Well you have participated in something called Presenteeism and apparently it is just as bad if not worse than just calling in sick for the day.

A lot has changed since I was a teenager. Especially how we experience music.
We used to have physical media and now everything is streamed.
We also have outside forces that change what people are looking for in music and that in turn makes the music both more accessible and more apt to change.

We also look into my adventures in substitute teaching.
Today we talk about two things, one for the beginning of the year and one for the beginning of the school year.
Once again we sit down with my son Edward and talk about the past year and the upcoming one.

In this episode I talk about how video games have been a part of my entire life and how I wish I had more time to play them.
In the second half I talk about how some of the music in video games has come to be a real point of interest for me as a music teacher.
My son has been running for the Cross-Country team at his local Middle School.
This has been super exciting for me and for my son, but when is trying to support my son in his efforts to much and crossing a line?
Also we talk to my son himself about his efforts and how he feels about the season so far.
What are your experiences with youth sports? How do you feel about parents and the way they interact with their children in sports?
We all have that thing we do all our lives, or have done all our lives. For me that is singing, and today we are going to focus on my singing with groups, or choirs.
I have been in a variety of choirs throughout my musical career. Some I have been singing, and some I have been the director.
