Impostor Syndrome is characterised by a set of feelings of self-doubt about ones skills, talents, and competence, and/or a persistent fear of being "found out" or exposed as a "fraud". From time-to-time or throughout their career, academics suffer with Impostor Syndrome, forcing some to never reach their potential and others to leave academia altogether. In a series of monthly interviews I shall interview academics from across different career stages and disciplines to learn how they have coped with their own experiences with Impostor Syndrome. By hearing from a variety of viewpoints, I aim to help listeners overcome challenges they might face as they progress through their career and in so doing provide a much-needed antidote to their Impostor Syndrome.
