    • Women – some interesting articles on this. Some studies suggest that technology in the lending process (ie online applications) helps eliminate historic gender bias so women homebuyers are increasing. I have also had some discussions lately with women expressing frustration that the man’s name is usually first on the home and loan (I do this differently) even if they are the one doing all the paperwork and with higher credit score, etc. Anecdotally, I often see women as the driving force to get her family qualified to buy a home. This could be an interesting sector to watch with more remote/work from home jobs enabling work/family balance and live-anywhere buying.
