? These are latent—not often used consciously—but they do arise in us through intuitive knowing and through the empathic connections we make with others.

I'd like to share that you can begin to feel a sense of circulation around you. For the past five years or so, I feel this all the time. At my core—at the heart, the central axis of my personal torus—I feel a clockwise circulation spinning within me. But there is also an outward field around me, and this outer field circulates counterclockwise. I feel it. It is my subtle skin.

I feel this most acutely when I am connecting with someone else. As a counselor—or simply as a friend—when I am fully aware of what I am doing, I will intentionally extend my toroidal field and connect it with the other person. Sometimes I extend it so far that it encompasses them entirely, depending on what I feel called to do in the moment.

When I do this, I essentially become the other person. We are all one self, other-selves in one body, and this is a transposition of consciousness. In the counseling moment, it is myself—Doug—who connects with my client, and then I become embodied inside of their experience. I become that person, in a sense, through the energy. Through this flow, through this exchange of information on the subtle realm, I feel intuitively the blockages or the places of freedom within their aura, within their energy centers, as if they were my own.

And so I am able to almost surgically connect with the other person through verbal speaking—articulating what I myself am feeling as if it were my own body on the other side. Because when I join that field, it is my own body.

You can learn to do this too.

XI. Living from the HeartTo "live from the heart" is not sentimental advice. It is an invitation to conscious alignment with the very structure of being. The heart already functions as this center—it cannot do otherwise, for this is what hearts are. But we can dwell there consciously or unconsciously, harmoniously or in resistance.

The center was never absent. The rhythm never ceased. What awakens is not the heart itself but our recognition of it—our willingness to inhabit the center we never left, to feel the pulse we always were, to dance the rhythm that dances us.

The yearning that sent you forth on this journey—it was already joy in the guise of anticipation.

The longing that draws you homeward—it is joy stretched across the distance you have traveled.

And the rejoicing that awaits in the meeting—it is joy consummated, the fullness you have always been moving toward.

The heart beats. The mystery clothes itself in rhythm. And we—mystery-clad beings ourselves—pulse with the same life that pulses through all creation.

Outward, outward... inward, inward... until all is coalesced.

This is the rhythm of reality.

This is who we are.

Tim — At age 11, watching snow fall through a lamplight window in Utah. "What I felt was not conceptual... just pure experience. Almost just experiencing mystery or the stillness."

"Ra makes it very clear that the mystery is our encounter with our true nature. It's us learning and turning to see ourselves and kind of surprising ourselves."

The One Infinite Creator knows itself through infinite perspectives. What we touch externally as "mystery"—snowfall, starlight, a strange dream—is actually recognition of something within. We are the mystery.

Ra states: "The rhythms are clothed in mystery, for they are being itself" (97.9). Doug's earlier writing captured this: "We ARE the mystery... the wholeness of the sacred universe whose form is structured by sacred geometry exists inside of you and me."

Mystery and the Limits of UnderstandingTim quoted a Talmudic saying: "Ain mazal l'Yisrael" — "For Israel, there is no fate." Despite all astrological and karmic factors, we possess agency. The stars do not control our destiny; we can "play with the mystery however we want to manifest it."

Ra's teaching reinforces this. While the veil creates conditions of not-knowing, we retain the capacity for choice. The mystery is not obstacle but invitation.

Integration: Love, Light, and the MysteryDoug offered a framework for understanding mystery's relationship to love and light:

Mystery — Not something we cannot know, but something we can know infinitely without ever exhausting. Each new route to truth "enlightens and enlivens the core."

Love — The energy to explore mystery. "The seeking, the luring... the hounds of heaven constantly barking to keep going further."

Light — The consciousness, the gnosis, the "Eureka" of a moment where mystery unfolds. Then it "collapses back down into the next rung of the ladder, where we are now beckoned to explore the mystery in more complex ways."

DeMarcus's SynthesisDeMarcus connected Hindu cosmology to Ra's teaching:

"There's an ancient Vedic scripture that says not even the gods and goddesses are able to understand the nature of Brahman."

• One quarter: Native ape-body graduates from Earth's own second density
• One half: Souls from Mars, whose bellicose civilization destroyed their atmosphere mid-cycle
• One quarter: A mixture from thirteen other planetary groups—some third-density repeaters who didn't graduate with their home populations, others from planets whose aging suns could no longer support development

As Troy observed, this created an unusually heterogeneous population—a "motley crew," in Doug's words—that has contributed to Earth's distinctive challenges.

The Veil as Logoic LearningThe conversation situated Earth's current condition within the larger context of the veil's implementation. Demarcus explained that prior to the veil, third-density beings experienced no forgetting: they could perceive the Creator directly, understood their purpose, yet felt no impetus to polarize. As Doug noted, Ra describes these pre-veil civilizations as existing in "monochrome"—without intensity or hue.

Ra addresses this directly:

"The first beings of mind, body, and spirit were not complex. The experience of mind/body/spirits at the beginning of this octave of experience was singular. There was no third-density forgetting. There was no veil." (Ra, 82.12)

The veil's introduction created the conditions for genuine choice by separating the conscious mind from the unconscious—making each mysterious to the other. This generated the tension necessary for polarization, which in turn provided the "work" that allows consciousness to evolve. Doug likened this to the positive and negative charges in electromagnetism—polarity creates the capacity for movement, for transformation.

The Paradox: A New LogjamDoug posed a provocative question: What if Earth represents the opposite extreme of the original logjam? Prior to the veil, beings were stuck in contentment, unable to polarize—like students born into wealth who see no need to study. Now, on Earth, we have a different kind of stuckness—millions of years of third-density repetition, where even our spiritual institutions can become entrapments.

Doug pointed to the irony: "I know people who go to church... never miss a Sunday mass... and yet when you listen to them, oftentimes they're the most judgmental, the most alienating." The very structures meant to foster growth can perpetuate the same lower-chakra blockages they were designed to transcend.

Barbara reflected on how "history, since the beginning of time has repeated itself, and still appears to be repeating itself." Yet Doug noted something new is emerging alongside the repetition: "We're repeating. But we're also increasing our self-awareness. So we know, maybe we're repeating."

This is the peculiar gift of our moment—a growing gnosis within the repetition itself.

Ra's Karmic Investment in EarthThe discussion turned to Ra's own relationship with Earth. Doug highlighted that Ra, as late sixth-density beings, recorded their experience with Earth's population in "the great record of creation"—language suggesting implications beyond this solar system or galaxy. Ra's statement that "never again will any other group have to make the same mistakes" implies this situation is unprecedented.

Ra became karmically entangled through their well-intentioned but naive interventions with the Egyptians. Yet this entanglement serves their own curriculum:

"In learning how to balance the karmic imbalances that their influence created in earth's humanity... to try to redress those imbalances actually is their curriculum—how they're learning about the fine nuances of Karma in the universe."

Ra's lesson, it seems, is unity—not merely within their social memory complex, but across the sphere of their influence. Their mistakes with us became their teacher.

Ascension as IncarnationPerhaps the most practical teaching emerged around the concept of ascension itself. Doug cautioned against the desire to escape:

"Ascension in the name of getting the heck out of here is exactly the thing that keeps us entrapped all the more in third density... If you want to ascend, you better learn how to incarnate all the more—into this body, into this thisness, and see the beauty of it all right here."

This aligns with Ra's teaching that the harvest comes not through escape but through polarization achieved within the veil's constraints. Ra confirms Earth's birth into fourth density will occur through the beings who have learned to embody love here:

"The earth, as you call it, is ready to be born, and the delivery is not going smoothly. When this entity has become born it will be instinct with the social memory complex of its parents which have become fourth-density positive." (Ra, 65.17)

The way up, it turns out, is the way down—deeper into matter, into presence, into the very thisness we might wish to transcend.

The Dignity of Being God's Sense OrgansRuDee raised the question of whether Earth's role—being part of a larger cosmic learning process—diminishes individual experience. If we're like children playing with Fisher-Price versions of higher concepts, what's the point?

Doug's response reframed the relationship entirely: "We are God's sense organs." He used the analogy of cutting a fingernail or accidentally pricking a finger while cross-stitching—if those cells were sentient, they might experience tremendous suffering. Yet from the perspective of the whole being, these small losses serve the larger movement of life.

This is not to minimize our pain, but to situate it: our pain is God's pain; God's ecstasy is ours. We participate in "one divine sweep," a flow of purpose and meaning that gives our experience its ultimate dignity.

Duncan noted that while Earth's intensity can produce incarnations where little is learned (due to overwhelming catalyst), it can also be "extremely profitable" for those able to process the experiences consciously. Doug went further, suggesting that the psychological and philosophical sophistication emerging on Earth—the capacity for deep self-reflection, contemplative practice, and nuanced understanding of self—may actually be "fourth-density and fifth-density stuff, right here."

The presence of millions of wanderers—sixth-density souls incarnated under the veil—has created communities where conversations about karma, unconditional love, and the nature of consciousness occur as naturally as discussions of weather. This is not normal for third density. This is Earth's strange gift.

The New Creation AfootThe session concluded with an affirmation: "Something magical is happening, something new. There's a new creation afoot—precisely at the place of the centermost stuckness of it all."

Rather than viewing Earth's difficulties as evidence of failure, Doug invited the group to see them as the very conditions from which something unprecedented can emerge—just as the pre-veil logjam eventually birthed the veil itself. The cornerstone the builders rejected may yet become the foundation of what comes next.

Doug referenced Michael's sharing from the previous week—his commitment to emit unconditional love wherever he goes, knowing from lived experience what conditional love feels like. This, Doug suggested, is God's own growth occurring through us.

Barbara closed with the Prayer of St. Francis, a fitting summary of the night's theme: that where there is darkness, the call is to bring light; where there is despair, hope; where there is hatred, love—not through escape, but through engagement.

"You can feel the groan like St. Paul says—that the very universe groans with this Eros, God's own divine Eros groaning and moving into completion. Like we are that groan... where God's lament and God's ecstasy exist at the same time." — Doug Scott

When we are born, four cycles begin from a zero point and continue to oscillate with a maximum and minimum intensity until the end of the incarnation. The physical cycle is a period spanning 23 days; the emotional cycle spans 28 days; the intellectual cycle spans 33 days, and the Adept cycle spans 18 days. Be aware of days where any part of a cycle intersects the zero point (0%), and especially if two or more cycles do this simultaneously.

64.10 Questioner: [In a] previous session you mentioned the gateway of magic for the adept occurring in eighteen-day cycles. Could you expand on that information please?

Ra: I am Ra. The mind/body/spirit complex is born under a series of influences, both lunar, planetary, cosmic, and in some cases, karmic. The moment of the birthing into this illusion begins the cycles we have mentioned.

The spiritual or adept’s cycle is an eighteen-day cycle and operates with the qualities of the sine wave. Thus there are a few excellent days on the positive side of the curve, that being the first nine days of the cycle — precisely the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth — when workings are most appropriately undertaken, given that the entity is still without total conscious control of its mind/body/spirit distortion/reality.

The most interesting portion of this information, like that of each cycle, is the noting of the critical point wherein passing from the ninth to the tenth and from the eighteenth to the first days the adept will experience some difficulty especially when there is a transition occurring in another cycle at the same time. At the nadir of each cycle the adept will be at its least powerful but will not be open to difficulties in nearly the degree that it experiences at critical times.

If we are to examine the Confederation Yahweh that is presented in the Law of One Material and in the Q’uo channelings1, we must first turn our focus upon the perennial spiritual questions that have always perplexed and delighted humanity.

• Who or What is the Creator?
• Why is there something (creation) rather than nothing?
• Why does creation evolve?
• How does creation evolve?
• And to what end to creation evolve?
• And what is the relationship between the Creator and creation?
• All of these questions are interconnected, and each one deserves more depth and breadth that can be achieved here. However, what I offer comes from a sincere seeking and an open heart. I offer what I can based upon my background and limited points of view.

My working definition of the Creator, or God, or the Ground of Being, or Reality, is this:

The Creator is the who, the why, and the how of eternal becoming.

Through the development of Yahweh's gnosis of self as Logos, which is predicated upon the relationship between Yahweh as Creator and third-density Earth's planetary social complex (a communitarian organism) as Creator, the One Infinite Creator refines the Creator's Original Cognition to include a new twist. The Creator learns what it is like to enter into solidarity with Creatorself as third-density humanity. This step in the Creator's experience is called "Emmanuel" (Yod Heh Shin Vau Heh). Finally, with the Jehoshua Gestalt, the Creator through the medium of the sub-Logos (sun as Yahweh) comes into Earth's spacetime experience. This ushers in a new Archetype in the Creator's most articulated archetypal system of sevens. The new Archetype could be called Paschal Mystery and it is one of encounter. In other words, the Creator's own self-gnosis evolves in something like this:

I am within you all [Indwelling Presence]

Those actions which are put into motion will continue using the ways of balancing until such time as the controlling or higher principle which you may liken unto your braking or stopping is invoked. Without discipline, we do not go deep. We must have the will to grow and then the faith to believe that our will bears fruit. But whatever we will, must move from just a nice idea into an embodied or incarnated action. Otherwise, whatever inspiration we receive through our intuition doesn't get planted into the garden of our third-density lives but instead keeps getting blown around by the winds of unprocessed daily catalysts [*].

*60.26 Questioner: There has been, for the past 30 years, a lot of information and a lot of confusion, and in fact, I would say the Law of Confusion has been [chuckle] working overtime, to make a small joke, in bringing information for spiritual catalysis to groups requesting it, and we know that both the positively and the negatively oriented social memory complexes have been adding to this information as they can. This has led to somewhat of a condition of apathy in a lot of cases with respect to the information by many who are truly seeking but have been thwarted by a condition of what I might call spiritual entropy in this information. Can you comment on this and the mechanisms of alleviating these problems?

I am Ra. We of the Confederation are at the call of those upon your planet. If the call, though sincere, is fairly low in consciousness of the, shall we say, system whereby spiritual evolution may be precipitated, then we may only offer that information useful to that particular caller. This is the basic difficulty. Entities receive the basic information about the Original Thought and the means, that is meditation and service to others, whereby this Original Thought may be obtained.

Please note that as Confederation members we are speaking for positively oriented entities. We believe the Orion group has precisely the same difficulty.

Once this basic information is received it is not put into practice in the heart and in the life experience but instead rattles about within the mind complex distortions as would a building block which has lost its place and simply rolls from side to side uselessly, yet still the entity calls. Therefore, the same basic information is repeated. Ultimately the entity decides that it is weary of this repetitive information. However, if an entity puts into practice that which it is given, it will not find repetition except when needed.

I've adapted this method from the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, PhD (https://self-compassion.org)

There are seven steps:

1) Realize that you are "in shame."2) Name that you are in shame (say out loud your to yourself, “I feel shame.”) a) Stay in the present moment, in your body. b) stabilize your awareness strongly so that you don’t get dragged back into images of pain3) Fully accept that you feel shame. Be aware of bracing against versus embrace. Embrace your role as host that creates space for the energy of shame4) Speak to yourself the way you would with whom you have warm relationship a) validate and normalize your feelings b) demonstrate that you are in solidarity with yourself. Create a subject-to-subject dynamic inside yourself.5) Open your heart to the world and all of the people right now that are feeling shame or whatever that you feel. Be in solidarity with them. Tell them that you see them. You are in it with them; that you understand them.6) Breathe in and bless yourself. Breathe out and bless them. Repeat for as long as you want7) You are now diffused from the energetics of shame (or whatever else). Be aware that there will be temptations to start thinking about that “thing” that caused you to feel shame. You have learned that you have agency over the focus of your attention. With dignity and integrity, stabilize your focused awareness into the present moment, and dive into doing the next right thing that is life-giving for you and for others.

The Law of One is clear that the many people are here now to help midwife Earth's fourth density vibratory conditions.  The presentation pulls together Ra's descriptions of the Earth's third density. Ra's balancing technique helps us learn how to become the Creator by balancing our inner lives as we become more aware of what arises given the catalysts of the day.  Doug offers another type of technique that is based upon the Law of One and the techniques of self-compassion.  He calls this the Sacrament of Solidarity. Participating in the Sacrament of Solidarity is a kind of tapping into Intelligent Infinity and the result can be an explosion of love, joy, perspective, and integrity. This second presentation on the Universal Christ continues to draw our attention to God's perfect symmetry between the macroscopic and the microscopic. Secondly, Doug speaks about the pattern of Love's own becoming in which there is always a dying and rising, loss and renewal, losing and gaining. This paradox is exquisitely exemplified by the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Drawing upon Richard Rohr's teaching, we see that Jesus is a visible icon of an invisible universal Reality. Cosmic laws provide the structure of the Creator's evolution in knowing Itself.  The Law of Doubling, or also known as the Law of Squares, finds its origin right at the headwaters of the Original Thought and the Original Desire.  It is true on a physical level (think of how cells exponentially multiply from a zygote to a human), psychological, and spiritual.  The Law of Doubling gives us a metaphysical insight as to how seeking (and finding) works, whether that seeking is internally endeavored by one person or by a group of people focusing upon one thing.

I recently attended “Homecoming” which is an annual event hosted in the home of Jim McCarty by the L/L Research team (Gary, Austin, Jim, Trisha, and Joanna) and gave this talk on how the most popular form of disclosure (of aliens, etc) may be doing more harm than good. This is a provocative approach and I try to weave in psychology, sociology, theology, and a perspective from one who was involved in the disclosure movement for a time.

I didn’t outright define what I meant by “disclosure” at the beginning of the hour-long presentation. I had assumed that most people in the audience were familiar… and they weren’t. My bad…. Therefore, let me say that what I mean by disclosure is this:

Broadly speaking, Disclosure or the disclosure movement, relates to disclosing the existence of aliens, alien technology, alien influence upon human history, and finally, how and why this phenomenon has been kept secret.

Back to the popular disclosure movements. In my article, I acknowledge that there seem to be two often overlapping views on all things ET's. Proponents for what I am going to call, “basic disclosure” advocate for disclosing the existence of UFO’s and aliens. Areas of interest for basic disclosure include:

• UFO sightings
• Roswell
• Close encounter anecdotes
• MUFON (Mutual UFO Network, https://mufon.com/)
• Pressing the Pentagon to disclose what they know
• Reverse-engineered vehicles and technology

It is to be noted that basic disclosure advocates show less interest in larger metaphysics or the spiritual nature of UFOs, etc. They are not trying to answer the primary question above.

The most popular type of disclosure includes basic disclosure as listed here but locates it within a much wider metaphysics which is presented through a spiritual warfare bias. Therefore, the title I use for the most common disclosure advocacy is, “warfare disclosure.”

Warfare disclosure advocates have an answer for the primary question as to why there are so few humans who are harvestable to fourth density. For them, getting this right is a matter of great urgency.

Advocates of Warfare Disclosure rely on insiders, or are themselves insiders, who seek to disclose these points:

• Humanity is approaching a new collective paradigm shift that will culminate into an "ascension" into fourth density (or 5D, as is sometimes used by advocates);
• Aliens exist and have been involved with humanity;
• There is advanced technology that has been kept secret;
• There has been a concerted effort to keep the ET truth covered up from public knowledge in order to deceive humanity and keep them controlled;
• There is a negative shadowy human elite power structure that functions within a strict hierarchy which controls humanity from behind the scenes;
• The negative human elites work for, and are controlled by, advanced negative aliens;
• These negative human elites adhere to a luciferian or satanic religion;
• These negative human elites have committed heinous crimes against humanity for millennia;
• In order for long-enslaved humanity to ascend to fourth density, it is of paramount importance to expose the negative elites and their mass manipulation and abuse for all to see.
• Whatever we know, and however we know what we know, is FALSE because our “reality” is a carefully crafted matrix control system created by the negative elites in order to enslave us; and finally;
• The negative aliens and their third-density henchmen must be removed from power so that humanity can finally be free and ascend to fourth density. That will be accomplished by our uprising or an “act of God” like a huge solar flash that wipes out the Deep State’s technology.

Finally, I want to highlight that my other basic premise of my presentation is that Warfare Disclosure is adjacent to Fundamentalist Religion if we are locating it on a consciousness spectrum that ranges from how reality is perceived at the lower chakras versus the heart and the upper chakras.

I have a helpful slide which shows the correlation to each other in terms of the main points espoused by both of them.

The good forces are positive aliens, angels, an alliance of white-hat patriots across different agencies, and warfare disclosure influencers. The bad forces are negative aliens, demons, people ignorant of the warfare going on (“normies,” “sheeple”), liberals, and the elite.

The world is ending soon. The battle has never been more important than now. Choose your side.

Repent of the “gray” in your worldview.

Salvation is available to anyone if you accept the tenets of the black-white, fundamentalist worldview.

Freedom from the matrix control system AND assurance for ascending to fourth density (or ”5d”) is available to anyone if you accept the “red pill.” Salvation begins with being “red pilled.”

So many of us experience low-self esteem. Even if we are well-versed in some sort of nondual spirituality, the reality of unitive consciousness with the Creator may not often be an experiential gnosis we enjoy. In this presentation, we discuss the blockages in the lower three chakras and how they often present in our daily lives. Here, we will add that the road to higher self-esteem is self-compassion. Through this medium, the lower chakras and the high chakras meet in the heart. The presentation utilizes wisdom from the Law of One and teaching from a pioneer in self-compassion studies, Dr. Kristen Neff.

Doug and Troy (www.troycaldwell) engage in a wide-ranging discussion on a few perspectives of the Jesus Event. We discuss the nature of archetypes from a Jungian angle and how manifest in our third-density experience.  We highlight how the Jesus Event could have been a type of installation, or manifestation, of the Great Archetype--the Ankh--which brought to bear the "Reconciling Force" inherent when there are two previous seemingly irreconcilable forces colliding headlong into each other.   In our case, the human collective consciousness became so locked into the inertia of bellicosity where scapegoating, revenge, payback, and the call for aid formed a metaphysical karmic logjam of cosmic proportions.  This collective-karmic inertia kept our collective consciousness stubbornly well-below harvestable levels even as our portion of the galaxy was about to enter into a new field of metaphysical consciousness which would give rise to the next stage of evolution: the fourth-density experience.  Indeed, the train of our third-density collective consciousness raced rapidly toward an immovable cosmic "object" composed of a density of consciousness that was simply as incompatible as water is when poured into a vat of thick oil.    How did the Logos plan and execute a pathway that resolved the planetary drama? Some terms may not be familiar such as "space/time," "time/space," "third density," as well as some Christian metaphors that are common within that belief system.  The following is taken from Gary Bean's concept guide, 

Density   A density is one of seven (or eight, depending on the perspective) dimensions, levels, or cycles of evolution in an octave of experience. It is called a “density” because each successive level is more densely packed with light. As with notes on a musical scale, seven densities are grouped together into an octave where the eighth density begins the first density of the next octave, this repeating infinitely.    Each density represents a quantum vibrational spectrum or portion of intelligent energy, constituting a fundamentally different level of reality and awareness for the constituents of that density.   Designed by the Logos, every density of experience offers its own set of lessons and parameters that must be learned and understood in order to cross the threshold and graduate from one density to the next. Each density completes its cycle according to the predetermined, clock-like rhythms of intelligent energy.   Every density has seven sub-densities. Every sub-density has seven sub-sub densities. And so on, infinitely. The core vibrations of the seven densities have correspondence to the seven true colors and the seven energy centers.     The seven densities of our present octave include:   ·        First Density: The cycle of awareness; associated with red ray; the foundation for all that is to come, traversed largely in timelessness until space/time is realized. It consists of the elements of earth, wind, fire, water.   ·        Second Density: The cycle of growth; associated with orange ray; the cycle of movement and striving toward the light. It consists of single-celled microscopic life at the lower end to advanced animal and plant life at the upper end.   ·        Third Density: The cycle of self-awareness; associated with yellow ray; the density of The Choice (service to others or service to self); the first of the activated spirit complex.
