Doug Notes: Recent Episodes

Doug

The official podcast of dougnotes.net. Generally, the main format will be that I will write an essay over the course of a week, and record myself reading it as a podcast using the platform Anchor, mostly verbatim, and then publish both on my website, dougnotes.net. Then, one week later, in addition to the new essay, podcast listeners will also get a bonus at the end of the new episode, where I will critique the previous week’s essay. This is the first episode of a new Podcast by me, Doug. In weekly-ish episodes, we'll seek to illuminate current events by sharing stories about the human experience from as broad a variety of perspectives as possible. We will go deep into our emotions and instincts, and how they influence our daily choices. We will look at news, media, current events, and global challenges to see if we can make heads or tails of them. We will try to grow a community that no longer feels defeated by the insurmountable, but is willing to make the bold changes to improve this planet for the sake of the coming generations. I hope you enjoy it.
