The Narc.tion.ar.y is a revelation! If you—or anyone you know—has ever been trapped in a narcissistic abusive relationship, trying to fathom, make sense of the ”what’s going on”, or struggle to release themselves—this book is a must! Narc.tion.ar.y takes the veil off “the blur” of narcissistic abuse by “giving name and definition” to the abuses, techniques and behaviors victims face when entrapped in the toxicity of narcissistic trauma. In the world of narcissism, the goal is to prevent the victim from leaving by instilling fear, blame, guilt and confusion. But with the ability to name it and see it, you can begin to reclaim your life and your healing and recovery. Here’s how Dr. Tracy Kemble explains the origin of the Narc.tion.ar.y:“I decided to write the book one day after working with a first time client. She was new to recovery and like all women who are waking-up from Narcissistic Trauma she had a plethora of questions and stories. As she ruminated through her traumas, I was able to give name to the “ghosts” / insanity. “Oh, that is called ‘word salading.’” “Ah, that is called Aftershock.” “Yes, that is called Fake Empathy.”NARC.TION.AR.YToday her Reclaiming Me program has been taught in 5 countries around the world. For the past 25 years, within the domestic USA, from West Coast to East Coast, there are currently two online live workshops a week where women from all walks of life attend to heal.

Dr. Tracy (Ph.D.), the author of The Narc.tion.ar.y, is a thought leader, entrepreneur, and women’s empowerment expert with over thirty years’ experience in teaching life transformation. In 2022, she was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women’s Leader Club, for successfully building three sustainable international businesses including, including Mrs. Globe® – an international televised cultural event with over 80 licenses around the world, The WIN Foundation, a 501C-3 nonprofit specializing in abuse recovery and the International Feminine Boss Academy and Society, a learning center where she teaches female "soul-preneurs" how to manifest their life with Feminine Energy. Dr. Tracy has created many programs of empowerment, but her most important work is the cornerstone project Reclaiming Me (The journey from Narcissistic Abuse Trauma to Self-Love). Since 1996, thousands of graduates have successfully reclaimed their life after Narcissistic Abuse. Dr. Tracy is most passionate about this program because like many of her Reclaiming Me clients, she too Biography once found her life annihilated due to abuse. It was her long and lonely road to recovery that prompted her to launch the WIN Foundation and develop the Reclaiming Me program. Twenty-five years later this program runs twice a week, year-round, for only $10 a class.

www.floodsisterskidneyfnd.Org   We are three sisters from New York who were on a mission to save our father’s life…We didn’t want to see our father wait on the national list or have to be on dialysis. Many chronic renal candidates think there is no hope for them. Our dad felt the same way until we did our research. The three of us knew that there was hope out there. We were determined to find it.We started this foundation so we can educate people on alternative ways in finding a donor for kidney transplantation, and help them obtain a living donor. The focus is centered on the idea of the “altruistic donor” or unrelated living donor. It is our philosophy that no one should have to wait for a new life on a “waiting list” or suffer through dialysis if they don’t have to.The more we raise awareness, the less need there will be for a waiting list. There will be less of a kidney shortage as more people realize that unrelated living donors exist. More hospitals are becoming more open to altruistic living donation as these transplants have a higher success rate than cadavers. Our story is simple. It is a message that conveys the courage to go beyond the norm and act upon it. It is only through courage, persistence, hope and love that we can start saving lives together.

Dora Sherry : In Her Own Words:

A violent domestic fight with my husband March 28, 1978 ended with me going over a 3rd floor outdoor balcony to the sidewalk below. I crushed my hip, broke my lower back, and my right femur in 2 places. An angel doctor came into the emergency Room that night at 4 o'clock in the morning. They had me scheduled to amputate my leg and hip the next morning. He transferred me to his hospital and fixed my injuries.  He didn't think that I would ever be able to use the leg to walk again but at least cosmetically I was in tact. We never knew who called him. I spent 2 years in a wheelchair. When I was starting to walk, I left that husband and 2 years after that I became a black belt in Kenpo karate.1983 I broke my back again in a karate tournament and had to start on pain medication. Also started having terrible headaches. They said was a result of the concussion I had when I fell.I had remarried at that time.  I started taking the prescription pain medication for physical pain. But I also discovered the man I had married was not the man I thought he was at the time. He started beating me when another man would look at me. The emotional pain and SHAME caused me to start self medicating without even realizing it. After my son died in 1990 my marriage got worse. So did my opiate addiction. I just started realizing when I wrote the story for the collaborative authors book for Gloria that I never grieved my son for 30 years.  I just kept drowning my pain with pills I've carried all this chronic physical pain,  Without even realizing it was mostly emotional. Every time I would manage to get off those pills for a year or 2 something else would happen. I would get an injury or at one point I had a brain freeze type headache that lasted for 14 months.  I lived on 2 80mg. Oxycontins and 2mg. Dilaudid IV. I was admitted into the hospital 20 times that 14 month period. .

Started a Consulting business 12 years ago focusing on the some of the following, but not limited services: Business Analyzation of overall business, individual departments and software solutions. Identity management programs, Social Media and marketing campaigns and solutions. Building Sales and Marketing. Leadership programs, team building meetings, etc. www.DebbyKruszewski.com

I decided that working in Corporate America was a great experience and love all the work that I have done, but it just wasn’t the right solution for me. My consulting jobs were small to start. I lost a major consulting job and decided that I needed to take a step back and really listen to what God was asking me and telling me where I should be.

As a lifelong Catholic and a lifetime parishioner of Saints John and Paul Church in Larchmont, I was introduced to the Emmanuel Community and took my step forward into the community in February 2018. I was able to find a stronger sense of the Holy Spirit and started writing when I was on a pilgrimage in Rome. I had a story to tell and was driven to write and went on to write three books in under nine months. My first book addresses how I still felt a connection to a past life and how I know that I have guardian angels that guide me from above. There was two people in my life that I met and couldn’t understand my connection to them, or why I have only met them once. I needed to write and figure some of it out.

Jayna was an amazing, vibrant, intelligent and beautiful child who grew up without wanting. She attended 14 years of catholic school education, she had a hardworking devoted single mother, an estranged father (police detective), a doting grandfather (police detective lieutenant) and a overly protective grandmother in a small but big city .... Yonkers, NY

She had a ton of friends, was admired by many and a heart of gold. I called her my ‘rebel’ because nothing frightened her other than clowns (lol) and she took chances without knowing what the outcome would be without a second thought. She was unique and definitely one of a kind; there will never be another ‘jayna’.

She woke up one morning to find her lexus submerged in water from a flash flood, and the next day to she woke up to the guy she had just started dating to find him dead next to her..... she had slept through the seizure he supposedly died from and blamed herself for not being awake to save him. Troubled and guilt-ridden, she had a nervous breakdown. One day someone stuck a needle in her arm and said it would ‘make her feel better’. The next day she wanted to feel better again. And the next day she was an amateur drug addict addicted to heroin.

Jennifer Needle in Her Arm:

Healing from the Hell of My Daughter’s Drug Addiction

by Bonnie Kaye, M.Ed.

Book Description

Jennifer Needle in Her Arm explores the emotional turmoil that parents go

through when they have either lost a child to drugs or have to deal with a

child currently addicted to drugs. Bonnie Kaye, who lost her daughter

Jennifer in 2002 at the age of 22, suffered the guilt and shame almost all

good parents go through in the aftermath of losing a child to drugs.

In this book, Kaye talks about the journey she and her daughter went

through together, and how in the end, nothing she did changed the outcome.

She shares some articles she wrote in the years following her loss to help

people understand what parents go through with a drug-addicted child.

Kaye has also included a number of heart-wrenching writings that

Jennifer gave to her to share with others in hopes that they would read

about her pain and not have her daily struggles of survival. One passage

includes these words of despair and hope:

Dear Addiction,

What have I ever done to you to deserve all this pain and agony?

Ranelle Golden is an Author, Screenplay Writer, Director, Producer, and Music Talent Manager. Ranelle's multitude of talent extends to experience in music, writer, film, and television. She has been writing screenplays for years, with dozens to her credit, and, as a seasoned Indie Film Maker, she has completed television pilots and commercials for herself and her clients.

Ranelle began her career in the music business, working with her own band and writing original music. Marriage and children added another wonderful dimension to her life, yet it wasn't long before music called her back. Soon, she traveled down another path, opening a successful music educational center that expanded into a full performing arts school, complete with a black box theater. Over 400 students attended and performed during their time at the Academy. Although she had to close the school due to serious health issues that caused blindness, Ranelle never let go of her dreams or her ideas.

After a long road to recovery, Ranelle was again inspired to bring her creative vision to life. Feeling that she had a "second chance", she started writing her first screenplay, and, with new focus and energy, she was also able to complete her first book, "Twin Curse". Ranelle soon understood it was time to open her own doors and make things happen. From this realization, her first short film, "Saving Amy" was born.

In mid-2011, Ranelle began developing her first two television concepts with writing partner Stephen Wright. Her first concept, Hit Women, is written by Ranelle and Stephen. With this concept, flawed, fabulous, and (at times deadly) women are doing what people only imagine in real life. Hit Women, growing in star power, just completed its 2015 series trailer.

Lori Esteve Is the founder of SOBBS (Stories of Babies Born Still) and the organizer of the USCCCI (United States Cuddle Cot Campaign Initiative). She lives in Florida with her husband and three children. Her passion for the baby loss community began after her first child was stillborn in 1986 at full term due to a “true knot” in the umbilical cord. Originally from a small town in northern Michigan with limited grief support services she mourned in silence for many years. After re-locating to Florida she began to write her story in an attempt to reconcile her unexplored feeling of loss, grief, depression, anger and guilt over the loss of her son. After sharing some of her writings on-line and receiving overwhelming and heartbreaking responses from many women who had also suffered a similar loss she decided to begin a support group. In 2010 SOBBS (Stories of babies Born Still) began as a small Facebook group offering a place for families to share, grieve, honor, remember, heal and above all connect with others families who suffered a similar tragedy. The group quickly grew and in 2012 she published “Wandering Purgatory”. The story recounts her heartbreaking loss and the guilt, depression and anger that affected her for several years after and how she finally found the courage to explore those feelings deeper and create a positive legacy in honor of her son. Nico was diagnosed with Chromosome 14 Deletion Disorder at the very early age of 18 months, by his endocrinologist, Dr. Cervantes, as a most probable explanation for his increasingly negative medical circumstances.

She had fortunately read an article in the "New England Journal of Medicine" about a young female with very similar symptoms.

Nico was then genetically tested, with the outcome being, he was in fact, the second child in the whole world diagnosed with this exceeding rare chromosomal disorder.

It is a brutal monster of a disease, and had already tragically claimed the lives of two young males at the age of 20 and 24.

Doctors have followed and journaled Nico's medical condition for years and still do so today.

They've named the deviance, the NKX21 Gene, which is further defined as a TTF1-Deletion or Thyroid Transcript Factor Deletion.

This cruel genetic anomaly can lead directly to thyroid cancer. It also affects our breathing enzymes called surfactants..

Nico has certain proteins that are missing, which if present would normally manufacture those very same surfactants, that we all need to survive.

Sophie's Senior Sanctuary.

We rescue senior dogs who have been abandoned whether it be in the streets or a shelter, placed on death row, or set to be euthanized. These dogs have so much more life to give and it happens more than it should. We give them a safe and loving home to live out the rest of their lives whether it be a few weeks to a few years. It all started after I began working at a local vet clinic in North Carolina. So many people who either got sick of caring for an old dog or got a new puppy that their previous dog wasn't given adequate time to adjust to... So they opted for euthanasia. I just couldn't watch it happen anymore. So I started taking home all the dogs who had that unlucky fate. Most dogs have come to us in sad conditions including bad skin infections and massive tumors. We have rescued a total of 5 seniors so far and hope to soon expand after all of our paperwork has been processed and approved. These dogs are our life as we are there's and we wouldn't want it any other wa y.

REDIRECTED BY GRACE : This film is about a young boy who at the age of ten was one of ten kids trained by special forces personnel to become a  hired killer for the man who created the Mexican gulf cartel. At the age of 14 he was kidnapped by rivals and tortured for three days and three nights.  At the age of 16 he had a religious experience in Louisiana, while he was torturing a Preacher. Then at the age of 20 he went to prison for 21 years and 6 months, it was during this time in prison that he came across the program Adventures of Odyssey, by Focus In The Family. One of the episodes featured a character by the name of Connie Kendel. It was  because of this particular characters action that she finally gave herself to the Lord and said a prayer in an episode; so did this man named John. If It was not for this kid program and the passion it instilled that brought a grown man to his knees and began to pray for salvation; there is no telling what would have happened to him. God had other plans. This man never had a chance to be a kid, but is was through a kid show that the Lord saved him. This project is about salvation, hope, and redemption; and that the Lord can save anybody.

Cast will include Ms Ashley North of Netflix hit show Orange is the New Black who happens to also be releasing a single soon titled “Something you need.” She is also the CEO of J Dash Productions out of New York.

from playing collegiately, let alone professionally. Lance never listened- he couldn’t hear them anyway on his way to becoming the first deaf player in NBA history. With a remarkable world of experience from his 10 years of professional basketball across the globe, spanning the continents, Lance has learned first hand the pitfalls of teams and leadership, which are pervasive through all cultures, allowing him to bring a fresh lens to old discussions about success and teamwork.

Until 2013, David Merkatz made his living as a locksmith in Coconut Creek, FL. Life, he thought, was pretty good. While there were some trademark issues with his business, he was making a living and enjoying his life. That all changed August of 2013, when police arrested David Merkatz and charged him and two of his fellow locksmiths, Peter Lomagistro and Joshua Levy, with a host of crimes ranging from money laundering to petty theft.

Read about David's wrongful arrest!

That’s when David Merkatz learned that those soothing lessons you memorize in high school civics class – that the United States protects the rights of the accused, that you’re innocent until proven guilty in a criminal trial, that the innocent have nothing to fear – really aren’t true. He was plunged into a nightmare criminal trial after a wrongful arrest, and it was only thanks to his attorneys and his own dogged persistence that he and his fellow locksmiths came out all right.

They were all right – but they were not unscathed. Even though they weren’t found guilty by a jury of their peers, they still had to pay all bond costs, legal fees, and suffer through the agony of waiting to see how their case would play out. This experience is what prompted David Merkatz to write Wrongly Charged, to show other sufferers that they aren’t alone and to take a stand for change in the American legal system.

Talking Points :

*Learn how to understand and deal with your feelings

*When people feel emotionally numb, they can feel emotionally disconnected from a situation—for example, a person in a sad situation who does not feel like crying. Emotional numbness can also cause a person to feel hopeless about her future. Different psychological conditions or reactions to certain events can cause emotional numbness.

Rise to Grace aims to aid in the positive development of children and coming-of-age youth through community outreach, sponsorship and mentoring. I pledge to use and share my experiences as a young man running the streets of Brooklyn to help shape a blueprint for success to be made available to our most precious assets: our children. I will share with them my struggles, the drug scene, the guns, the violence and my challenges. Good challenges, bad challenges and those challenges I have overcome.

I aim to let them know how throughout it all, I have more now than I had then, even though back then I had more money than I  do now. I want today's youth to utilize the tools they might not realize they have and to overcome their challenges and also to let them know I genuinely care.                                                                                                                                                                                                 I do all this not by myself but with a wonderful team that have the same mission as I do. We work hard and sacrifice for this cause because we all know that it will be worth it. Saving any person's life from running the streets will always be gratifying and will always be considered a success.

Jeanine has such a deep appreciation for healthy relationships that support a life of love and self- nourishment. At the age of sixteen she was in a life threatening auto accident, and it was that tragic event that triggered an insatiable quest for wellness and wholeness inside and out.  She was only seventeen when she felt desperate to understand which foods fostered a landscape for healing and which ones didn’t.  Combine that with a decade long toxic relationship from which she emerged healthier than when she went in, and you get a gal who is deeply passionate about helping you to fall in love…with yourself!  Toxic people are just as derailing to your wellness as committing nutritional slaughter is.   Her inner travel bug has swept her away to her to sweet spots such as Bora Bora, Rio, Spain, Charleston, S.C. and the Big Apple.  Jeanine, a mom of two, loves the natural high that a Latitude Adjustment provides, and knows that everything tastes better when it feeds the soul too.    www.jeaninefinelli.com

I will be interviewing 3 speakers from The Capital Cinema Cultural Excahnge: Mike Camoin, Elaine Bapis, and Eric Vollweiler. This will be a live show : Call In Number: 646-716-7250:

The Capital Cinema Cultural Exchange (CCCE), nicknamed "Triple C E", aims to   support dynamic cross-cultural exchange through film. Established in 2014, the Capital Cinema Cultural Exchange is a non-commercial initiative aimed at providing filmmakers with added skills, resources, and opportunities to enhance marketability and help them reach international audiences for their character-driven work. Whether the work is a short, documentary, or feature, CCCE understands how hard it can be to bring a movie from start to finish. Our goal is to provide professional mentoring, educational workshops, cultural exchange, one-on-one consultation, networking and other forms of support, so that filmmakers can shape their work to reach a wider audience sooner. Through interaction with audiences, industry experts and peers, filmmakers can acquire a greater understanding of the language and best practices needed to navigate the creative and business paths from development to marketing, from financing to completion.

We understand there has and may always be conflicts between people and cultures of various nations.  We don't uphold one culture to be less or greater than another, or endorse any political stance.  We understand that great films transcend any particular politics of a region and strive to show the human condition even amidst adversity. A form of international communication, film is a unique language that cuts across cultures and must be preserved and protected, especially during times of conflict and disagreement, such that we might more fully understand our fellow human beings.
