By tapping into this inner wellspring of inspiration, people are able to craft intricate musical compositions that reflect the workings of the conscious and subconscious.
While the initial ideas may arise individually, Phillip highlights the importance of bringing different elements together to form a cohesive whole, and this collaborative approach mirrors the balance between "alone and together" that is central to their philosophical and musical exploration.
Phillip underscores the vital role of rhythm and harmony in their music, drawing parallels between these musical elements and the interplay of the conscious and subconscious minds.
Meditation practices allow people to access deeper states of consciousness, where they experience visions and connections with the spiritual realm; and this heightened awareness informs their creative process and the underlying messages conveyed through their music.
Through the cultivation of the "imaginational muscle," individuals can tap into their own wellspring of creativity and bring their unique visions to life.
“This is how I relate everything in the world, everything in the world has a frequency. There is no such thing as death. Death is just a change of frequency.”

Our bodies often bear the brunt of our inactive lifestyles, leading to pain and discomfort that can hinder our daily activities. Amanda Harris’s company, Re-Kinect, is tackling this crucial issue in a unique way—through the power of gentle movement and exercise. Harris brings over three decades of experience in post-rehabilitation and medical exercise to the table, offering a beacon of hope for those seeking to restore healthy movement for life.
About Amanda Harris:
Amanda Harris specializes in working with people who have chronic lower back pain for any number of reasons, including disc herniation, spinal stenosis, and various spinal surgeries. Amanda has over 30 years of experience in post-rehabilitative and medical exercise and is passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy after injury or surgery.
Amanda’s credentials include a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia and a certification as a Medical Exercise Specialist from the Medical Exercise Training Institute.
Topics for today’s show:
Key Takeaways:
Phillip joins the discussion with his innovative approach to making exercise physiology accessible. He had to get creative when he realized that the conventional method required expensive equipment. His solution was to bring this practice into the home through an online course, democratizing the way we approach movement and pain relief.
AJANOI's perspective on universal mind and spiritual influences provides a different angle on dealing with back pain. His experience highlights the importance of being mindful of our movements and the physical comfort that can be achieved through simple adjustments and an understanding of our bodies.
What does it actually mean to engage in "easy movements"? This episode breaks down the concept and encourages listeners to reframe their experiences with back pain. By understanding and addressing the fear and stress that amplify discomfort, we can learn to move better in the stiff parts of our body and protect the more vulnerable places.
“People don’t want to admit they're in pain… whether it's mental or physical, they don't want to admit it because they think it's vulnerability. I don't mind certain vulnerabilities because you're opening up things to be more healthy for yourself.” -Amanda Harris
Amanda offers a free, live online workshop, Unlocking Back Pain With Movement, several times per year as a prelude to my online course, Lower Back Mastery. Tune in to learn more.

Topics for today’s show:
Key Takeaways:
Taking the first steps toward achieving a big dream can often feel frightening, as Hilda attests. Nonetheless, it is in embracing these big dreams and confronting the fear that people can truly grow. For Hilda, the transformation she facilitates in her coaching practice—that visible change in others who achieve what they initially believed impossible—is a driving force and her greatest passion.
Hilda brings forth the concept that humans are naturally inclined to focus on the negative, a trait deeply rooted in our evolutionary development. Having spent over 25 years in engineering within the medical field, Hilda understands the complexities of maintaining positivity and advocates for practice and persistence to achieve desired outcomes.
Hilda believes that self-imposed limitations can prevent growth and achievement. To rewrite one's narrative and focus on the future, she encourages individuals to imagine being in the place they aspire to reach.
Lastly, Hilda introduces 'Power Up,' her four-step model, and a 30-day process designed for personal transformation. This brand-new program, launched on Amazon, offers individuals the tools to work proactively toward their own success. She leaves us with a powerful reminder: Don't wait for motivation to find you; by taking action, motivation will follow.
“You need to take action, and when you take action and you move yourself, motivation will appear. It's not the other way around.“

In this episode of Conscious Communication, Tom Paladino explores the power of scalar energy. He claims that “scalar energy is the fundamental life force found everywhere in the world, space, and universe. It originates from the sun and stars. Tom also claims that it can “provide a guaranteed, fast, harmless and painless treatment process that has successfully healed patients with quantum illnesses such as HIV viral disease, Ebola, herpes, hepatitis, Lyme disease, tuberculosis, malaria, etc.” Discover the truth behind these claims. Tune in to find out more!
About Tom Paladino:
Tom Paladino is a scalar energy researcher based in Florida. He began research with scalar energy during his undergraduate years. Inspired by various scientists, especially Nikola Tesla, he was curious to learn more about the existence of an energy that was not of the electromagnetic spectrum. He pursued a course of independent study in order to better understand and subsequently harness scalar energy, as this emerging science is not taught at the university level.
One of his scientific predecessors was Dr. T. Galen Hieronymus, one of the few scalar energy researchers in the United States in the last century. He read Galen’s notes and used his scalar energy instruments after his death.
He theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy; and that the Sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points of origin. Based on these theories and the work of scientists who came before me, he was able to develop scalar energy instruments capable of harnessing and transmitting instructive energy to heal human subjects by way of their photographs.
