I was hoping to get this mix done in the week to get it out in plenty of time, but as always I was so busy and didn't get to do this until pride day itself.
If I'd had more time I would have recorded another mix to be honest, as I wasn't on form when doing this and I'm not too happy with my technical skills on this mix, its not a great representation of me as a DJ but hey let get it out there as there are some slamming tunes on this 3 hour mix-down.

I've just disconnected these podcast from a 3rd party distributor that I was using. It was pointless as I can direct all the episodes to the various different platforms myself. I just hope everyone still gets this on their prefered network.

I never seam to run out of Lost & Found mixes, I was just tidying up files on the computer when I stumbled across this short recording of a live set of me playing at one of the first Soul Damn Funky's with CJ Mackintosh back in April 2010.
I used to carry a Minidisc recorder with me and always recorded my live sets when I got the chance, I'm guessing this is so short as the Minidisc ran out as there was hours of recording time of the other DJ's who played before me.

This is a live set recorded at Secret Soul last summer (2013) I was privileged to play at this very cool secret location party which is held just a couple of times a year in Brighton, this particular event was one of Brighton's many legendary Pride parties.
This is another mix that I forgot about which has been sitting on my hard drive waiting to be found and it was a nice little surprise when I discovered it earlier today.
Theres a mixed bag of classics, soulful, deep, bumpy house, a little nu disco and garage.

What with pride in Brighton being such a massive event for everyone in the city Soul Damn Funky decided to get involved and put out a mix to celebrate the biggest party weekend of the year.

Not many people I know have got a single cassette tape in their possession anymore, but me being me I’ve got a big storage box full of the things, but for a good reason, most of them are full of rare recordings taken from the radio back in the mid 90’s, pirate stations from London to Brighton, old Kiss mixes, essential mixes, you get the picture…
As the majority of this box is full of mixes from other DJ’s I was quite surprised to find a tape with my name on it dated December 1996! If-fact there ended up being a few including one of me on the radio in 1995 but I think we’ll leave that one in the box.
