Kabbalah can raise our life perspective thereby expanding our ability to accept life and react more consciously to all that happens to us and around us. In this talk, Rabbi Menachem Wolf draws on the Kabbalistic teachings of the 16th century mystic the Arizal, gematria (numerology), the meaning of Gods names, and the deeper meaning of the Hebrew words for anger and jealousy, to help us overcome and even dissolve these traits. Rabbi Wolf also explores the nature of judgment and harshness because these are major elements that lie behind anger and jealousy.

In this class, Menachem teaches that everything is designed with intention and playing out with purpose and that we are participating witnesses to life.
