Diverse yet focussed, they have send in their demos and we are excited. Recently an unreleased track by MOOS, got played by Benny Rodrigues at Slapfunk a couple weeks ago, the crowd ate it like cake to say it with chest. So enjoy, the first episode of NATHAN & MOOS.

Two of Amsterdam finest Record stores. We are also really happy with the international community showing love, from French II of RINSE FM, tot FBI Radio in Australia, and Seoul Community Radio. 15th of august we are publishing “GROOVEGOD” and the Music Theory “Alt-Groove”. 4 mind bending tracks that will test the capacity of your subwoofers. Bass raging synths and Wild drum patterns that we shake your fibers. But this is not just a simple “EP” Release. There is more: “Alt-Groove” Which is the main rhythm technique on the EP is actually a music study/theory by Groove God Jaïr Darnoud. It is 3 way publishing. A book, A digital Ep and A vinyl. For the first round of the release we made a small book containing the theory and full blown interview with and by Groove God Jaïr Darnoud. Shout out to Cream Amsterdam for working with us on this book and providing the shoot and clothing. This will be followed up by a physical release aimed for the weekend of ADE.Groovegod Jaïr Darnoud BioJaïr Darnoud, also known as Groovegod, was born in 1998 in Amsterdam South-East, known as Bijlmer. This culturally rich neighborhood exposed him to a diverse array of music from an early age. One of his earliest musical memories involves the turntable of his childhood friend, which ignited his passion for music. This early experience led Jaïr to a lifelong journey in exploring and creating music, culminating in his unique invention of Alt-groove, a style characterized by its distinctive rhythm not based on the traditional downbeat.Jaïr's musical education is a blend of self-taught skills and formal training. Initially learning through "YouTube Academy" and personal experimentation with a dj mixer and some midi controller, he later took courses with DJ Abstract and Evander de Koning. At 22, Jaïr further honed his craft at the Electronic Conservatory of Amsterdam, graduating with honors. His innovative approach to music, particularly through the concept of Negative Syncopation, has set him apart in the electronic music scene, allowing him to create rhythms that challenge conventional structures.Rooted in his multicultural heritage and influenced by a broad spectrum of global music, Jaïr's work is a testament to his diverse background. Growing up in Amsterdam, he was continuously influenced by the rhythms and stories around him. This, combined with his formal education and unique perspective on rhythm, has led to the development of his distinctive Alt-groove style. He also had a debut last year on Australia's KULTURE LAB which was very depressing yet refreshing to hear such a broad musical understanding and endeavour to translate emotions. But with this new mixtape it is all about getting sweaty and putting on that bass face!

Welcome to another hot sauce release on our label Talkbox with a very special and upcoming producer "DJ INDECISIVE".
The EP is flipping 3 tracks that all have their own inspirational background but all of them are very "DJ indecisive" in sound design. We love it when an artist is capable of being diverse but also has a certain sound that makes them recognizable.
This EP is kind of a special situation. His Laptop got highjacked by ransomware and for a moment we thought all was lost, but our engineer Christoph Muhl was confident he could fix it with the mixdown which we already have and yes my god Christoph delivered! Fat and fresh sounding like only he can.
We are really happy to have DJ Indecisive in our family and we hope to have him for many years to come!
