All born again Christians are disciples. We are students and followers of Christ. However, not depending on Christ in every area of your life stifles your spiritual maturity and many are stuck in what I call "discipleship mode". Following Christ, but not operating in His Power.

When you don’t know the original why or the purpose of a thing, you will tend to misuse, misinterpret, mishandle, falsify, abuse and even attempt to rewrite the purpose of it and then you will continue to pass those false traditions on from generation to generation. Tonight, I want to get back to the simple basics of Salvation because religion and doing church has taken God’s plan of salvation to a place of misuse, misunderstanding, focusing on performance and religious rituals and traditional practices not realizing the real reason we needed a Savior in the first place. In this world there are 2 kingdoms. Kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness. All ideas, beliefs, and methods of operation fall under one of these kingdoms; there is no in between. Amen? The kingdom of darkness operates through a system the Word refers to as “the world.” It is a system that opposes the Word of God. The governor of the World’s system is Satan.
When we don’t have a clear understanding of what our purpose here on earth is, you will find yourself as a believer of Christ spending time attempting to change the world’s system instead of advancing God’s Kingdom (God's system). Join Us!

Tonight we are going to be talking on the subject ‘children of God are created—not born’ Sometimes humans throw the term “I am a child of God '' around not realizing there is a prerequisite that determines if that statement is really true or not.
Why is this relevant? Because some have a false idea of what it is to be a child of God. ( I’m a good person. I’m religious. I attend church regularly. I believe in God. I do good things.) The Lord wants us to be clear on who has the right and privilege to be called children of God. JOIN US!

What is the evidence that you are saved or born-again? Is it your works, your ministry, your talent or gift? Is the evidence of salvation simply telling others you are saved. Is it the good things you do for others? Is it having a positive attitude? God’s plan of salvation is quite simple but yet due to wrong thinking, wrong teaching and religious practices, we have made God’s plan of salvation tedious, difficult, and challenging. Our misunderstanding of what believing from the heart means leads us to wrongful thinking in regards to what the life of Christian truly looks like. JOIN US!

We were not able to finish Part 4 on Thursday, so we will be finishing it tonight on Friday. Tonight we will look at the Abrahamic Covenant and how it points to the New Testament Covenant. There are always questions about why God chose the children of Israel or the Jews as the chosen people. We will answer that question tonight. Too many quarrels over who the real chosen people are, too many discussions on what color the original man was and from what nationality. Who are the true Israelites? “THE OLD ALWAYS POINTS TO THE NEW”
I am referring to the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. There are many people that only trust in the Old Testament versions of the Bible mostly because they do not believe that Jesus is the Messiah or Savior of the world. Well, we will show that ‘the Old always points to the New’. We will also show that the Old Testament represents earthly matters, the natural realm and the New Testament represents Heavenly matters, the Spiritual realm. God created Heaven on the 2nd day of creation and the Earth on the 3rd day. The Spiritual realm is primary to the Natural realm. It’s not secondary. It’s the true foundation of life. What happens on this earth even in the Old Testament is temporary but points to the final victory of the Spiritual Realm in the New Testament. Old Covenants were established in the Old Testament but they consistently point to the New Covenant (Jesus Christ) in the New Testament. JOIN US!

This is important for believers to know. I personally think church folks too often give too much credit that Satan is so powerful. In this series we are "tying together" God, man, Lucifer/Satan, Heaven and Earth, the natural versus Supernatural, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, the Old Testament vs the New Testament. There has always been so much discussion and division on the different races of people. What color was the original Adam is an often topic of discussion among people. Well we will touch on this topic in this series as well. It is time to look at what the Bible says concerning all these things. How do all these things and more fit together and what for?

In this series we will cover God, where did He come from, Heaven and Earth Creation, Lucifer/ Satan. How does Jesus and the Holy Spirit fit into all this and most importantly why did God do all of this and much more.

WISDOM IS REQUIRED
“Is There Wisdom Without God”
We all know Proverbs as the book of Wisdom and Understanding written by Solomon son of David. Did you know that King Solomon also wrote the book of Ecclesiastes, also a book regarding wisdom. However the difference between the two books is Solomon in Ecclesiastes talks about Wisdom from an earthly view. “Everything under the Sun” wisdom without God’s point of view. JOIN US!

However our soul consisting of our mind, thoughts and emotions must be transformed. The way for this transformation to take place is submitting to God’s will on a daily basis. Knowing Jesus personally is an experience. It’s not about learning the history of Jesus but experiencing His love, mercy, and kindness and through that experience you will be transformed.

"Why Do We Need The Good News?"
The late Chuck Colson wrote, “The consequences of sin affect the very order of the universe itself. Most people have a narrow understanding of the term sin. We tend to think it means that we have broken a few rules, made a few mistakes. So we apologize and get on with our lives, right? Wrong. Sin is much more than breaking the rules. God created an intricate, interwoven cosmos, each part depending on the others, all governed by laws of order and harmony. Sin affects every part of that order and harmony---twisting, fracturing, distorting, and corrupting it".

To become the gospel, you must first define the gospel. Many people's definition of the gospel is not complete. Their definition is the middle of the story but leaves out the beginning and the ending. Think of it like this; if you missed the first and last 30 minutes of a movie, it would really be difficult to understand everything happening in the middle. Right? Tonight, we are going to fill in the blanks on 'What is the Gospel'.

“That Task Belongs to God”
Paul in 1 Corinthian 5:12a (NLT) say, 12 "It isn’t my responsibility to judge outsiders. Judging the world belongs to God, not us!"
So Christians leave that alone.

GOD’S GUIDANCE THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT
The most important privilege believers are given is the Holy Spirit. God sent his Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ to live inside of you and me. He’s the free gift of God, the undeserved privilege given to enable you to understand God’s love for you so that you can become more like Jesus. Tonight we will discuss how God guides us through His Holy Spirit.

Because of God’s sovereignty, He can lead you one way using one method of guidance and then lead me in a totally different way. God specializes in individualized instruction; he knows what to do in order to get each of his children on track. No matter what guiding method God decides to use in your life, I encourage you to be ready, willing and receptive. Tonight we will cover God’s Guidance using “Dreams”.

'GOD’S GUIDANCE'
Tonight, we are going to briefly discuss how to ensure that ‘no weapon formed against you will prosper.’ How many of you know that just quoting the scripture alone does not provide that divine protection. Only God’s guidance through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ will do so.
LET’S TALK TRANSFORMATION
“Think Of God’s Word As A Seed”
Jesus compares God’s Word to a seed. Think about seeds. They’re not much to look at. The fruit is much more interesting than the seed. Amen? But the seed, that unassuming little speck, has hidden inside of it all the blueprints and all the construction tools necessary to build an entire bush, plant, or tree- from roots to branches to fruit- and all out of dirt.
LET’S TALK TRANSFORMATION
“Why Renew Your Mind”
Renewing your mind is the key to experiencing new life in Christ. God desires that you have a wonderful, daily relationship with Him. He wants you to grow in faith. He wants you to understand His love for you, as well as His thoughts and ways. Renewing your mind through the Bible is God’s way to transformation.
TRUST & EMBRACE THE TRIALS
“Transformation is Painful”
As Christians after salvation, what you once were has to die and be replaced with something new and beautiful. You become a new creation but that does not happen immediately after accepting Christ as your Savior. Although you are saved from the consequences of your old nature; the process of transformation and rebirth begins. We can no longer stay in that old cocoon because it no longer serves us. It is time to push through the shell of what we once were and burst forth with new life and new wings to fly. JOIN US!
TRUST & EMBRACE THE TRIALS
“You Are Known and Loved By God”
The devil will take advantage of your trouble season to whisper in your ear telling you that you don’t matter, no one cares, it’s your fault that you are going through what you are going through. He will tell you that God doesn’t see you. God doesn’t love you. You are not good enough for God. Remember the devil is a liar. The enemy will attack you, but that is the time to fight back, not back down, not give up. The way to fight is to turn to God’s word, ask the Holy Spirit to help you, and turn on an uplifting spiritual song. Remember who you are in Christ, who you serve and how big our God is.
When asking the Holy Spirit to direct what I should teach, I kept hearing, “My people are going through some stuff. They need to know to trust me and embrace the trials and the suffering. Don’t try to flee them; instead call on Me; I’ll get them through it and they will come out victoriously; smelling like a fragrant rose."
So, what if the trials, hardships, struggles, and detours in your life were actually for your good?

"NICODEMUS-A SECRET MEETING WITH JESUS”
Tonight we will be discussing the conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus. Nicodemus was not the ordinary Pharisee because he had come to a different conclusion than that of his fellow rabbis. He believed that God was with Jesus, and he wanted to know more. Nicodemus was able to recognize the character of God in Jesus. I believe many of the other Pharisees recognized the same but due to their prejudices and fear of losing power they chose to follow the lie and they applied pressure on the other members to follow the lie; “Nothing good can come out of Nazareth; therefore Jesus is not the Messiah"
"HEAVEN IS REAL" PART FOUR
Tonight we are going to share some of the significant descriptions of Heaven. We are not trying to be deep and intellectual. Our purpose is to simply review what the bible says about the home that Jesus has prepared for us. Rev 21 starts off by telling us that God has made everything new. A new heaven and a new earth. We are going to be in a home of new construction; new build. Specially designed and made for the overcomers. Hallelujah! JOIN US!

God created us to have free will. A free will to either accept or reject the salvation of Jesus Christ. Your choice here on earth will determine whether you spend eternity in Heaven with God or spend eternity without God in what the bible describes as Hell.

JESUS - OUR EXAMPLE
“Thy Will Be Done”
What I have discovered is that living life as a Christian requires our will and desires to always take a backseat to God’s will for our lives. If you truly want to live a successful life of peace and prosperity, relinquish what you want and trust God by submitting your desires, your will over to Him. In fact I have discovered that the less I focus on what I want and need and more on seeking God’s will in my life, not only are all my needs met but God provides over and above what I can imagine.
"KNOW WHO YOU ARE AS A CHRISTIAN"
When you don’t know who you are, you will attempt to copy the ways of others trying to figure out how to fit in. When you don’t know who you are you envy other peoples’ lifestyles and look to them for advice and approval. People pay hundreds and thousands of dollars going to life coaches, seminars, workshops in order to copy or mimic what looks like someone else’s successes. WHAT COMES NEXT AFTER SALVATION?
“It Is Time To Mature”
A new healthy baby starts to grow immediately. As long as they are receiving the right nutrition, you can see the physical growth of a baby in a very short time. In just a few weeks, you see them change from that small wrinkled infant into more of what they are going to look like. You are saved. You have been born again. A new birth; new way of life in Christ Jesus. What comes after that? It's time to grow and mature spiritually.

BE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
“Jesus Christ Unites”
Jesus Christ is the Light of the World and is here to Unite and bring Peace. As His light reflectors, our thoughts, words, deeds and actions must reveal the Love, Unity and Peace of Jesus Christ. We who live in the Light of the Lord recognize the battle is Spiritual and therefore we utilize the weapons of the Holy Spirit and find peace in a war already won.
BE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
"Christ is Alive in You"
It only takes one light bulb to illuminate an entire room that would otherwise be filled with darkness. However, the light bulb in itself does not create the light independently, it must be connected to a much more powerful source. In the same way we are called to be vessels that carry the light and power of the love of Jesus Christ. We have the potential to radiate the transforming power of God.
HOW GOD SHOWED HIS LOVE TO THE WORLD
When thinking about what tonight’s message would entail, I asked the Father what he wanted me to share. I clearly heard him say, “Tell them how much I love them and how I demonstrated and continue to demonstrate my love to the world. So that is what we will be talking about tonight.
DEALING WITH UNCERTAINTY - PART FOUR
“Practice Being Still”
Medical science says that feelings of uncertainty can result in the prefrontal cortex in your brain “shutting down”; impairing your ability to solve problems, pay attention, and stay flexible. This increases your chance of engaging in irrational behavior and makes you more prone to anxiety, depression, and stress. Not a good time to make decisions.
That’s why it’s important to fix your mind on what matters by centering your heart on God’s truths. The dictionary defines stillness as “the absence of movement and sound”. Stillness is a discipline that takes continual, conscious practice, but the act of stillness sharpens our senses and makes us more aware of God’s presence in our present circumstances.
Tonight, we are going to give you practical steps on how to practice being still during uncertain times.
DEALING WITH UNCERTAINTY- PART THREE “Pick Up God’s Word” The Bible is God’s words speaking to us, providing instructions. It gives us insight on who God is and it is our source of getting to know Him personally and building a close relationship with Him. Did you know that there are 8,810 promises of which 7,487 of them are promises God made to mankind. Guess what, you have to read the bible to know what God’s promises are. We know that God’s will is better than our will. How do you know what his will is if you don’t pick up the Word of God.
DEALING WITH UNCERTAINTY PART TWO
“Lay Down Your Expectations”
Many times you have your own plans for the present and future figured out. You have your own visions and ideas of what your life should look like. Sometimes you may even compare your life to someone else’s. Needless to say when life’s delivery doesn’t match your visions, it can send you down a very dark and lonely path. As Christians, we know and trust that God’s way is better than our way. His plans are greater than our plans.

PART ONE
“Acknowledge Your Self Limitations”
Life is challenging and uncertain. While we don’t know what tomorrow will bring, we know the One who holds tomorrow. Mat 6:34 (NLT) tells us...“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
