What do we mean by Constant? It is all about being on a controlled continuum with some rhyme and reason. Being Constant is remaining on a schedule, sticking to our moral compass, while being consistent. Constant allows for progress during and outside of chaos. Grief is a strong emotion that we all will experience at some point or another in our lifetime.
And, YES, grief does have a direct correlation to me as a Consultant; as well as for all of us personally and professionally. As we have discussed a many of times in other episodes; it is important that we all strive to bring 100% of ourselves to work each day; our whole selves. Due to this mindset, we must recognize how grief affects us. We navigate through difficult times by allowing ourselves grace in our healing process. This may include a brief explanation to a client, manager, and/or co-worker of what is happening in our lives by effectively communicating, potentially taking time off, and/or requesting some grace and assistance with projects and/or due dates based upon your current circumstances. There is also the flip side of this situation where those around us may be grieving as well. (We are humans first and should be taking a people first approach in all things, at all times) If we give ourselves and others some grace; be transparent during our times of need, then we all become more equipped to address this complex, difficult, and quite sensitive topic.
During this episode I transparently discuss how I have personally experienced quite a bit of grief in the past couple of years and talk candidly about how it was and is all God that is getting me through every day, literally moment by moment.
We truly hope you find the grace and peace (that God grants you the peace that surpasses all understanding) to move forward through your grief and decide to help others through their moments as well. Empathy folks, compassion, empathy, and sympathy.

Unity is all about togetherness and a united front. Unity leads to success. It is crucial to understand that having differing opinions among our colleagues, co-workers, directors, managers, senior leaders and peers is totally ok and is to be embraced. Knowing how to listen, and strategically resolve to alignment and consensus based upon these varying perspectives is key. Respecting each other and discussing the options based on everyone’s input is an example of Unity; and truly indicates how to define Strategic Operations. (Always remembering we all are on the same team anyway and truly desire the same result ~ Success) Success for all is derived through UNITY!

None of us are perfect and in fact we were not created or designed to be. Extend some grace to ourselves and others today! We all may agree with all certainty that we all have messed up before. Be it a project, in life, in general we all have most definitely made mistakes, and guess what it is truly alright and ok.
How we choose to respond to our mess-ups is key. Communicate, Communicate and Communicate again; let it be known that you have made a mistake and let it be known to others that you understand mistakes happen. (Gracing) The critical component is owning fully and fixing.
Extend grace to ourselves and others, while also forgiving. Tapping into the right amount of grace will always be a positive experience for all parties involved. It may be difficult, yet it will always ultimately lead to success.
Today we talk about our experiences and go deep into discussing when we are under- or over-extending grace in our lives.

Thursday, October 12th, 2023 was our Authentic Realness Podcast (ARP), 1-year anniversary. What a spectacular journey this is for all of us. ARP is grateful for what we all have accomplished this year together.
Being “spectacular as always of course” is because of Who God is to us. “God promises us safe passage not an easy ride.”
As for our ARP, it is time for a break and time to refresh. We will be recording and finishing up 2023 with a bang and then will kick back off in July of 2024 after some much-needed rest. Meanwhile enjoy this episode where we focus on enjoying the journey and the process, as we have been doing.

For the Love of God, please recognize and remember that we all are capable of being “wrong” and it is truly ok. It really is easy to say “I am wrong” ~ “I am sorry” ~ I apologize. Let us finally take complete and total ownership with both accountability and responsibility. Let us stop attempting to deflect to someone else and hope things are made right, by just somehow miraculously working itself out. Learn to Own It! Understanding, we all are flawed, and owning those flaws, allows others to help us whether we are in a team setting or we are working alone. Admit we made a mistake, figure out how to fix the issue/problem, and then let us take action to make things right together in harmony. 😊
