As a collegiate athlete, I feel they're a lot of things that are misunderstood and misrepresented in the world of athletics. Growing up and throughout my recruiting process I had hundreds of questions for the girls I wanted to become one day, but I could never find the answers to them. So here they are. In this podcast, I will deep dive into the realities of competing at this level, how I got to where I am today and every single thing in between. A huge part of being a college athlete is taking advantage of the communities around you and the opportunities they bring. We can create change and make a positive impact on other people through our connections and platforms because of sports. This week's episode featuring two guests, Emma and Aubrey, dives into our trip over spring break to Ecuador. We delivered water filters to communities in need of access to clean and safe drinking water with 23 other athletes and members of AIA.
