Often it's those who enter the scene from a different background who take the evolution of music to the next level. Instead of suffering from tunnel vision they are full of open-minded curiosity. Seth Schwarz is one of them. His powerful productions meet the expectations of the dance floor, but at the same time they break the circle of imitation and repetition. Seth dedicated a great part of his youth to classical music. By merging the concepts of electronic music and classic composition he creates mighty bangers of truly symphonic dimensions. It's not unusual for him to record up to 70 instrumental tracks for a new production. The result is extremely catchy and has a unique feeling of flow elegance.

Where to start - It was a last minute decision to be part of this years Afrika Burn again ... counting # 7 now ... and still amazed and mesmerized by the uniqueness each moment holds for us - once we step into resonance with our higher selves. Truly blessed to have spend unique & precious moments with tribe and connected the stars when they aligned. I am sharing here a moment of my night set at the Ubulanti community that I became part of - building bridges with music and expanding our minds, driven with the force of an eternal beating heart. I am looking for the bright blending beams of the space ship ICARUS to pick me up from White Ocean for a ride into the deep playa. I can see it arriving super dangerous and gently at the same time, a gigantic monster hovering over the cold sand. All of its machines are fully tanked and the crew is ready for take off towards a trip into the endless eternal darkness of the desert night, only the captain knows where he wanted to take us...to a far far away shrine like pyramid made out of lights...The DJ sets starts out with a sound coulisse by Stephan Bodzin accompanied by the improvised electric violin that runs though futuristic fx chains. lt progresses to an epic Seth Schwarz Remix of Lukkif’s Mine Hender that calls out the missing nomads to enter the ship for the journey. Once the engines are rolling and the reactor is above working temperature we start moving and the stars around us become only white stripes that burst into space time accompanied by Rauschhaus'a Eskrima - in that state it takes us only further into space, moments of silence occur, sudden moments of uncertainty, broken oxygen pipes, hidden agents that tormented us and blind passengers that had to be dealt with (for them the deep playa also provides;)). We we super lucky to find clean oceans to Reste on the blue planet Atlas to refill our tanks after being hit by Apollo. We were lucky then and out of the Imax speakers Opus was rejoicing, but not too long because the water was intoxicated with X-pollination, it not only Seems Real, it becomes a new universe before beaming back to Antwerpen… the legendary tales of the Icarus Crew are yet to be told, so let yourself float away and find yourself a ship to cruise on while enjoying this musical bonbon before the chapter closes with a captain future like hymn by Emika. It was a BiiiiiiiiiG pleasure and lots of fun playing for you at Seebühne. Thank you very very much Fusion, 3000 Grad and the people for your support! Friday evening was really one to remember when Chapeau Club came with all their fancy costumes to join the stage, the crowd was going crazy and heating up more and more to the finale when they had me stage dive for the first time in my life.
