With 22 years as a DJ she has truly devoted herself to the house, disco and techno journey, watching Melbourne flock to her dance floor at Revolver Saturdays for the 7am Rise & Shine session every Saturday morning for 19 years, where she’s also played with the likes of Gary Beck, Radio Slave, Seth Troxler and Sven Vath. Sunshine’s residency at Poof Doof since 2012 has also been one for the record books. On the festival circuit, Sunshine has graced us with her radiating dose of hapno (happy house and techno), at Beyond The Valley, Splendour In The Grass, Piknic Electronik and Babylon alongside the likes of international pioneers Gorge, Amelie Lens, Horse Meat Disco and Butch.In 2016 Sunshine embarked on a different kind of sonic energy. Kazuma Onishi is a Japanese DJ & Producer based in Melbourne, Australia.
With a strong gravitational pull towards Groovy Techno, Kazuma has a diverse range and taste in music, often playing Minimal House, Deep House, and Breakbeats. Using a unique and interesting style of mixing developed over years of playing different styles, including hip-hop, R&B, and Trance, Kazuma often finds unique and new ways of blending tracks and genres. As a producer he is able to incorporate loops and samples into his sets, drawing on his wide array of inspiration to create a multi-layered groove and colourful journey. His music is often hypnotic, spacey, and high energy with a driving sense of direction balanced with trance-inducing melody.
Kazuma has played at Australian festivals, Strawberry Fields and Earthcore, as well as a myriad of Melbourne underground parties in venues such as My Aeon, Brown Alley, New Guernica, onesixone, Loop, Boney, Subclub and Bottom End.

With nearly 18 years experience in all things Techno in Melbourne, Australia, Ranjit Nijjer has truly carved out his own unique piece of the city’s landscape as a promoter, DJ and more recently as a producer.
His event Technoir has become an institution in Melbourne; an important Techno destination over its life of over 17 years, showcasing home made talent from across the full spectrum of Techno.
Ranjit’s DJ sets are full of energy and a delicate intensity, as he expertly layers and weaves high volumes of tracks to create a truly distinctive dance floor experience for Techno fans both young and old. Whether it is deep, hypnotic, ethereal rhythms or relentless, pounding harder sounds (often tinged with his special brand of funk), Ranjit gives the dancefloor and the listener his all.
This passion and care has seen Ranjit consistently booked around town for many years now, including several appearances at the acclaimed Rainbow Serpent Festival. 2020 saw Ranjit begin releasing his own music, with multiple EPs on Australian Techno imprint ‘Machine’ and very quickly he has found himself with tracks on labels around the world. 2022 has even seen the release of his debut LP ‘Echoes In Time’ on Spanish label ‘Diffuse Reality’.

Starting off behind the bar at many of Melbourne’s most happening venues, Casey spent years fine-tuning her skills into what gets a crowd moving. Making the move into events management and founding "Disco Volante'', one of the city's longest-running weekly club nights, she cut her teeth on the decks surrounded by some of the biggest names in music; both local and international heavyweights.
Leavers' love for the origins of electronic music makes her the perfect fit at the best venues in Australia. It is well known that her versatility is shines through when she headlines the iconic queer event POOF DOOF, where she roams freely to play anything from 70s soulful disco to deep moody techno in front of hundreds of cult-like punters screaming her name. In late 2019, Casey was signed to Mike Toner's leading agency Thick As Thieves, where she has since gone from strength to strength and more recently, earning herself a Revolver Sundays residency.
Casey now holds residencies at Revolver Upstairs, One Six One, Poof Doof and Tramp and she plays regular gigs across town from Glamorama to Circus. Her vivacious energy and ability to dial the party up to fever pitch have claimed her position at events like Beyond the Valley, Piknic Électronik, Babylon Festival, Glitterbox + Defected.

One of the most loved names on the Australian dance music scene, Kasey Taylor made his mark DJing in his hometown of Melbourne before John Digweed scouted him in the mid-nineties to play at his infamous Bedrock night in London. That was the catalyst for Taylor to take his sound and production to a global audience, leading to international exposure and a permanent move to Europe to satiate the demands of his worldwide bookings.
Currently, he is the creative power behind no less than three record labels. That includes the highly revered Vapour Recordings, the 24-year old mainstay which is over 150 releases deep and the offshoot imprint eVapour8, which topped the Beatport charts at number 1 for 8 weeks with its very first release. The most recent addition to his portfolio is Lo-Fi 45, which has seen Kasey take on a mentor role to use his years of experience to identify, sign and nurture local Australian talent.
More recently Kasey is going through a resurgence, not only is he experiencing a personal and creative renaissance, but he has just completed a rebranding across the board. Vapour Recordings has just gone through a massive revamp which will include a new online portal, merchandise and more. That will also coincide with a release roster of new music that is already creating excitement with some of the scene’s biggest players.

For the past 10 years, Kodiak Kid has been a passionate contributor to all aspects of Melbourne's underground bass scene, including throwing events under the infamous "WHOMP" brand, which has been at the forefront of touring some of the biggest names in bass music in Melbourne and Australia.
It's with a core resonating understanding between self and sound that lays the foundations for his unique signature style that has placed Kodiak Kid as one of the country’s finest DJs, earning him invites to perform at some of the premium festivals and events across Australia including Splendour In The Grass, Rainbow Serpent Festival, Earth Frequency Festival, Wide Open Space, Let Them Eat Cake amongst overseas ventures performing in New Zealand, Oregon Eclipse Gathering and Burning Man.
With the release of his Debut EP ‘Drifting Status’ on Plasma Audio’s sister label ‘Chilla Holla’ that featured Mad Zach and Mantra performing to a Sold Out show at Howler Bar, this marks Kodiak Kid's shift from performance to production and stage to studio. It signifies not only the next chapter in his musical evolution from DJ to producer, but also adding a new live element to his performances.

Specialising in intelligent electronica soundscapes with a serious edge Acid Safari performs at some of the toughest techno parties in Melbourne, has been a Revolver resident for over 10 years, curates ultra long sets at his creation Long Play, plays at outdoor festivals in front of thousands of people or ambient sets to a few dozen, runs a weekly radio show at Kiss FM Australia called Radio Bueno, plays pop and retro sets at The Espy and on the same weekend techno at illegal raves in abandoned factories.
If that wasn’t enough, he is one of the heads behind Stable Music, the team that brings you the amazing ‘Fucking Techno’ merchandise.

Bridging the gap between untamed techno hues and nostalgic recollections of ultimate electro worlds, fused with jazz and soul notions, South African born artist, label owner and promoter SOPHIE FORREST lands her spot with finesse. Applying a musical palette that grasps varying influences, the air from Melbourne based Sophie Forrest is welcome, whether it be in the studio, before a dance floor or in the kitchen as a small-batch hot sauce aficionado. As one of the nation’s few transgender DJs and producers, she too champions trans-representation across the Australian dance community, celebrating equality, ambition and talent in music.
Mid 2021 delivered Sophie Forrest’s well-crafted, two track EP ‘Potato’ on her self curated record label Body Positive Music, one of the first in Australia to focus entirely on supporting the GNC/trans/POC and femme community of producers. Earlier in the year her ‘Don’t Touch My Booty’ EP dropped, shortly after the debut release on her label coming from fellow artist Yokelust. Exploring untouched corners on dance floors throughout the electronic circuit in Melbourne and beyond, Sophie Forrest has taken her catalogue and pinned guest spots across the map, while also having supported the likes of global tastemakers including Honey Dijon, Ben UFO, Boris, Roi Perez and DJ Sprinkles.

STEVE WARD is a Melbourne based producer, DJ and label owner that has a long list of career highlights, including several collaborations with UK techno legend Carl Cox, USA acid house pioneer DJ Pierre and rock and roll hall of fame artist Nile Rodgers.
Steve's sound has evolved into a blend of raw analogue electronica and tough house grooves, coupled with the energy of techno and the euphoria of Detroit.
His sound is definitely a unique take on the modern world of electronic music.
Steve’s unpredictable DJ and live sets have given him the opportunity to perform all around the world, fusing everything from disco, house, techno and electronica.
After a long hiatus, Steve has started to release music again with an intricate remix of funk legend Sola Rosa - The Almighty Dollar and also a remake of the techno anthem DJ HMC - LSD on its 25 anniversary vinyl, which just hit the #1 most sold vinyl this year globally.
With a huge amount of music soon to be released, Steve is excited for this new phase in his career.
