This week I found salmonberries, wild strawberries and bracken ferns
Salmonberries and strawberries are in the rose family. They both provide edible fruits and have other ingestible parts of the plant as well, but the benefits don't stop there. The bracken is a very common fern at least in the inland northwest but it's not just pretty to look at in lush green settings. The root can be used as a starch to make dumplings or a glue. The imature plants can be roasted like asparagus when they emerge plus much more. I know this video didn't post until Saturday(major fail). This time however it's not the fault of my off grid homestead. I changed phone plans temporarily and don't have unlimited data so I have to upload when wifi is available. Trooper Otis just doesn't seem to get his job is unethical
Pulled over while stressed from a forest fire on the doorstep of my property. I didn't handle it as well as I should have but this trooper had pulled me over once in the past and it didn't go so well for him. This time just over a year later he did the same thing. He wrote me a draft citation refering this incident to the prosecutor to see if it will be prosecuted. Last time the prosecutor declined to bring up charges against me. We'll see how it goes this time. This video was corrupted while I was filming it. Hopefully my records request will result in full audio at least from the 2nd troopers dashcam. The homestead just keeps providing
I know this may not even post by the wee late hours of Friday but I'm trying. My off grid homestead sometimes doesn't cooperate. I had internet issues today so this vlog is a little late but you know what they say...better late than never. At least I think that is what they say anyhow. I'll claim it as my excuse today. Spokane creates a "living laboratory" with smart city partners
There were 2 fires started in Spokane County on the 18th of August 2023. One I will discuss in future videos and the other known as the Oregon Rd fire which I will discuss in this video as it affected me personally. In my first video about this fire I discussed a little about a possible plan to burn people out of rural areas forcing them into 15 minute smart cities. Spokane was picked back in 2015 and sponsored by "Envision America" to be a smart city. I'll discuss that in this video a little but also I show how the state concentrated on it's saving it's own profit margin rather than people's homes. Let me know your thoughts with a comment. Oregon Rd fire burns up rural areas around future smart city
Friday August 18, as my daughter and I made our way home from Spokane we noticed a column of smoke that seemed eerily close to our new property. We raced home to find the Oregon Rd fire in northeastern, WA(town of Elk) was right down the road from our property. What I noticed over the couple of days after the initial burn started was how minimal the state response to these fires was. This made me shake the dust off of my trusty old computer and start editing a video. I'm bringing this channel back with my first investigation being the response to the Oregon Rd fire in Elk, WA. I like free speech just not yours.
Last year at a rally in Coeur d'Alene, ID promoting awareness about the 2nd amendment I approached a woman from a bike riders club about her presentation on materials she and her group deemed inappropriate that are available at a public library. It took me a long time to decide to post this but I feel the conversation is important. Soaking up the sun
Finally getting a video posted with an update to what is going on with me establishing my off grid life. It's been an interesting few weeks which you'll find out about in the video. From snow covered roads causing problems to sunny days and soaking up more sun energy for my tools to build this new life. The Counter Economy Show is back
Like the rest of my content it's been a while since I put out a "Counter Economy Show" video so I thought it was time. It also just happens that I was at the Spokane Freedom Exchange over the weekend with my camera and thought I should highlight some of the creators there as well as how it operates now. Since I have been absent most of the winter and fall it has taken on a life of it's own. Which is AWESOME! That is what decentralization is supposed to be about after all, well at least part of it. Solar update and building a structure

My solar power set up so far.
I haven't posted many videos lately since I sold my house in the city and left the comforts of being a slave to the centralized system. Unlawful glassware disappears in north Idaho!
This was a pretty interesting night in Oldtown, Idaho. I was in town to pick up a few items at the Super One foods which I now do not recommend frequenting. While I was there a Bonner county sheriff's deputy detained and then kidnapped a man. The details are not certain yet but it appears the man was kidnapped and held for ransom because he possessed a brand new piece of glassware that is unapproved by the ruling class of Idaho. I was on my way home from a voluntaryist gathering in early October of 2022. I stopped to document what these unethical corporate policy enforcers were doing. At first all was well until I started to walk across the parking lot. I kept a safe distance(for myself) the whole time and was only filming. These cops are trained we are all a threat and treated me like so, issuing a threat of violence in order to coerce me into behaving the way they wanted me too. This is not freedom America! While in Spokane and at the county courthouse to get my daily update on the trial of David Novak's family vs. the City of Spokane for the murder of their son/brother at the hands of SPD's highly trained killer Brandon Rankin. I'll give an update on the case soon, but his video is about my usual documenting of policy enforcement agents breaking the very codes/policies they enforce which are intended to preserve public safety. I guess they only care about following orders and their own safety. I ended up having a conversation with Brad Humphrey a detective and put his lack of logic and critical thinking skills about his job and the nature of his pay etc on full display. Corporations have the same protections as "the people"
This is the last and final installment of this bodycam footage from a non-masking incident that took place back in April of 2021. This might possibly be the most important part of this bodycam footage review. The policy enforcer who responded to a trespass call for a non masker in Spokane, Washington admits that the US government gave corporations the same protections as "the people". Part 2 - Speech makes supervisor uncomfortable

County prosecutory declines to file charges
As you saw in my original video trooper Jeffrey Otis only issued a draft of a citation for DWLS 3rd. He referred the draft of a citation to the prosecutor. My guess is he saw I already had 2 of the same citations dismissed w/out prejudice and thought he'd leave it up to the prosecutor to decide. Maybe the prosecutor didn't want to be called out in a court room for his/her lack of ethics and trying to prosecute this corporate code to a free man. UPVOTE, REBLOG and FOLLOW!

This is some bodycam video from April of 2021 when Washington state still had a mask mandate for all indoor spaces in effect. This incident took place at a Shari's Cafe on the north side of Spokane, WA. Heather, the manager of the cafe at the time thought it necessary to call cops because a customer dared to walk across the restaurant without wearing a mask before she sat at a table with her friend where she was not "required" to wear it by the king and his corporate henchmen. I was detained with a threat of violence and force this week by trooper Jeffrey Otis while on my way home. I did not have my good camera so my footage is missing some content and the camera is bad but you get it. Welcome back for episode 2 of "SpokAnarchy"! I didn't get it uploaded on Sunday because this was our first episode to have Gerard and Simon going me for a discussion. Getting in a presentable format took a little longer than expected but now I know what I did wrong so it will be up on time for next Sunday. This show we are discussing a rise in property crime in Spokane, but this is happening in many area's of the country. We thought that made it a pretty relevant issue to discuss. When property crime happens law enforcement don't actually stop them they just show up after a crime and take a report and start an investigation. Running into a favorite road pirate of mine...
I was out running some errands the other night and pulled up behind this Washington State Patrol vehicle. The first thing that drew my attention was the fact that it was marked patrol vehicle being used to try to extort money. Of course once I stopped and got my camera out I became aware the only reason for the marked car is they were trying to give the rookie the impression they follow the rules not just enforce them on the rest of us through threats of force and violence. In my last video you saw us trying to getcorporate policy enforcers from the municipal corporation known as the city of Spokane to enforce corporate policy as it falls under their jurisdiction. We were told maybe it wasn't the job for law enforcement. The only other government office that has anything to do with violations of law is the prosecutors and attorney general of the state. This is another and final attempt to get Spokane PD to take a complaint against Adam Swinyard, the Superintendent of Spokane Public Schools. Adam has not filed his oath of office as required by RCW 28A.330.060 and is in violation of that RCW as well as RCW 42.20.030 which has a penalty of a criminal misdemeanor. Ruling class enforcers don't like doing work
In this video we are visiting the Spokane County Sheriff's office and the Spokane Police department in order to get them to enforce Washington Revised Code(RCW) 28A.330.060 and RCW 42.20.030. Adam Swinyard the superintendent of Spokane Public schools did not file his oath of office correctly and as a result is violating the above mentioned laws. This video stems from my efforts in going after the bonds of public officials to hold them accountable to the people and codes that regulate them. It is recommended that along with the bond you get the copy of the oath of office that has been properly filed. We asked for the oath of office for the superintendent of Spokane public schools and were told he did not have or need one by the district. RCW 28A.330.060 says the district superintendent must have their oath filed with the educational service district superintendent. Questionable Authority "ruined it"
Another in my series about going after the bonds of public officials and tyrants thinking they can rule over our lives backed by the monopolized force of the state. Some of us had already served the superintendent with a notice of claim and affidavit of fact but we still needed to serve them to the Spokane school board. In the days leading up to this I had several people contact me regarding this. School district security doesn't think...
This is part 2 of my series about holding public officials accountable outside the system using their surety bonds. In Washington state RCW 42.08 is what regulates who must obtain and keep surety bonds in the state. This is the inccident that provoked me to go after these officials through their bonds. Security thugs for Spokane Public Schools use bully tactics
This is from a school board meeting in Spokane, Washington on December 1. I was there to again establish the board and superintendant are fine with using force on residents who have broken no law. These public schools are where the bullying and coercion to get voluntary compliance start. On November 23, 3 brave souls decided to take off their masks while at work for the Spokane Public School District #81. They were threatened with restraining orders and escorted off of the school property by resource officers. Spokane Public School Board meeting - mRNA jab clinics at schools?
On November 17 there was a protest outside the Spokane Public Schools administration building. The school board held a meeting and took public comment. The hot button issue of the day was schools having these new mRNA jab clinics on campus. With informed consent considered given when you send your child to school this has a lot of parents very upset and with good reason. I just went to document what was happening. Once there I saw the mass compliance even among the protestors and new I had to do something. So I asked what enforceable code required me to wear a mask. Deputy Lyons thinks he is a tough guy here to save the day for a damsel in distress
I met up with Wake the Sheep from YouTube who is in my area for some fun watching policy enforcers in Stateline, ID. We started at just about the right time and encountered the same 3 deputies on multiple stops. Stateline is known for it's cheap liquor, cigarettes and a strip club. It is right on the border with Washington so it draws people from that side of the line who want to pay less in taxes on these items. It makes for entertaining nights of copwatching. Town Hall at Rogers High School
Last week I attended two of three town hall meetings in Spokane, Washington as the elected officials and their corporate workers entertained residents with the idea this bribe money from the American Relief Fund is for the people. It's to bolster the size of government and to give reassurance to the residents that big brother government is there to prop them up. I was kind of playing softball on this night as I didn't know what to expect but I still got some interesting conversations in. King Andrew Huttleston rules with an iron fist!
This summer I was attempting to enjoy mother nature in a taxpayer funded recreation area only to find out it is a constitution free zone. Enter Riley Creek campground and day use area at your own risk. I dared to pay for my campsite using cold hard cash, you know that legal US tender for all debts public and private. Well aparently the governemt that issues those notes not longer accepts them, yet it requires small businesses to do so. Organized crime anyone? When they attendant wouldn't do anything other than tell me I couldn't camp there I packed my campsite back up and went to document why I couldn't stay. I was falsely improsined by thugs with guns threatening to use force and violence on me if I attempted to leave without complying with all of their demands. Then they trespassed me.
