It's been a while, my dear listeners, but today I felt sufficiently cracked open to share why I have been quiet for the past 9 months with my podcast and with sharing my insights online generally.
A brief chat about insecure attachment, how it manifests as depression and disengagement / hiding from life, and how we can digest it as a beautiful spiritual gift.
Sending love

Gavin Koolmon is a music producer, DJ and fellow brother on the path. He is 1/3 of the powerhouse production team DISCIPLΞS, who rose to global fame with a string of hit singles including "How Deep Is Your Love," their iconic collaboration with Calvin Harris.
Gavin's story is one of the most interesting and inspiring I have ever heard. In this episode we talk about how finding massive commercial success impacted him as an artist and human being, finding fulfillment in music, creating with intention, Gavin's near death experience and how it affected him, finding peace through breath work and meditation, creating music for Wim Hof, and much more.
Gavin is a true inspiration and his story will leave with you many beautiful insights about life, success, peace and what truly matters.
Enjoy : )

Josh Stark is an entrepreneur, clothing designer, health expert, biohacking wiz and a true soul brother who I feel honored to walk alongside on the spiritual path. He is the definition of a self-led creator, evidenced by the organic growth of his conscious clothing brand Lower Beast Side, which creates some of the comfiest tee shirts (amongst other epic threads) that I've ever had the privilege of wearing.
Josh is also an inspiration to me when it comes to all things health, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle - he is a diligent student of the field and is constantly refining his living routines to optimize for his best mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. I've learned a ton about life and how to live it more holistically from Josh, and in this conversation we chop it up and share a ton of wisdom on how to be more conscious men, humans, creatives and entrepreneurs.

Kyle Lipton literally embodies "The Sacred Giggle." He is equal parts hilarious and wise, and this conversation was full of laughs and insights. Kyle is a comedian, transformational psychic and content creator who uses his natural gifts of comedy and awareness to help people transform their lives. We met here in Lisbon, Portugal in a very synchronistic way, and immediately hit it off. What I admire most about Kyle is his courage to forge his own path as a heart-centered, service-oriented creator. He is truly blazing his own trail, and as a fellow creative I deeply appreciate his trust in his own excitement and instincts as the ultimate guide in his life.
In this conversation we talk about what it means to truly forge your own path, Kyle's definition of abundance (which blew my mind), trusting reality, and why it's okay - and even necessary - to not know your purpose ... so that it can reveal itself to you in the space of that not knowing.

Today I am beyond excited to share the launch of my brand new membership community for artists and creatives: The Creative Sangha.
"Sangha" is the Sanskrit word for "community" - a place where like minded souls can gather to support one another in a common purpose.
Here, that purpose is free creative expression. I believe every human being has a unique creative gift that only they can bring forth. However, so many artists feel blocked to share these gifts out of fear of being rejected, abandoned or ridiculed.
This Sangha provides education, tools and resources to help artists heal the limiting beliefs and negative emotional patterns that are holding us back from sharing our unique gifts with the world.
It is a safe space for artists to create and share their work with a group of supportive collaborators. Together, we provide each other encouragement and accountability to keep walking the creative path.
Monthly Group Calls
Each month, we gather and explore how to heal the limiting beliefs and negative emotional patterns that keep us from creating and sharing our work.
This is based on the three pillar approach I use with my private coaching clients...
1. Inner Child Healing (Cleaning Up)
Education on attachment theory, how to build more self-esteem and confidence, and group guided inner child visualizations.
2. Meditation (Waking Up)
Guided meditations and step-by-step instructions on how to meditate to become more aware of your emotional and thinking patterns, and how to replace negative patterns with positive ones. Additionally, I will give you tips and strategies for how to build your own daily meditation practice, based on my 3000+ hours of experience with meditation and 40+ days in silent retreat.
3. Taking Creative Action, Sharing & Feedback (Showing Up)
As creatives, it’s important to be acknowledged and encouraged for the work that we do. This is a monthly opportunity to share your work and bask in the love of a supportive community. Feedback is only given if asked for. If you don’t have anything to share or don’t feel like sharing, no worries. Come anyways and get inspired by what your fellow community members are creating. This is also where I’ll be sharing my musical works in progress, before the rest of the world gets to hear them.
At the end of each call, we will have Q&A and will take a poll of what to cover during future coaching calls.
This is not an online course with an end date, after which the excitement fades and the accountability drops again.
This is an ongoing relationship with ourselves and the creations that we are here to bring into existence, which we will cultivate together.
If you're ready to walk the creative path together, join The Creative Sangha today at the link below:

"If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you."
This conversation with George Haas is one of the most important talks we've had so far on the show. George is an artist, writer, photographer, meditation teacher and the founder of Metta Group, a company focused on helping individuals heal attachment disturbances through a three pillar approach of Inner Chid work, Metta-Vipassana Meditation and education on secure functioning. He has also been my meditation teacher, therapist and mentor for the past 9 months.
The specific kind of inner child work we discuss in this conversation is a revolutionary new modality called The Ideal Parent Figure protocol, and it's based on western psychotherapeutic research and Tibetan Buddhist practices. It was created by the late great Dr. Daniel P. Brown, who was a Psychologist at Harvard University and a Tibetan Buddhist Master who served as a personal student of the Dalai Lama. I was lucky enough to work with Dan for two years before his death, and he also mentored George as his protégé.
George is now carrying the baton, helping people all over the world repair insecure attachment and build real self-esteem. If you follow my content, you know how much I talk about the importance of recognizing and healing our attachment disturbances, and the implications of this work on our fundamental confidence and happiness in life. Working with George and what he teaches has been hands down the most important work I've ever done, and I'm fortunate to now be getting mentored by him to facilitate this important work with my own 1-on-1 private coaching clients.
In this conversation we talk about how George came across this work, the importance of healing emotional patterns and limiting beliefs before seriously embarking on a spiritual path, why creatives with insecure attachment struggle to show up consistently in their art and business, and much more. If there's one podcast you listen to all year from this show, let this be the one.

Back after a brief hiatus with another episode of Scary Sundays … today we’re talking about building the “MVP” aka “minimum viable product” of your dream life - doing your best to live your dream life each day, however scaled back it may need to be right now from the grander vision.
This has been a big paradigm shift for me this year and has helped me to sustain momentum towards my dreams without burning out or losing excitement. Most importantly, by “sampling” what my dreams will feel like in small ways everyday and being mindful of how I feel, I’ve become much more aware of which dreams actually feel fulfilling and meaningful to me, and which dreams drain more energy than they provide … which is helping me become much more savvy about which desires I can trust are coming from my soul vs. my ego.
Theo Zgraggen is an artist and coach who looks at all of life as a work of art. I found his profile randomly on Instagram a little while back, and was immediately captivated by his message and conscious approach towards creativity. We share very similar worldviews as artists and humans - Theo feels like a long lost brother who is on the same mission as me: to help as many people as possible find their authentic voice and feel safe to share it with the world.
What I admire most about Theo is the palpable way he embodies his missions as an artist. As you'll hear and feel in this conversation, Theo truly is "living his art" (the name of his coaching business) in each moment, from the way he thinks deeply about questions, talks about his story, and shares his work with the world. He even helped me to challenge some of my own assumptions around art and creativity and I left this conversation feeling refreshed and inspired about my art and service.
This is definitely one of my favorite conversations on the show so far - if you're an artist (which is all of you listening out there ; )), you definitely don't want to miss this one.

Caroline D'Amore is a modern day renaissance woman. Her journey to where she is today is a story that every human being who is trying to live a life true to themselves needs to hear. Caroline has been a model, actress, musical artist, DJ, and fashion designer - and she found prolific success in all of those things. But as you'll hear in this podcast, it wasn't until she got honest with herself about the intention behind why she was pursuing certain paths did she get more clarity about her deepest mission, which has led her to her current work as the CEO and Founder of Pizza Girl, an organic and sugar-free pasta sauce company.
What I admire most about Caroline is the combination of radical self-belief and self-awareness that she embodies. She carries herself with confidence, but couples it with a respect for what she doesn't know and an eagerness to continually learn and grow.
In this conversation we talk about Caroline's story, her many endeavors, how she knew starting Pizza Girl was her truest calling, the importance of looking at the things you may be running from within yourself, why empowering others is key to being a great leader, and much more.

As humans, one of the most crucial skills we can learn is the ability to tell the difference between which of our desires are truly ours ... and which were placed there by someone or something outside of us. Our ability to make this discernment has huge implications on how we spend our attention and time and how aligned we are with what we truly want ... which directly affects the quality of our lives. In this week's Scary Sunday episode I discuss how we can use the body to find out which desires we can trust to really be our own.

Imagine your emotional state is a calm lake ... all of a sudden, a turbulent series of waves violently disrupts the serene surface of the water. You come up from underneath the surface to look for the boat that caused this unexpected wake ... but there is nothing to be found. Only when you travel back down deep under the water do you begin to notice all of the swelling undercurrents of movement that are constantly flowing below the surface, just waiting to cause the next big wave over the surface ....
So often when we feel uncomfortable emotions, we look to the external events in our lives to justify what we are feeling. While this is sometimes useful, it can also prevent us from fully feeling our feelings because we over conceptualize the mental stories behind them. By learning to deal with our difficult emotions directly at a somatic level, without needing to conceptually understand why they are there, we can often move through them faster ... and even transform them into tremendous sources of personal vitality and power.

Blaise DeAngelo has worn many different hats in his lifetime. A retired DJ and music industry executive, he was the co-owner of Skrillex's iconic record label OWSLA, co-founded the health and wellness platform Arete, and most recently completed an intensive training to become one of only a few hundred Vedic Meditation teachers around the world, under the tutelage of Thom Knowles (the right hand man of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who was famously the Beatles' meditation teacher).
What I love most about Blaise is the gentle quality he brings to everything he touches and works on. He truly embodies what he teaches, and brings a depth of experience to his students, having lived and worked in so many different worlds. I admire his commitment to "being in cahoots with nature" as he calls it...aka aligning with what nature wants to contribute to this world through him, and following that natural flow with ease and grace. In this conversation, we talk about what it means to live a truly fulfilled life, redefining conventional success, learning to relax into our true nature, how to practice manifestation without getting stressed out, and much more. Sasha Cobra is one of the most inspiring humans I have met in life. What inspires me about her is her commitment to living authentically, in line with what gives her soul happiness and peace. As a tantra teacher, energy worker and healer, she has helped thousands of people work through deeply held traumas, energetic blockages, limiting beliefs and sexual issues to become more joyful, loving, free, authentic and orgasmic humans. I had the privilege of attending a 10 day workshop with her last year in Tulum, and it was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Working with Sasha has helped me develop a new paradigm for existing as a human: prioritizing alignment with my true desires rather than holding onto my ego-based attachments, and trusting in life to take care of me instead of trying to control everything.
Sasha's personal story is super inspiring, and is a case study for what happens when a human follows his/her intuition and joy ... and how the universe rewards those who have the courage to live authentically. In this conversation we talk about Sasha's work, how she arrived at where she is today, and even some on-the-spot coaching she gives me about some things I have been going through in my life. This is one of the best conversations I have ever recorded and is full of wisdom from a truly embodied soul who is walking her talk. Dive in and let me know what you think : )

Manifestation, goal setting, commitment to a purpose … all powerful tools that have become quite popular in the world of self-development. That being said, there is a shadow side to these methods … when we become too fixated on the material results we are trying to create, it can close us off from other opportunities that may present themselves in our lives: opportunities that, if we were open to them, may lead us to the deeper experiences we were looking for from our material goals in the first place.

I’ve been procrastinating a ton lately. I’ve noticed a bit of a vicious cycle - when I procrastinate, I get really hard on myself about it, which makes me want to dissociate from reality (aka procrastinate more) because I’m not feeling loved by reality (aka myself). So I’m trying on a different perspective - treating procrastination as a seminal part of the process of getting things done and living a fulfilling life.

Tracie Tensuhi Storey (Elemental Resonance) is a Vibrational Sound Practitioner, Qi Gong Instructor and all-around energetic alchemist who is bringing the healing power of sound to the world. A former world-touring DJ, Tracie had a moment of revelation while on stage in front of 5,000 people: she realized her soul was calling her to go deeper into the healing arts, and to use her passion and expertise in sound and vibration to bring more consciousness and light into the world.
Since then, Tracie has trained extensively in Qi Gong and the healing properties of sound and vibration, and has created a unique offering to help her clients tune their bodies to frequencies of personal harmony and ease. I had the privilege of working with her at a workshop this past April in Ibiza during the ARETE segment of International Music Summit, and she is a truly gifted practitioner who walks the walk and holds space impeccably. What I love most about Tracie is the alignment between her work and her presence - she is truly living what she teaches and she carries a beautiful, warm energy that is both peaceful and inspiring to be around.
In this episode we talk about Tracie's journey from world-touring DJ to practitioner in the healing arts, integrating light and shadows within ourselves, the importance of following one's intuition, being open to what nature has in store for us, and so much more.

The desire to “know your purpose” is basically drilled into us by our culture. And I thing generally it’s a positive thing - having a direction in life and things to strive towards seems to be a fulfilling part of life. But there’s a shadow side … at least one that I’ve experienced. I think needing to be fulfilling your purpose or mission can turn toxic when it begins to prevent you from just simply enjoying being alive … because if anything matters, THAT has to matter. So what can we do about it if we notice that happening? I don’t have all the answers but I have some ideas based on my own experience.

The weekly show where we talk about our imperfections and challenges and what we can do about them. Today’s topic: How To Stop Chasing Peak Experiences.
Just got back from one of the best weeks of my life in Ibiza, Spain. I’m feeling as grateful and inspired as ever, but there’s also a sneaky little part of me that’s comparing my current situation - writing this while sitting on a bean bag in Connecticut - to where I just was and what I was just doing - DJing in a Mediterranean paradise on the other side of the world.
•
It got me thinking about how easy it is for the mind to cling to pleasant experiences and begin to grow unsatisfied when we no longer are being stimulated by those experiences. The irony is that the person who was actually EXPERIENCING the awesome thing of the past is always with us, right here, right now. We just need to peel back the layers of WHY we found so much joy in an experience or place, and apply the deeper sources of our joy to our present situation. Easier said than done…check out the videos to hear my take ; )

Omika Jikaria is the definition of a Renaissance Woman. She is 1/3 of the incredible dancing trio The Jikaria Sisters, along with her two sisters. She is a management consultant, a certified Yoga teacher and Reiki Healer. To me though, what's deeper and more impressive than any title or job description is her zest for life and attitude towards what is possible. As you'll hear in this conversation, she has led a super interesting life, largely due to her ability to trust her intuitive desire to go in a certain direction and then fully commit to her decision. It's a quality I find so vital to living a life on one's own terms, and something I really admire in Omika.
In this episode we talk about how Omika manages and balances all the things she is involved with, how she got to where she is today, both of our decisions to go plant based and sober, and much more. If you are someone who is passionate about building a life that's true to your values and desires, even if it means going against the grain at times, then you'll get a ton of value out of this conversation and Omika's insights.

Jarel Hill is a music producer, artist and 1/2 of the pop electronic funk outfit Tropic. I met him a few years ago in the Hyperbits (friend of the show : )) music production online masterclass, while we were both pursuing our dreams of building an artist career. In this podcast Jarel and I catch up about his various ventures, how his perspective around "being an artist" has changed, artistic discipline, alternative income sources as a musical creator, the unseen downsides of touring, Jarel's "Eating With New York" project, and designing a life that suits you and your temperament.
Jarel is a deeply thoughtful dude, and one of the hardest working and most humble music producers I know. He has an inspiring level of dedication to his craft, and above all he is a genuinely kind human being who knows where his priorities are. Enjoy this conversation!

Sarah Lea is an Animal Communicator and the founder and CEO of Heel, a CBD therapeutics company creating products for animals, and Pet Grief Box, a company creating care packages for owners who have recently lost their pets. A vegan since the age of 14, she has dedicated her life to animal welfare, and building a world in which animals' inner worlds of emotion and consciousness are just as respected as humans'.
She is a deeply-purpose led woman, and her enthusiasm for her mission comes through in all of her ventures and in the way she carries herself and speaks about her life and experiences. This was one of the most interesting conversations I've had because Sarah has a truly unique story and skillset. She is the first Animal Communicator I've ever met - we get into what that entails in this conversation, and how her intuitive skills with animals led her to the life and businesses she is building now.

STOP MAKING YOUR FEELINGS OTHER PEOPLES' RESPONSIBILITY.
•
Even the people who care most about you are imperfect humans who are just operating from their own perspective of the world, which is colored by their own insecurities, resentments, hopes, aspirations, and expectations. It's not about "being the bigger person." That's just another ego play, subtly putting the other person down to feel better about yourself.
•
No, It's about realizing that the things that trigger you "out there in the world" only trigger you because they're interacting with something you haven't given enough love to inside of yourself. Period, 100% of the time. Sounds extreme, but man does it give you the power back.

Amber Rasid is a Plant Medicine Facilitator, Podcast Host and Medicine Woman Extraordinaire. I met her at the end of 2019 when we attended an Ayahuasca Retreat together, along with her brother Shawn. Since then, we have become true soul siblings, and Amber and I have went on to share three Huachuma ceremonies in the Peruvian Amazon. I consider her a true spiritual ally in this world, who is working to bring more love and light to this plane of existence.
Amber possesses a wealth of knowledge on various plant medicines, particularly Kambo, the potent frog medicine used in South America for deep physical and psychological cleansing. She recently completed a training to facilitate her own Kambo ceremonies. She is a truly nurturing, loving, warm presence and her alignment towards her path to heal her fellow human brothers and sisters with the assistance of plant medicines really comes through in her energy and presence.
In this conversation we talk about our experiences with various plant medicines, the importance of integration to assist in sustainable healing and personal change, Amber's new podcast "Coming Back Home", and much more. If you've ever been curious about plant medicines and how to approach them with intention and respect, this chat with Amber will provide a ton of valuable information and inspiration.

Sasha Marie Allan is an MD and Holistic Healer from South Africa and Portugal. I met her early in 2022 at a Five Rhythms Class in Tulum, Mexico, and we immediately hit it off. I deeply admire her commitment to her spiritual practice, and her clarity of direction as a Healer and Coach. She walks her talk and is a powerful feminine being who is bringing a lot of healing into the world through her work. She is the founder of Ubuntu Essence, an organization that conducts retreats based on ancient shamanic wisdom and somatic healing rituals all over the world.
Sasha is a powerful combination of rationality and intuition, with extensive experience in both the traditional western paradigm of medicine (she is a fully trained M.D.) and the wide-ranging world of holistic healing. This dual experience allows her to approach her work and practice from a truly integrated perspective.
In this conversation we talk about Sasha's journey to where she is today, navigating dark nights of the soul, the power of truly trusting one's intuition, committing to embodiment practice, re-wilding practices for women to awaken their divine feminine power, healing oneself for the collective, and much more.

Nik Cherwink is a Life Coach, Artist Mentor and Men's Coach living in Austin Texas. I first found out about Nik when he was working as a lead instructor and Artist mentor at ICON Collective, an amazing school for electronic music producers in Los Angeles. Since then, he has gone on to work privately with hundreds of artists, become a certified life coach, and transitioned into men's coaching, helping guys tune into their authentic masculinity and purpose.
Nik is a truly wise soul with a depth of insight into the human condition, the creative process, and what the process of growth and expansion really takes. I love his commitment to matching one's actions with one's ambitions, and the way he can break down deep personal development ideas in a way that is both inspiring and accessible. His coaching talents really came through even in this call, as I often found myself hearing him speak and feeling like things are so much simpler than we make them out to be.
In this chat we cover how to cultivate healthy mindsets as an artist or creative person, the sources of our motivation to achieve, paying attention to how you feel as an insight into your purpose, ego vs. service, walking the talk as spiritual practitioners, Nik's transition into men's coaching, and much more. Suket Karnawat is the founder of The MOAI, an online accountability platform that helps people cultivate and keep new positive habits through community and shared aligned incentives. He left a lucrative job as an engineer at Google a few years ago without any plan of what he was going to do next - just a deep knowing that he wasn't living in alignment with himself. A commitment to cultivating good daily habits like meditation and exercise led him to the idea to start The MOAI, which he calls an "online gym for habit formation."
Suket is an incredibly smart, aware guy who got into meditation in almost exactly the same way I did - by diving headfirst into a 10 day Vipassana retreat. We even attended the same center in Massachusetts! In this conversation we talk about Suket's decision to leave Google, the important of living in accordance with your values, crafting a life vs. making a living, and how to jump into the unknown without throwing rationality to the wind.

I don't know anyone whose company and mission is a more natural, aligned extension of his/her core values as a human being than Phil. He quite literally radiates (see what I did there? ; )) positivity and has an amazing ability to bring different groups of people and make them all feel like they belong - which is exactly what Radiate does.
In this conversation we talk about the genesis of Radiate, the journey of turning it into the successful and impactful company it is today, the reasons why Phil wanted to be an entrepreneur, how he views "success," where he believes he gets his trademark optimism from, and much more.

Armaan Gupta (aka Kahani Music) is a musical artist, DJ, producer, creative director and the founder and owner of the South Asian Diaspora collective and record label NONRESIDENT. He has helped launch the careers of a number of rising artists in both the east and the west, and has recently shifted to focusing on his own artist project - Kahani - and his upcoming Indo Warehouse party series.
I'm a little biased because Armaan is one of my best friends, but I can genuinely say he is one of the most inspiring people I know, and I continue to learn and grow immensely by being around him. He is a rare breed of business savvy and creative talent - an artist at heart with immaculate taste, with an ability to think through and present his creations in a way that can thrive and scale financially. Throughout the course of our friendship thus far, Armaan has been my manager, we have created party residencies in Tulum and New York, we have collaborated on numerous audio and visual projects, and have grown closer throughout it all.
What I admire most about Armaan is (1) his curiosity to take initiative, dive in and learn new skills (he has been described as a Swiss Army knife) and (2) the strong emphasis he places on fostering community and building up those around him. His approach to growing his career and the careers of his peers is refreshingly collaborative in an industry where many are misguided to believe that the only way to win is to be cutthroat and competitive. In this chat, we dive into why he is so bullish on collaboration and thinking bigger than himself, the importance of knowing your purpose as an artist, balancing your work with relationships, finding a sense of identity and belonging as a first generation immigrant kid in the west, and much more.

Nirmika Singh is a modern day Renaissance woman. Amongst the many roles she plays, poet, journalist, songwriter, singer and Entrepreneur are just a few. She is an inspiring example of what happens when you combine a love for creativity, a deep sense of self-belief, and a business sense for how to accrue and utilize capital to bring artistic visions to life. In a world that has traditionally been divided into either strictly artists or strictly businesspeople, Nirmika is a living, breathing example of what can be achieved by tapping into both sides within oneself.
With her #AurSuno poetry and spoken word series, she tackles deep and complex concepts and feelings through her poetry and oration, delivered lovingly in Hindi. As the chief editor at Rolling Stone India, she has curated a content arm that showcases some of the most promising up and coming local Indian and global diaspora artists – I count myself grateful to be on that list. She is constantly working on a multitude of projects, and her approach towards creativity, life, and the benefits of “keeping your day job” as an artist is truly inspiring.
In this conversation we touch on all of the above, and also go back in time to Nirmika’s formative years to get a fuller picture of how she has become the kind, generous, productive, and massively inspiring powerhouse that she is today.

Susy Markoe Schieffelin, also known as The Copper Vessel, is one of the most remarkable and inspiring human beings I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She is a sound healer, Kundalini yoga teacher, Karuna Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki master, sobriety coach, and the founder of The Sound Healer’s Academy. After years of suffering from anxiety, alcoholism, and addiction, she experienced an incredible transformation that released her from darkness and led her to a radiant, abundant, and joyful life.
She is a living embodiment of what she teaches - someone who radiates a deep wellspring of love and joy from within, and who has literally manifested her dream life through a process of surrender, trust and stepping into alignment with her soul.
In this conversation we talk about Susy's past struggles with addiction, the "dark night of the soul" that sparked her transformation, the power of surrendering to the unknown, what it actually means to "trust the universe," mindsets and attitudes for creating a thriving business around your passion, manifestation made practical, and much more. This is one of the most inspiring conversations I've been a part of and I can't wait for y'all to dive in : )

Joe Ghaleb is one of the most important people in my life. He is a Dating and Intimacy Coach, Lay Meditation Teacher with Integral Zen, Perfumer, Tantric Artist and Founder and CEO of The Gameless Man. He is one of the most deeply embodied and present souls I have encountered, and I have had the privilege of working with him as a coach and mentor in some very challenging periods of my own life. He is a true friend and brother on the path.
In a largely unregulated field full of people trying to sell pseudo-spiritual solutions to desperate consumers, Joe is the real deal. He walks the talk and practices everything he teaches. As a coach, his ability to generously listen and apply the right modality in the right moment from his vast toolbox of skillsets is unparalleled. His relentless pursuit of truth and authenticity, both within himself and within the way he engages the world, is a quality I deeply admire.
In this conversation we talk about integrated personal development, the differences and similarities between spiritual awakening and psychological healing work, the importance of introspection, common pitfalls to look out for on the spiritual path, dating and relationship advice for men, the unhealed wounds in the pickup artist community, being real vs. feeling good, and much more. This is hands down the deepest conversation on the podcast thus far, and one of my favorite conversations ever.

Morgan Page is an artist who needs no introduction. For the better part of two decades, he has been one of the most consistent and prolific names in electronic dance music, playing festivals and headlining shows all over the world, earning Grammy nominations and working with some of the biggest names in the music industry.
In addition to all of his external accolades, Morgan is a wonderful person who leads with humility and earnestness. I love the way he approaches his craft - with a steady love for the process and a growth mindset. In an industry where bright stars often burn out fast, Morgan's longevity is truly rare, and something I admire and aspire to.
In this conversation we talk about Morgan's experience over the past 18 months, being a new dad, what it's like to finally be touring again, the importance of stacking complimentary skillsets as an artist, giving yourself permission to focus on what excites you, the concept of "mastery" in art, and how to sustain a lasting career as a musician.

Serik Slobodsky (aka Hyperbits) is a Music Producer, Electronic Artist and Founder of the Hyperbits Masterclass, an online Music Production School of which I am a proud graduate.
Serik is one of the most disciplined and hard-working people I know - the way he approaches his life and career is inspiring to say the least. I owe much of my own music production skill to his amazing Masterclass, which really helped me take my music to a professional level. He is a talented orator and teacher, in addition to being an absolute beast in the studio. He's also a really introspective, growth oriented guy, and I deeply admire his commitment to bettering himself and maximizing his life's potential.
In this conversation we talked about Serik's own journey from living out his dream as a touring artist to pivoting into the music education space, the transition from artist to business owner, his recent exploration into spirituality, cultivating self-love, and what it's like to live in a growth house with a tribe of successful, like-minded entrepreneurs.

He is one of my oldest friends in NYC and a true visionary in a ton of different creative fields. He does it all, and he does it all pretty damn well. But what I love and respect most about Spencer is his consistent dedication to projects, ideas, and causes that are bigger than just himself. He is a natural born leader who really puts the success and happiness of those around him on an equal pedestal to that of his own - a real breath of fresh air in the music and entertainment industry. In this conversation we discuss his various ventures, what drives him, and how both of our perspectives on life, art and success have changed over the years.

His music has taken off over the past few years, getting signed to the esteemed Deadbeats label and taking him to the stages of Electric Forest, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Camp Bisco and more. He recently released his EP "Escape," a brilliant piece of work that incorporates classical Indian music across a spectrum of electronic genres. The music video for his recent single "Closer" - already with 2 Million views - is a beautiful and moving look inside the life of a young South Asian woman. Beyond his art, he is a deeply intentional human being and someone I respect both musically and spiritually. On this episode we dive into his story, creative process, spiritual connection to music, commitment to immersion over perfection, and much more.

Anson Seabra is a singer/songwriter whose unmistakably vulnerable pop anthems have racked up over half a billion streams thus far. He is a gifted musician and artist who has absolutely taken off over the past few years, recently making his television debut with a performance on The Ellen Show. On this episode we dive into his personal journey of healing, finding self-love, listening to his inner knowing and living in alignment with his higher calling.
