Raised both personally and musically in Kansas City, Missouri, his musical roots are in, and have evolved from, hip hop, R&B, gospel, and jazz. Largely self-taught, he received formal education from Scott Anthony and Bobby Watson, both from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Conservatory of Music. Santa Bryan has 18 years of experience as a real bearded Santa. He’s a member of the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santa’s (yes that’s a real thing) and Santa’s of the Heartland. For 16 years he served as one of the Santa’s in the Kansas City Southern Railway Holiday Express. He’s also worked with the Salvation Army the past three years and served as Union Station Kansas City Holiday Reflections Santa for the past three years. This year he was part of the Unwrapping of The Giving Machine charity. Bryan will also be part of the Christmas morning breakfast for game day staff for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Mica-Elgin Vi a first generation Filipino American. He is the lead vocalist, guitarist and head songwriter for Modern Day Fitzgerald. He grabs influences from musicians like The White Stripes, Weezer, Beastie Boys and Childish Gambino. In the band Modern Day Fitzgerald, they released two E.Ps, and one live album since 2016. Performed in the same festival with acts like Clairo and Beabadoobee, performed in showcases during South by Southwest, and opened up for The Romantics.
We had a great discussion diving into the song writing process, content creation and learning to enjoy the whole journey.

Artist Vania Soto is Kansas City-based artist, muralist, and art instructor.
A Full-time artist and graduate of Tennessee University majoring in business administration and Arts.
She has focused her career on storytelling by creating murals and commission pieces.
She has been an art instructor for 7 years in Kansas City, Kansas for students ages 10-16. That started off as a community After School Class free of charge for the kids and is now grown into entrepreneurial development and created MAS, (Monarch Art Space), an organization that concentrates on creating affordable spaces for artists to work. MAS, is also a gallery with retail opportunities for the artists as well.

David A. Parrilla has been involved in music all his life. He became intrigued with music around the 3rd grade. In high school leading up to college, he played trumpet with the CSYO and has played for many Cleveland State Commencements. Alongside those years he also sang in the Cincinnati Boychoir (toured Chicago and California) and then the Cincinnati Children’s Choir (toured New York, China, & Italy). Recently he has been making his own music and is working on building his own band to get back on the road once again.

Casi has been performing music since the age of 5, and professionally since the age of 10. She began her career touring the midwest Opry Circuit, until she was spotted and signed by Radio Disney. Todd is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with 27 years of service. He is a former enlisted soldier and a West Point graduate. He spent a career as an Armor and Cavalry officer and service as a military diplomat in six European countries (Germany, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia). His time in service included numerous deployments to Afghanistan and one in Kosovo.
Upon retiring in January of 2018, Todd threw all of his energy and efforts into the legalization of medical cannabis with a specific focus on gaining access for veterans. He is the CEO of Harvest 360, a full-service cannabis consulting company responsible for winning dozens of licenses across the country. Harvest 360 looks at the re-legalization of cannabis as a paradigm shift and an opportunity to address many of the issues created by cannabis prohibition.
Todd is an activist, currently serving on the advisory board of the Kansas Cannabis Coalition and the Veterans Action Council, and previously on the Missouri Cannabis Trade Association. He is also an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University in their Cannabis Science and Policy Program.
He lives in the middle of the country on the border between legal cannabis access and harshly punished criminalized marijuana (Platte City, MO). He is married with two sons and a golden doodle.

Jamie is the guitarist and co-songwriter and producer for the band Stray Local, Stray local is the husband-and-wife indie alt-pop duo of Hannah and Jamie Rowen based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Courtney Turcotte Bond is a freelance writer, poet, and blogger, but she’s had a dream to write a book since she was eight years old. Thirty years later, that dream has finally become a reality with her debut novel, Breathtaking. Michael is a Comedian and magician from Ohio and he gives the ancient art of magic a facelift with an irreverent and often satirical comedic spin. He’s been seen in hundreds of colleges all over the country in as many as 40 states in a single year, met lots of people — even wrote a book. After all this, he still feels like more of a Professional Smartass than a Magician.

Vi Tran is a Vietnamese-born actor, storyteller, musician, curator, venue owner, and wellness coach. From performing in large stage productions to fronting the Vi Tran Band to operating the Buffalo room Vi is a true artistic entrepreneur.
Most notably he has written and produced his own show musical titled the Butcher's Son. It's the story of how he was smuggled out of Vietnam and captured by the Khmer (kami ) Rouge in Cambodia before finding refuge in a Red Cross camp in Thailand.
