Shani Stidham was born and raised in the West Bank of Israel. Her family had a lot of history with family pride in being a member of the Israeli army. She dreamed from a little girl to be a high-ranking Intelligence officer. When she graduated from school, she joined the Israeli Army and worked hard to fulfill her dream of protecting the people of Israel. She believes that she is not just fighting to preserve the country of Israel, but for the preservation of the people of Israel, The Jewish People.

I have worked with children in ministry leading/developing/facilitating on a broad range of levels: from my 2 months in Haiti where I taught 5thand 6th grade as a lead teacher and worked with infants at the Malnutrition Medika Mamba Clinic, to my 4 months in Brazil learning Portuguese fluently while doing ministry daily at the local Youth With A Mission (Y.W.A.M) Orphanage Home, to my 6 month internship in Uganda, Africa with Rural Orphans and Widows Aids Network (ROWAN), where I developed programs to bring sponsorships in for children in the local village school of Mawanga, to my staff position as Resident Assistant in Mozambique, Africa where I did soccer ministry with the orphan girls as well as developed and facilitated the first Missions School for international children and then followed as the lead teacher for 3rd grade Bible and Portuguese at the local village school there in Pemba, Mozambique, to my time as a head Camp Counselor at Siskey YMCA in North Carolina, to my comprehensive children’s ministry teacher volunteer work at Mountain View Chapel in Pennsylvania, Elevation Church in North Carolina, and Faith Mountain in Colorado, my Preschool Teaching position with TNL-The Sacred Grace Church in Colorado and most recently as the Children's Director at a local church, King of Glory, in Tempe, Arizona.
My emphasis, certificate, and degrees from Colorado Christian University of Elementary Education, Biblical Studies, Communications, and an Organizational Leadership Masters encompasses some of my schooling. I also graduated from Harvest Missions School in Mozambique, Africa, John Casablancas Modeling and Acting Career Centers, as well as getting my AFAA certification as a group fitness instructor.
I am humbled to call myself a wife and a mother. For fun I like to hike, dance, run, workout, play, swim, do yoga/barre, and am always up for something fun outdoors such as rock climbing, camping, fishing, skiing, white water rafting, caving, or biking. Last but not least, I love Jesus with my whole heart.
I am absolutely honored and privileged to be the Pastor of Children’s Ministry at the Grove. This is truly a dream job for me as working with children and teaching them about the love God has for them, their identities in Christ, and how to passionately pursue Him at any age literally brings me to life. Preaching my first sermons, officiating a funeral, baptizing and dedicating children have been a a joy. To be able to do so at a church with such a beautiful focus on justice, missions, and global development is such an incredible honor.

Dennis, a 34-year veteran of the music and entertainment industry, joined Maximum Artist Group in January 2016. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Dennis oversees all company operations, business and legal affairs, and is involved in strategic planning for each of the firm’s clients.
First beginning in marketing at Word Records in 1985, moving into the manager role for Steven Curtis Chapman (1987-1990), and then back to the corporate side of the business, Dennis has held leadership and executive positions at major entertainment companies, including Reunion Records, Benson Music (both now part of Provident/Sony), and Worthy Publishing, in addition to operating his own agency (1999-2012). Notably, as Vice President of Marketing at Benson Music (Provident/Sony), he oversaw the faith-based team for Bob Carlisle’s Double-Platinum Butterfly Kisses (2.5 million units sold), Fred Hammond’s Platinum-selling double-album Pages of Life, and 4HIM’s Gold album, The Basics of Life. Steve-O lived in the Denver area for almost 25 years, moving there after college to be close to
the mountains and ski slopes. While working for a Fortune 200 company, he developed an
interest in concert lighting and began learning that craft at a mega-church in Denver. Through
connections with Christian artists and their crews that played concerts at the church, his
interest in touring was piqued. In 2014, Steve-O left the corporate world and moved to
Nashville to pursue a career in the music touring industry. He started out on the production
side as a lighting tech, but quickly moved into a tour management position. Steve-O has worked
with many of the Christian artists you know and love, including Tauren Wells, Natalie Grant,
Danny Gokey, Michael W. Smith, Riley Clemmons, CAIN, Mac Powell, TobyMac, and Skillet.
When the touring industry was turned upside down because of COVID, Steve-O moved to the
promoter side of the music industry and currently works as a promoter rep for Awakening
Events. He will be out on the road this Fall and Christmas with Zach Williams.

About Mac:
We’ve all heard the old adage “You can’t go home again,” but apparently it doesn’t apply to Mac Powell. The four-time Grammy Award winner spent nearly three decades fronting legendary Christian rock band Third Day before embarking on a solo country career in 2018. Now he’s returned to his roots with New Creation, a solo project releasing Oct. 15th that finds the singer/songwriter again gracing Christian radio with the single “River of Life.”
“Even though I loved making country music, I knew eventually I would end up here, back where my roots are,” Powell tells SLN. “Making Christian music is where I’m comfortable. I had some ideas for songs I wanted to maybe do an EP or a full record. So, I started writing for that and started falling in love with that process.”
Powell is excited about this new chapter in his life and career. “One thing I love about this whole process is that I love the title New Creation because there’s something about being an artist whose been around for a while, but at the same time getting a second chance at doing this. I’m very appreciative of it,” he says. “I’m thankful for the genre and the people who are involved in it, their open arms and the fans. In some regards it is home, but in other ways I’m starting over again and it’s a great, great place to be, to not rest on your laurels and the past moving forward, but at the same time knowing there are some great memories and great experiences from the past in Christian music, so I’m very blessed.”

Jeff Hunt has served as the Director of the Centennial Institute at Colorado Christian University and co-Chairman of the Western Conservative Summit since 2015. In this role, he leads one of the largest annual gatherings of conservatives in the Western United States. Speakers at the Western Conservative Summit have included Donald Trump For President, Ben Carson, Kirk Cameron, Sarah Palin, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens, Dennis Prager, Diamond And Silk, Dana Loesch, Brandon Tatum, Dr. Albert Mohler, Dr. Robert George, and many others.
In his role directing the Centennial Institute, he hosts speakers like Michael Knowles, Dr. Ryan Anderson, and Brian Kilmeade on the campus of Colorado Christian University. He oversees the Centennial Institute’s lobbying team, working to shape policy at the Colorado Capitol to advance faith, family, and freedom. Jeff is also the editor of the Centennial Review, a monthly speech digest distributed to thousands of readers across the country.
A regular writer, his pieces have been published in USA Today, Fox News, Denver Post, Colorado Springs Gazette, Washington Examiner, Townhall, Colorado Politics, and many others. He has appeared on Fox News, CSPAN, OANN, Newsmax, and many local stations.
Jeff earned his BA degrees in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Westmont College, Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and Master of Political Management from George Washington University. Randy's Bio:
Randy Mayfield is an accomplished singer, songwriter who has traveled extensively, both in the U.S. and internationally to more than 90 countries. In addition to his live performances in venues as diverse as the Fox Theater, Powell Concert Hall and the Sheldon Theater in St. Louis, The Grand Old Opry and the Blue Bird Cafe in Nashville, The Long Beach Arena he has played in concert halls all over Great Britain, Europe and the former Soviet Union. In Sept. of 2019, he performed for more than 100,000 people at the Thanksgiving Day Festival in Kiev, Ukraine. Randy performed on the Jerry Lewis telethon in Las Vegas and was an “extra” in the movie, “Planes, Trains and Automobiles.” He recently appeared as an extra in the TV series, “The Chosen.”
Randy has performed concerts and shared in numerous Federal and local prisons across the country including in Missouri & Illinois and San Quinten the Chino Men’s prisons in California.
Randy is an ordained minister and has a B.S. and M.A. in Communications and an honorary Doctorate of Divinity degree from Irpin Seminary in Kiev, Ukraine. He and his wife, Sharon, reside in West St. Louis County, Missouri. They have two grown children, Amanda Mayfield Morman (married to Brian) and their son, Justin who is a musician/photographer and lives in San Francisco, California with his wife Greeshma. Randy & Sharon have two beautiful grand children, Afton May and Kellen ” Bubs” Morman with whom they are madly in love!
Randy served as the Missions & Outreach pastor at the Central Presbyterian Church in St. Louis for 41 years. He led a number of mission trips and preached around the world each year. Randy served on the board of the Bible Faith College and Ministries in Kenya, Africa, Presbyterian Mission International (PMI) at Covenant Theological Seminary. He has served on the advisory board of the St. Louis Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes and chaired the Church advisory committee for “Christian Day at the Ballpark” with the St. Louis Cardinals. Randy also served as chaplain for the Clayton Police Department for more than 15 years and he regularly led chapel services for the St. Louis Baseball Cardinals and St. Louis Rams football team over the past 20 plus years. Dr. Mellani Day is dean for the School of Business and Technology of the College of Adult and Graduate Studies at Colorado Christian University. Her background straddles business and academics, including both internationally for many years. She lived in Germany for almost 14 years and started a business that imported Orville Redenbacher Microwave Popcorn, then transitioned to academics as Chair of Graduate Business Programs at Schiller International University in Heidelberg. Her research area of interest is entrepreneurship, specifically neuroentrepreneurship and social and sustainable policies to support entrepreneurship. She is co-editor of Neuroeconomics and the Firm (2010) and Handbook of Research Methodologies and Design in Neuro-entrepreneurship (released in 2017) released by Edward Elgar, has published and presented at various conferences on these and related topics. She has been involved in several entrepreneurial ventures as founder, consultant and executive, including CEO and CFO. She earned her doctorate in business administration from Nova Southeastern University and her masters in systems management from the University of Southern California. She is a singer/songwriter and has recently written two children’s books from her songs (Where Do Wishes Go, and Dog Pack Paradise).
