Eliot and his person, Kriss, talked about living and working through the many changes and challenges they’ve experienced together. I met Montrece McNeill when she was a camper at the Girl Scout camp where I worked, later became her counselor-in-training director, and eventually worked with her as a counselor herself. She grew into a complete bad-ass, as you’ll hear today, as we talk about race, work, and belonging.
