Dear dance and music lovers
This evening I was walking with my two sons when we met this guy, Leon, who was dancing by himself next to a restaurant.
Initially, I thought he was a bartender, instead, he was just a guy who was enjoying the music, dancing and having fun.
I told him about Hive and he tried to join https://ecency.com by using my phone. I hope he will complete the signup process so he can join the "Dance and music" community and share his dance videos.
@Mikeylorenzo and I danced too and took a few videos.
I filmed this video this evening. You can see Leon dancing too.

Dear fitness lovers
Unfortunately I couldn't play any music because I didn't have an internet connection but I trained anyway.
I use the fitness routine in the video to keep my core and shoulders stronger. When you train, just practise what you can do and don't hurt yourself.
