As we step into the final stretch of the year, Maggie shares how she’s restructuring her business and energy to avoid the October-to-January overwhelm so many entrepreneurs feel. From birthdays and holidays to client demands and personal commitments, the last quarter can be chaotic. But with intentional planning, aligned offers, and energy protection, it can feel lighter, more profitable, and joyful.

Maggie walks listeners through how she’s simplified her business to focus on what lights her up, how she uses Human Design to protect her sacral energy, and why setting clear boundaries and aligned offers is key to finishing the year strong. She also reminds us that if your offers feel heavy or scattered, now is the time to audit and realign them so they create overflow — not exhaustion.

This episode closes with a clear invitation: book an Offer Audit / Offer Alignment Call to simplify your offers, align your messaging, and protect your energy before the year ends.

8 Key Takeaways1. Plan intentionally, not reactively. Stop scrambling in November — set up your final 100 days with clarity now. 2. Audit your offers. Too many offers = scattered energy. Simplify down to what excites you. 3. Align your messaging. When your words and offers match your energy, clients feel it. 4. Simplify your systems. Clear out unused tech, funnels, and tasks that waste time. 5. Protect your energy. Know your best working hours and honor them — alignment prevents burnout. 6. Use Human Design as a guide. Your design shows how you naturally create, rest, and sell. 7. Boundaries create freedom. Decide when you’re “done” for the year so you can enjoy holidays without guilt. 8. Overflow is available. The right structure and conviction let you finish the year profitable and energized.

In this episode Maggie digs into what she calls aligned delusion — the confident, subconscious knowing that your business and offers will work. She opens with a personal birth story (her son Jackson’s birthday) and ties that intuitive certainty to other pivot points in her life — discovering photography in Sevilla, launching a yoga teacher training, and moving into business mentoring. Maggie argues that when you decide unequivocally that “Plan A is the plan,” your mindset, strategy, and energy align to make the plan inevitable.

She explains how that conviction doesn’t mean ignoring reality; it means choosing to see proof and build systems around a clear, excited expectation. Maggie gives examples of how being delusional about success made her more profitable (photography, yoga studio, teacher training, coaching). She also pulls in Human Design as a tool to sustain that level of excitement without burning out, and stresses clarity + simplicity in offers as the practical side of the delusion.

The episode closes with an actionable invitation: if your offers aren’t converting or you want to finish the year strong (without working yourself to the bone), book an Offer Audit / Offer Alignment call with Maggie. She’s opened calendar spots and has only a few one-on-one mentoring seats left for the quarter — this episode is a call to decide, get aligned, and move forward with certainty.

8 key takeaways1. Aligned delusion = strategy + conviction. Deciding, without a Plan B, forces your subconscious and actions to line up with the outcome. 2. Your subconscious often “knows” first. Maggie’s stories (birthdate, photography moment) show intuition as a real business compass. 3. Profit follows conviction. Maggie’s most profitable launches came when she fully believed the offer would sell. 4. Decide what success looks like now. Define specific, sustainable goals (e.g., four 1:1 client slots per quarter). 5. Use Human Design to sustain the energy. Human Design can help you create offers and workflows that keep the excitement alive. 6. Simplicity sells. The clearer and more specific your offer, the easier it is for people to buy. 7. Thoughts create your reality — manage them. If you’re stuck in “it’s not working,” shift your thinking to spot proof and small wins. 8. Act now: audit and align. If your offers aren’t converting, an Offer Audit / Offer Alignment call can sharpen pricing, messaging, and energy so you sell with certainty.

In this bonus episode Maggie & Christa talk all about the power of words and the importance of learning copywriting skills to elevate your brand!

About Christa:

Just a few years ago, I was a stay-at-home mom running a small graphic design business. When my business took an unexpected hit in the summer of 2017, I dove into learning how to use social media to market my business.

That's when something unexpected happened. I fell in love with sales copywriting.

And that's when something ELSE unexpected happened. I fell in love AGAIN - with training copywriters.

I became obsessed with digital marketing, paid traffic, and the power of words to create conversions. I found my calling telling the stories of my clients through sales copy for 7- and 8-figure entrepreneurs and influencers. The business grew rapidly, and I started looking for sales copywriters to add to our team. The search ended up being more difficult than I expected. I had trouble finding writers I could afford who were trained in the high-level sales conversion copywriting skills needed to get the kind of results my clients expected. If I wanted to keep growing the business, I was going to need to train writers myself.

In this episode, we dive into the art of lead generation and how to align your approach with your unique energy type. Whether you're a Generator, Projector, Manifestor, or Reflector, understanding your Human Design can transform the way you connect with your audience and generate leads.

Key Points:

  1. Time Management and Energy Awareness:

    • If spending hours on Facebook feels overwhelming, consider structuring your interactions to fit your energy levels. Aim for at least two check-ins daily, whether that's 10 minutes in the morning and 10 in the evening or a quick connection three times throughout the day.
    • Acknowledge your scrolling habits and make a conscious effort to engage purposefully instead.
    • Engagement vs. Traditional Tactics:

    • Traditional lead generation methods like cold ads and DMs often lead to frustration. Instead, cultivate genuine connections and seek accountability through an engaged community or accountability partner.

    • Sharing excitement and supporting one another can significantly boost your visibility and engagement.
    • The Importance of Consistency:

    • Posting frequency matters. For Projectors, while energy levels may limit how often you post, aim for consistency. More touchpoints (7-21 impressions) increase the likelihood of engagement, leading to better algorithm performance.

    • Aligning with Values:

    • Infuse your lead generation efforts with your core values, such as simplicity and enjoyment. When your approach feels easy and authentic, you're more likely to engage and connect with your audience.

    • The Role of Human Design:

    • Lean into your energy type. Manifestors should inform and engage their audience about projects, while Projectors should share insights and solutions. Understanding how your design influences your interactions can enhance your effectiveness.

    • Creating Meaningful Conversations:

    • To generate leads, think about how many sales you want per month and plan your outreach accordingly. For high-ticket sales, establish a target number of sales calls and engage in new conversations regularly.

    • Utilize platforms like Facebook and Instagram to connect and create conversations, leaning into your preferences for where you feel most comfortable.
If you're ready to enhance your lead generation strategy and want personalized guidance, consider joining the mastermind community. Together, we’ll work on your offers, leads, and sales while integrating Human Design to find your unique flow.

There’s so much copy to write in business. And when you’re under $100k it probably means you’re diy-ing it (and even if you’re above that maybe you’re still diy-ing it). The secret to great copy is focusing on one thing at a time. Meaning it’s ok if you’re not on every platform all the time.

Today Maggie interviews Megan, an intentional copywriter who focuses on funnels.

Megan helps her clients focus on building their email list so that the majority of their time is spent on building relationships with their clients. Adding people to your email list is a great way to keep their attention longer than social media usually allows.

If socials are frustrating you, turning to email lists, SEO, and collaborations can strategically grow your leads. Just because the guru says to do it one way, doesn’t mean it’s your way. You have permission to do things your way (and try all the different ways!).

About Megan:

Megan is an intentional copywriter and funnel strategist. She believes that good copywriting is crucial to your success. It’s most often the deciding factor on whether or not you get more clients.

She has witnessed coaches thrive when they fully embrace their authentic voice and connect deeply to their audience. This is why she helps her clients dig deeper to extract what you really want to say and craft a compelling and resonant marketing strategies tailored to her client’s gifts and strengths.

Megan’s mission is to be a trusted partner for her clients so that they have renewed energy to deliver transformative coaching experiences. She handles your digital marketing needs with expertise, experience, and genuine care.

In today's interview episode, Maggie interviews Kelly VanHolven all about building business foundations that support your business journey. You do not have to do it like "everyone else" just because that's how they tell you to do it. It's ok to take things at your own pace.

Kelly is an amazing coach for HSP & introverted coaches and service providers! She has an amazing approach that allows you to really shine!

About Kelly:

Is it really possible to get clients & have a wildly profitable business without acting like an extrovert?

You bet it is.

I’ve done it, and I’ve helped coaches of all kinds do the same.

But, back before I figured out how to show up consistently & make the most of my time online through refined messaging, I tried the hustle-n-grind, tied to my phone, obsessing over my business, desperate for it to just WORK ALREADY thing for a long freaking time.

It nearly ruined my life.

I was so exhausted from the hustle and stifling my need for rest that there were days that I wanted to crawl under the covers and close my eyes and never wake up.

Sometimes, I look back and I’m not sure why I kept going. But I did.

And I remember the moment I decided that I was going earn $100k as a freelancer and I was going to do it MY WAY.

In today's episode Maggie talks about some of the ups and downs in taking a business break (whether that's the weekend or a longer period of time) and 3 action steps to help you get back INTO action when you come back from a break.

We all need to rest and step away from our businesses AND we all need a gentle nudge forward to getting back into action. These are the steps that Maggie uses when she is coming back from a short or long break.

1) write a list of all the things in your brain - get everything out - things like the thoughts you're thinking to the items that need to be tended to

2) go through said list and look at what can be prioritized, what can be crossed off and what can be re-written as a thought

3) choose one thing to start on (preferably an easy thing that will be a quick win), set a 5 or 10 minute timer and GO DO THAT THING!

Get in action and movement so you can stay there! That is how you step into productivity.

As always, please rate, review, subscribe, comment! I LOVE your feedback!

If you are worried about generating leads and getting more clients in your business - this episode is for you! Lead generation and signing clients CAN feel easy and simple. You have the power to set yourself up for success!

Creating content that converts (i.e. engagement - asking questions of your audience that they want to answer; value - what are things that YOU do that give THEM an amazing outcome; and offer content - what do you have that they want) is the best way to stir up warm and hot leads from a cold lead pool!

The next step is for YOU to engage. Yes, you have to be social on social media in order to use that as a lead gen source. BUT, you also have to be social in other places to generate more leads ;)

These are all things I help clients learn how to do in ways that feel aligned for THEM! When you have a strategy that is aligned to you, it's SO much easier to show up in your business and have SO much fun!

I help clients have better (and easier!) conversations so that sales doesn't feel yucky or bro-marketer-esque. If you want help, send me a message or book an offer audit call below!

If you're wondering how to get more coaching clients in the next 90 days this episode is for you!

Connecting with and signing more coaching clients does not need to be as much of a mountain as our brains make it out to be!

It comes down to three main things:

1 - Consistency

2 - Conversations

3 - Content

When you create consistency for yourself - and I don't mean posting 100 times a day and showing up at all hours on socials - I mean really being honest with yourself about where and when you want to show up. When you have your consistency or frequency figured out, conversations then become so much easier because they are often built into the time that you are spending online. Conversations are important because you want to be talking to your ideal client in more than just a post. Actually having a conversation and understanding what they need is critical in growing your coaching business. It also helps you stay on track and know that you are headed in the right direction. Lastly, content - make bingeable content. Content that people want to consume. If you're not sure what that is, do some market research! Get curious! Ask questions! Ask ChatGPT!

In today's episode, Maggie talks about how to welcome in more into your business. This episode explores what it looks like to shift your mindset to allow more and how to utilize gratefulness to really tap into the abundance of more.

If you're feeling like you've been trying to "run away" or "get away" from the negativity or pain point, have you considered reframing that thought to see it in a positive light? And not in a toxic or forced positivity.

The example in this podcast talks about moving away from saying "I'm making money in my business to get out of debt." to "I'm taking steps forward to move into financial freedom."

This week Maggie talks about your mindset in your business and how to NOT get exhausted when you're working through your limiting beliefs, garbage thoughts and all of that other chaos.

When you're working on your mindset you don't have to immediately get rid of those limiting thoughts. You're working on redirecting those thoughts to think something else.

As in shifting from, "this is hard, I can't do it." to "I'm working on creating ease, doing this task helps bring ease and clarity into my business."

As you create new thoughts and new thought patterns the limiting belief and garbage thoughts start to become quieter and fewer.

In this episode Maggie goes into the benefits of having an offer suite for your coaching business.

It's pretty main stream that you'll learn in your coaching training that you should have one offer and sell that for one year. But, I like to say different - why? Because I booked 1 client in 2 years "selling" one offer.

When I diversified my offer by having a few options I opened up a whole new world of opportunity for people that I was getting on clarity calls with!

Mastering your time and energy can seem daunting and I'm sure you've had the thought, "there's never enough time to _________"?

So what do you do when there isn't enough time? Well, you have to create time. First you have to understand where, what and how much time your spending on what things. Then understand if spending that time is necessary for you to do or if it can be gotten rid of (either stop doing it, do less of it or have someone else do it). And lastly, understand what actually needs to be done in order to move forward and feel successful.

This episode gives you tactical things you can do right now to shift out of, "there's never enough time" to "I have an abundance of time!"

What happens when you offer something and you get an OVERFLOW of abundance? How do you react?

For me, abundance and overwhelm can co-exist and often work together. And I find that to be true for many of my clients as well.

When you begin to recognize these patterns you can work through the overwhelm and allow abundance to fill in. When you work through the chaos of overwhelm you are also signaling to the universe that you CAN in fact handle things.

It's really such a beautiful process!

In this episode we talk about how you can achieve being "everywhere" you want to be AND sign the clients you want in order to fill your calendar. And, it's really easier than you think. It's not, "OMG I don't think I can do it all..." - it's more along the lines of, "choose one and START!"

So often entrepreneurs, specifically thought leaders and coaches, become stuck in their own way because they either don't know where to start or they can't choose a starting point. If that's you, this is your sign to pick one thing and get going!

Meet Jonathan:

Hi my name is Jonathan Clark and I've been a Certified Coach, 6 figure Consultant, Bestselling Author and Speaker for 26 years and I keep bumping into people just like me who are world-class at what they do, but they are rubbish at marketing themselves.

So far I've helped 27 clients become bestselling authors and 3 of them have appeared on Dragon's Den. I also helped Morgan Stanley to increase sales by 40% within 30 days. I now lead a community of over 1000 aspiring thought leaders where I show them the fast track to getting found, getting hired, and getting paid so they can add 6 figures to their bottom line.

Today I'm talking about bringing the focus inward on your business. Maybe you're not hitting the goals you want despite putting in ALL the effort. Things just aren't clicking and you're still not doing what you want.

Maybe it's you. And I say that in a kind and loving way because recognizing that your thoughts might be holding you back is such an amazing gift to be able to bring your strategies back into alignment and get back on track.

Maybe that BIG GOAL is too big. Maybe setting a few smaller goals feels more attainable - and that is OKAY. It is okay to say, "this is too much!" And on the flip side, it's okay to say, "I'm ready for MORE!"

3 quick tips for getting out of your own way in your business:

1) self coach - recognize your patterns. When you get into the muck, what happens? How do you feel? What can you shift? Next have compassion and grace for yourself. You have made it through 100% of your bad days. Then, what are 1-3 things you can do right now to help navigate this?

2) find an accountability partner! a friend, a spouse/loved one, a colleague. Someone who can help you answer the above questions and who will help you stay on track when you feel like you want to derail everything and burn it all down.

3) invest in a coach! putting your money where your mouth is and investing with someone who will help you stay out of your own way is a great way to help you learn how to navigate it for yourself.

Today Maggie talks with Sarah Gemmell of Sarah Jean Co. Sarah is a networking extraordinaire and is the leader of an amazing group called Badass Women in Business. She's also the creator of the Prosper Summit that is happening on October 6, 2023 in Gainsville, GA. This summit is for anyone who is experienced in business and ready to create bigger revenue on a more consistent basis, to generate more leads, convert more sales, and grow your network of elite referral partners AND to be in a room with other experienced women in business who are also focused on scaling.

In today's episode we talk about the power of networking and how it can provide you with such an important network of people who are there to lift you up, pass referrals and so much more. We also talk about how to utilize your networking experience so that you actually grow your business and NOT show up begging for referrals.

If you're looking for a new way to connect with people, build referral partners and grow your business organically - networking is so vital to that!

PROSPER event: https://sarahjeanco.com/prosper/

About Sarah:

After graduating college with a degree in Psychology and working as a substance abuse counselor, Sarah became an entrepreneur working in the fitness space, ultimately building a virtual fitness platform that served women all over the world. The main lead generator that brought this level of success was networking!

Do you feel like your constantly giving to everyone but yourself?! And you hear people talking about self care but you can't help but think, "how TF am I going to get that into my schedule??"

The good news is that it's really doesn't have to be a huge ordeal. Finding micro-moments of self care is still self-care. Having those small moments daily can be just as beneficial as planning out an entire day (or week!) away.

In this episode I talk about how I felt taking time for self-care for myself and how I navigated it. HINT: I ALMOST canceled my appointment. I didn't because I knew I wouldn't let a client drop a self-care appointment.

Self-care as a business owner and mom is SO important - finding those mini moments of self-care or those major moments are s crucial for business growth!

Something I get asked about building businesses is this: what's the secret? what's the ONE thing that you need in order to be successful in business?

The answer: trust.

Every time. In any business. Selling any product. You have to build trust with your audience in order to sell things. If you tuned into my most recent masterclass in my Facebook group (even if you haven't, here's the link to get in the group!) - you'll know I talked about the Niche Effect. Establishing a niche is the best way to narrow down that pool of people you are serving and want to serve. When you narrow the niche you can amplify the trust!

Question of the podcast - How are YOU building trust with your audience?

Is your definition of success your own? Or is it borrowed from your surroundings? Maybe a bit of both ;) This week I interview Nikki Schneider and we talk about things like going from dreams of a big city designer to a farmer in rural Wisconsin, navigating motherhood and business, the definition of success and so much more. I've known Nikki for a long time and I loved this conversation so much because we dig into some of the things that don't always get talked about in business - having a solid family unit. Whether that looks like married with kids or support from friends, a solid family unit is something that everyone needs in order to feel clarity in business. I can't wait for you to have a listen!

Hi! Im Nikki! I'm a former Interior Designer turned stay-at-home wife, mom, homeschooling parent, coach, author, and pursuer of Jesus. I live, quite literally, in the middle of the Wisconsin woods, kinda like snow white but minus the 7 Dwarfs. My husband Adam and I find the most joy in creating a life that feels against the grain for the majority.

Most days you can find us cooking, baking, making wood to heat our home, boiling down maple sap, hanging out at mass, or with our menagerie of random pets at Rustic Road Alpacas; our very amateur alpaca ranch, operated by our two kids.

I wrote Sacred Table, Food Worth Gathering For V1, because breaking bread as a family, around the table, is a lost art in our culture, yet one of the most important threads that make up a family. You tug at that thread, and everything can unravel. I want to help people reestablish this timeless tradition in their homes, too! And sometimes all it takes are a few delicious recipes that everyone is excited to connect over.

My story from Designer to cookbook is quite the journey and I'm honored for you to take a listen!

I've been there - knowing that my time is valuable and that I probably need MORE of it but I also couldn't afford to hire some tasks out because I feared they would cost too much. So I had to figure out how I could de everything by myself. In this episode I talk about how I shifted my tasks - both personally and professionally - into CEO Tasks, Employee Tasks and Goddess Tasks to create my BEST day-to-day schedule options.

This podcast dives into how I navigated spending my time in my business and in my personal life. In order to sort through the chaos I began to divide up my time into 3 categories - CEO tasks, Employee tasks and Goddess tasks.

Having those things divided up gave me the ability to navigate how I was spending my time and to spend it in such a more profound way. This is something that I do with my clients now that it has worked so well for me. It gave me the opportunity to navigate in a way that felt SO good for me. Today I am gifting it to you!
