This is a podcast designed to encourage, empower, uplift, and provide information in a candid way, with individuals who have loss their spouses, loved ones, etc. and navigating through this journey forward.
In this episode I want to encourage you to celebrate You! Your Day!!! You deserve everyday God bless you to be alive to see another Mother's Day! I expressed that I was so grateful in so many ways!!! Please sit back, relax and listen... Again "HAPPY BLESS MOTHER"S DAY TO YOU!!!"
Sometimes we become overwhelmed! Life takes us all! on a roller-coaster!!! However, when it does, we must know that there is a secret place we could go to escape. That secret place I'm talking about is your personal private place..."Your Quiet Place" with no distractions! Wherever that may be. In this episode I strongly felt led to pray. As you begin to listen, I'm hoping that I was able to encourage your heart. Let's pray and meditate together! Psalms 121:1-2 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills...
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people who are called by my name, shall humble themselves...
It's so very easy to complain about so many things, right? and if you be honest, there are times where we complain more times than others! Either way we become complacent in a state of "just complaining about anything and everything!!" After a while, nothing is good enough!!! Now there is a difference between "Complaining vs. Expressing Yourself." When someone complains about something, it simply means that they are stating that they are discontent about something or possibly someone. On the other hand, when someone expresses themselves, their actions may be expressed through words or sometimes through their body language.
I'm hoping that when you listen to this episode as well as the other episodes, that you were enlightened, encouraged and strengthened! to know that it doesn't matter which season you are in now! just know that I'm here to listen and most importantly to pray!

No matter what! Be grateful for the small things! What may seem small to you is great to others!! Family it is not always guaranteed that we will be around forever, therefore cherish every moment that you have while you are here! I'm grateful that my Son was blessed to see another year! 24-Years old :-) As well as my daughter and I able to be here to help celebrate his birthday!!
Throughout every circumstances whether its good or bad, we should learn to practice remaining grateful! According to the scriptures in the Bible it states,
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Continually Give Thanks in All Circumstances; For This is God's Will For You In Christ Jesus.
"Hey my community! In this Episode I share thoughts about how "We" oftentimes lose Ourselves after becoming a Widow or Widower. So..." Do you find yourself asking these questions... "Who Am I?, Who Am I Becoming? or just Who Have I Became since I Am now a Widow??" Many of you whether you may realize it or not have changed...It's not to say in a bad way, however it may be for most of you in a very beneficial way. Again, our journeys may not be exactly alike but there may be similarities. Similarities that hopefully we all! can share our experiences with one another in some way. I pray and hope to shed light to each and every one of you listening to my Podcasts. I do believe that as you navigate through the previous pods. As a Preacher, Motivational or Inspirational Teacher may say...."THERE IS A WORD FOR YOU!" :-)
When you lose someone very dear to you, it's devastating! You could never be prepared for something like that. Especially if it was suddenly... In this episode, I clearly go into detail about the several deaths that occurred in my family suddenly! and family of course I was not prepared at all! Because again these deaths were suddenly and unexpectedly!
I also discuss if you are feeling depressed, stressed or hopeless PLEASE! PLEASE!! PLEASE!!! Family, Seek Professional help! for some...you may feel like you're not quite ready to talk to a Counselor, that's ok! However, I advise you to share at some point how you may be feeling. Whether it's with a confidant, counselor or someone you can sincerely trust! It may be the best choice you have ever made! On this platform, I provided some great and valuable resources that I'm sure will help you navigate this road through Widowhood!

I became a Widow when I was 36-years old. I have two beautiful children, one daughter and one son. When I lost my husband, my daughter was approximately 5-years old, and my son had just turned 1-years old. Hopefully as you listen to the very first episode, you will begin to listen further. My desire is to encourage you and be as authentic as possible, and for you to simply be introduced to me.
