This is how Patricia Garouste, President of the local chapter of the French National Association of School Psychologists, engages us with the topic of personal resources. Patricia invites us to engage in nurturing a positive atmosphere in school. How? By co-constructing resources in a team. The 'Coping tree' is an activity that can be a wonderful way to start the school-year and then carrying on throughout the year to create convivencia.
Daniel has developed his job as teacher into a mission by cultivating his passion for debate: he integrates debate in every single topic he teaches.This conversation could have been about ‘how to be authentic’… But it turns out that this was entirely the wrong question for Daniel. The right question is ‘what’s my passion?’ and that’s what Daniel wanted to speak about! Although he agrees about authenticity, instead he tell us about how he has transformed his job into a passion.
