Here at Libertyville Savings Bank we have had some fantastic Bank Presidents. Robert Stump became President and CEO in the early 1960s and then as he slowly began to retire his daughter, Jill Burnett, took over as LSB President in 2020. For this episode I spoke with our Libertyville Savings Bank Ag Lender, Nick and Stump Family Insurance Agent Corbin who joined the last day of the Pro Farmer Crop Tour along with local farmer Bryan Coffman who scouted the whole tour. Nick and Corbin joined the group for the evening meeting in Iowa City, Iowa and then traveled north, ending in Rochester, MN.

County Fair season is upon us! Libertyville Savings Bank is located in Southeast Iowa with locations in multiple counties. With an emphasis in ag you could say we are partial to the annual county fair tradition. We financially support 7 different fairs throughout the summer and have multiple employees that volunteer countless hours helping to prepare for the events and helping to make them run smoothly.
We are thankful to Landon, Carson and Paige for their interviews and really proud to support all of the local kids involved in the fair. Hopefully you were able to make it out to a fair near you or have plans to visit the Iowa State Fair in August.

Recently Ag Lender, Nick, visited the Ag Finance class at Iowa Wesleyan University in Mt. Pleasent, Iowa. The Ag Finance class is a part of thier new Ag Business Major. IWU begain this new program a couple of years ago and continue to build more oppertunities.
