Kate is an EFT practitioner who started her own business 3 years ago called Mind Body Spirit Coaching. She has helped many clients improve their overall well being through stress management and learning to release stuck energy through mind body connection.
Kate started her journey with Emotional Freedom Technique 5 years ago to help her cope with her anxiety. Kate saw such a benefit in her own life that she decided to start teaching others.
