Welcome to Creating Young Professionals! I'm Justin Keller. I created this podcast back when I was graduating from college and asking myself all these life and career questions that I didn't know the answers to. So, I wanted to find out the best way that I could. Each episode, I talk with a different young professional on a wide variety of topics to learn from each other and essentially build this guide to help us grow as young professionals.

Are you looking for your next place to live? Buying and renting both have major pros and cons, knowing the pros and cons for each option can allow you to choose the course of action that is best for you at whatever stage in life you are in. I have always been a renter (and still am), because it benefits me in this moment. But I wanted to learn more about the buying process to know all the details when the right time comes to switch from renting to buying a home.
In this episode, I talk with Travis Traynor, a St. Louis realtor about both buying and renting to understand which option is the right fit for you. If you have a specific real estate question (or looking to buy in the STL area) for Travis you can reach out to him at travis.traynor@exprealty.com and ask away.
