MBSA was founded by active duty service members, and each founding member is currently pursuing their own MBA journey at the time of this recording. We began this group to educate ourselves, share important discoveries, and inspire others to do the same.
“Our mission is to establish a community to enlighten fellow service members about the personal and professional benefits of an MBA."
Here, we will introduce topics that may help others determine if pursuing an MBA is the right choice. These include: motivations, general requirements, and helpful resources.
We plan to share success stories from a variety of individuals all with different backgrounds and experience to gain new perspectives and spark conversation.
The founders of MBSA understand the intangible yet powerful bond between those who have served. It is our intent to honor this sacred bond by broadcasting our message to help our members discover their true potential.

Gage recently completed his summer internship at Strategy&, and is currently working on a cannabis start-up in New York. Join us as we discuss the events leading to his decision to leave government service to pursue a corporate career.

Howard is currently a second year MBA student at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He recently completed his summer internship at Mckinsey & Company and will be joining the firm full time after graduation. We discuss his journey prior to and during his MBA program.
