Rashed Al Mohtadi an Emarati National, 32 years old is a huge fan of sports, particularly football, boxing, and MMA. He holds a degree in international business and finance. bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance. Rashed’s professional career started in Investment Banking with Emirates NBD Asset Management, where he managed retail and institutional investment channels and raised AUM for the firm. Almost 10 years were spent with the bank until he got an opportunity with Al Jalila Foundation.

At the foundation, he works in the partnerships and sustainability team to help raise funds and awareness for the programs and initiatives. Gregory Scott Brown, is an integrative psychiatrist, mental health writer, and author of The Self-Healing Mind: An Essential Five-Step Practice to Overcoming Anxiety, and Depression and Revitalizing Your Life. But despite being a doctor who works with patients and commonly gives advice, it is his personal story that introduced him to understand the importance of mental health.

In 2019, he wrote for Men’s Health magazine, “I’m a psychiatrist, husband, a man of colour, and proud wellness advocate. Every day, I see patients and tell them: Talk, speak up. Hani is Lebanese, born in Beirut in 1967. He lives in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. While working for BBC for 14 years he published his first two books Letters to Dalia: Reflections on Lebanon and the Middle East and Conversation with Abed.

The third book is entitled Islam the brand. It is a provocative book that handles the declining image of the brand Islam, and the prevailing perceptions around it. In 2016, Hani was published in the book The Other Hundred Educators, which was published by GIFT. The book is about stories of educators from around the world. Hani’s views on education are summarised by teaching empathy, which is probably more important than teaching mathematics or languages.

For four consecutive years, from 2010 to 2014, Hani actively participated in the Emirates Festival of Literature. His sessions, as described by close colleagues “always filled the room.” His most memorable sessions were a one-on-one with Riz Khan and a panelist that included Anthony Bevor, Simon Sebag Montefiore, Eugene Rogan and Abdul Bari Atwan.

He helped in defining empathy and its functionality in building better humans and communities at large on Wellevate Life PODCAST.

Stephanie Seneff is a senior research scientist at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in food and nutrition, a master’s degree, an engineer’s degree, and a PhD in electrical engineering and computer science, all from MIT. For most of her career at MIT, she was involved in the development of technology to support natural human-computer communication through spoken language.
