Several wise guys were gathered at the Providence Office one afternoon. Included in this gathering were Raymond Patriarca – whom we never referred to by his correct name, but either as the ”Old Man” or “George” – Henry Tameleo who ran the Office for Raymond in Boston, several hit men including Rudolph Sargenta, Bobby Almondi, Eddy Latio, Rocco Andreoli, Andy Marino, numerous other wise guys, Sparky and my Uncle Vincent.
The purpose of the gathering was to purchase additional land in Las Vegas

Ken Barone, of the Connecticut Racial Profiling Prohibition Project, The #ColorofJustice @USJCT:
“What we have found consistently, over seven studies, looking at 32 agencies, is that we have found no evidence that Black or Hispanic motorists are more likely to be driving around with equipment or administrative offenses compared their white counterparts. But police are significantly more likely to look for those violations in areas where Black and and Hispanic motorists are more likely to be traveling.”

Junkets with Al Albo Vitelli, who owned Rocket tours., were a popular thing in our circle. There were the wise guys, Skyball Scibelli from Hartford, Springfield Sam and his top aide Mario Fiore, from Connecticut. We would charter planes go to Vegas for free.
Bobby Rosati, from Providence, was connected to and financed by the Patriarca Family. He was a stockholder and the manager of the now defunct Dunes Casino He was a good looking, soft spoken man in his late 40s who used to shudder at the news that the Providence crew was coming to Vegas and would be staying at the Dunes.
Poor guy, he would beg us not to break into the hotel rooms, play slugs in the slot machines, rob old ladies’ pocket books, pay the hookers with counterfeit money or make trouble in ways only Providence guys knew how to do….
