He started at Bell as Acting Senior Advisor and currently works as a Business Intelligence Manager at Goeasy Ltd. Prior to attending NYU, Daillo attended aviation high school, which allowed him to get his certificate as an Airplane Mechanic, where he learned a wide range of practical hands-on experience. Currently, Diallo works as a Fire Fighter in one of the largest cities in the world, NYC. Diallo speaks about his life journey and how his mix of practical hands-on experience and deep analytical rigor from engineering led has given him an opportunity to work for the New York Fire Department robotics team.

Ramon Parchment, the founder of Dream Plan Execute Podcast, speaks about his struggles and achievement while on his Dream Plan Execute life Journey.
Lesson Learnt Through Tennis: Ramon started playing tennis at the age of 11, and it became his passion. Through tennis, he learned valuable lessons such as discipline, hard work, determination, and perseverance. He also learned the importance of setting goals and striving to achieve them.
New Levels New Devils: As Ramon became more successful in tennis, he faced new challenges and obstacles. He realized that the higher he climbed, the more complex the journey became. However, he also understood that with each new level, he gained more experience and knowledge.
Picking a New Dream: Ramon decided to pursue a career in engineering, which was a completely new field for him. He had to work hard to catch up with his peers who had been studying engineering for years. However, he was determined to succeed and worked tirelessly to achieve his goals.
Academic Struggles: Ramon faced several academic struggles while studying engineering. He found the coursework challenging and often felt like he was not smart enough. However, he persevered and sought help from his professors and peers.
Kaizen: Ramon believes in the concept of Kaizen, which means continuous improvement. He applies this philosophy to all areas of his life and encourages others to do the same. He believes small; incremental improvements can lead to significant progress over time.
Overall, Ramon's journey has been full of challenges, but he has persevered and succeeded in multiple areas of his life. His story is a testament to the power of determination, hard work, and resilience.

Khaled has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NYU Tandon, formerly NYU Polytechnic engineering school, and eight years of work experience in New York City, ranging from Design Engineering, Project Management, and Account Receivable Management.
