I will detail what my thoughts and feelings were at the time and I will share the lessons learned from those moments. I will be honest and open about my feelings - my words are my truth. I’m back! I took a trip back home, to St Lucia where I got the time to be with family and loved ones to get the reset I most certainly needed. Also, I give an update on life.
We may struggle a lot with finding and keeping hope. This week I wish to speak about the importance of maintaining a positive outlook on life and why trying our hardest to see the silver lining is paramount to internal peace and happiness.
