An introduction to the Core Happiness™ Podcast.
Core Happiness™ was founded for you….for all of us. We live in world full of roles and responsibilities that require us to wear many different hats. Think about all of the different roles you play in one single day. It is easy to lose sight of one’s true self. With the daily demands that have been placed on everyone, especially women, we often find ourselves feeling, tired, alone, confused, and often worn-out as we try to wear so many hats ranging from family (mother, wife, divorcee, girlfriend, daughter, sister, etc.) to work (stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, part-time, contractor, etc.), to provider and nurturer, to last (but not least) a woman (who you are as an individual, your hobbies, your dreams, your fears, your health, etc.). This podcast is geared towards sharing stories and tools for growth and awareness to show that we are not alone and to encourage mindfulness and awareness so we can grow as individuals.
Life can be challenging, each and every one of us is often faced with obstacles, trials, and barriers that can make it feel like the universe is against us…but guess what, it isn’t! What if we all used our stories and experiences to help others through similar difficulties and challenges?! Imagine the support and encouragement you’d feel as opposed to feeling alone and in despair. Well, that’s why I created Core Happiness™. Each and every one of us experiences so many different things, feelings, and emotions during our journey throughout life and I believe we are here to learn from and connect with each other. My experiences may be what you need to make your journey easier or maybe YOUR experiences could be the key to helping ease the pain, discouragement, or sadness of someone else.
