Collaborative Strategies for Inclusive Change is a product of the NSF INCLUDES Coordination Hub (www.includesnetwork.org), a project of the National Science Foundation. Host Dr. Ivory Toldson, co-principal investigator for the NSF INCLUDES Coordination Hub, guides discussions with invited guests, highlighting projects and partnerships that are shifting inequitable systems in order to improve accessibility and inclusivity in STEM education and careers. Each podcast features leaders from NSF INCLUDES-funded projects and other scholars and practitioners committed to the NSF INCLUDES vision of a STEM enterprise that reflects the diversity of the nation.

Dr. Benjamin Flores, is professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas El Paso and PI of the Texas Regional Collaborative section of the NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance.  He has over 25 years of managing STEM education research and training programs with more than 40 million in the research portfolio since 2005, he has been the PI and director of the University of Texas system, Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation, and also the University of Texas system Bridge to Doctorate Program.
