This podcast is about mindset. Through all the challenges I have experienced in life (epilepsy, scoliosis, health issues, life lessons, and setbacks) I kept going. Books and audio programs I have listened to over the years inspire, encourage, motivate and drive me to push forward every day in every thing that I choose to do. These podcasts share a little about my story, my experiences, and what has inspired me, and what keeps me pushing forward to the next level of life.
I reached out to a friend of mine in fitness, Amanda Ewers, and we discussed an idea "The Onion". Its not about what it represents, but what lies beneath it.
Everyone needs a short break now and again. A time to reset, relax. Don't rest too long, the weeds take the garden.
How do you achieve your goals? Reverse engineering it will break it down. Gotta try it out.
This is the first step to accomplishing every goal you have in life. Without this, nothing changes.
People who are like you. Similar experiences. They understand your struggles because they go through them too.
This has to be one of the most important characteristics that is missing in society today.
This is a principle I have been using for the past few years to get healthy, fit, and improve my life for the better. If you have goals, this podcast will guide how to get from where you are to where you want to be. I mention real-life examples you will be able to relate to.
After watching the latest events in the news, I could have podcasted about that. Instead, I took a different approach. Asking questions, and inspiring possibilities in this podcast.
COVID19 is affective everyone everywhere, if you let it. This podcast has a few ideas to help you get through it.

What do you value? The things in you life, or the people in it? Or do you value things (tv, video games, your phone, your car, your house)? Lot to think about.
One of the lessons they do not tell you in life - is that failure is the greatest step to success. Its something everyone wants to avoid, but necessary to obtain your goal.
Everything in life can be traced to these two things. What started it? What was the result? Can be either positive or negative.

We all go through it, we all know how it feels, no doubt you've been there. The difference between what we want versus what really is. What we hope to be versus what actually happens. How do we adjust our expectations to match or reality? Or do we adjust our reality to meet our expectations?
Every first step in life is always challenging and difficult. Look at babies trying to walk. People learning to drive. Cooking on your own. Managing stuff.
Everybody has something or a situation in life they can relate this to. We all go through it. That's what inspired this podcast. Everyone has to start somewhere.
Over the years, I've listened to a lot of personal development. One of the concepts that really stood out in my mind was the word - opportunity. I first heard it from an audio program by Jim Rohn in 2010. In life, there are always opportunities, we have to look for them. Opportunities are everywhere, its just a choice whether or not to pursue them.
Few years ago, I was looking for a word that would describe the challenges (or trials and tribulations) of live that I've experienced. I came across this word because it really resonated with me - resilience. Pronounced RE ZILL EE ENCE.
Its a powerful word, stemming from my personal philosophy of refusing to quit.

This topic has been on my mind for a while because of everything that I’ve seen in society, with people and their smartphones and/or devices. I had to cover this topic, as its hot! Best of all, I submitted this idea to the Motivational Creative Video Hub, and we’ll be doing a video on this soon. This may push some buttons, but that’s ok, it gets the conversation rolling. In January 2018, with the Motivational Creative Video Hub, we started to ask “who are these people” and we decided to showcase the different entrepreneurs, who they are, what their business is, and how they stand out in the marketplace of their industry.
Ok, this may be a bit controversial, but its not intended to be. These are two topics I rarely ever discuss in person or online. This one is short, sweet, and to the point. Why? You'll have to listen to the podcast to understand my perspective on these topics. :)
