In Dreaming Bipolar, Shine Fab Moon describes her dreams and connects them to her life as someone with bipolar disorder. Realizing this image of the turkeys being stuffed in a confined space relates to her current circumstances, Shine Fab Moon discusses how she is coping with her toxic living environment. Searching for a job far away from her family is the first step on her list, and meanwhile the Gray Rock technique is a powerful method Shine Fab Moon describes as being very effective in dealing with the narcissists in her life.
The question as to why she chose the family she has for this incarnation remains in her soul all the while, since Shine Fab Moon understands she chose this family for a reason before coming to this life. There is something she is meant to learn from these relationships, and one of the conclusions Shine Fab Moon comes to in this episode focuses on how she is learning to resist letting others use her bipolar diagnosis as a weapon against her to silence her voice.
With her ability to discern the madness in not only herself but also the world around her, Shine Fab Moon fills in more of the details of what may have contributed to her being diagnosed as bipolar.
