On this podcast we are going over a massive change with TCPA and phone registration for businesses to have the ability to text with customers and prospects. This change has been in place for a bit, but has taken a huge change in the last 10 days, which will create a big potential concern for agents using texting in their agencies. We discuss the concerns, problems, and solutions of how to make sure your agency is operating not only within the TCPA compliance but also the new compliances that carriers such as AT&T, T-Moble, Verizon and others have put in place that can cause massive fines and penalties for all those not following compliance.

On this episode we interview Michael McCormick and CJ Hutsenpillar about lead gen. Both are partners over at Collective Agency Council, and have a LOT of experience generating a ton of leads for free or for pennies. If you are struggling to get referral partners, leads, create ads, run the effectively, this is for you. We give away a ton of incredible advice on how to take action today for those agents that are grinding in their agency, trying to stay in business, and get the snowball rolling. On this episode we interview the famous Giveaway Queen of our ecosystem, Christy Burzack. In her last giveaway she generated over 2500 leads and tens of thousands of premium dollars on the books, with $0 in ad spend, and a prize that cost lest than $200. She is out of Indiana, for those of you who don’t know where that is we feel your pain, and she and her husband recently went independent after a long stint in Allstate. She started her agency out doing giveaways to get activity and people to talk to, but it quickly became one of her main marketing/brand recognition/and lead generating tactics in her agency. She runs one giveaway a month, on average, and stacks her giveaways to start just as the previous one is ending. If you are looking for someone to model your giveaways off of, look no further. We go deep into her processes, her verbiage, her timing, and how she makes them so successful. And it may not be what you think. This was a really interesting conversation about how to be successful in the giveaway space, put your own spin on it, and be incredibly successful. We also discussed how to successfully manage an agency where both the partners are husband and wife, and give a bit of tips on how to do that and stay married. She is an incredible person, and has a lot to give back to all agents.
On this episode Brian and Matt go over taking action with WHATEVER tool or system you have in your agency. We discuss how the best tool that exists is the one that you use. Taking action in your Agency, imperfect action, is always better than taking no action. You can own the top of the line option, but if its unused, its worthless. You can own a bottom barrel solution, and that solution WHEN USED is more valuable than any top tier option that is unused. Taking action wins everytime.
