Bruce goes away for a week and all Hell breaks loose. Simon's connection goes down so we don't get to finish the quiz, but James and Owen continue on and finish the Podcast alone. We do talk about Politics a fair bit at the start so that's nice.
This week Simon rocks the podcast world with a new type of scoring for the weekly quiz. There is the usual banter, birthdays of the week, Scots word and Whisky review.

The quiz is a close run thing, and James and Bruce make fun of Simon's celebrity birthday choices!
Bruce and James are left alone this week. There is talk about sports, curling, sport, whisky, sport and there might be a quiz too.
It's just Simon and James this week. James stumps Simon with a Robert Burns quiz and gives us a moving recital of 'A man's a man' to end the show. In between we have whisky, celebrity birthdays and some Curling chat.
In our first episode of 2022, Bruce introduces us to 'Verbal Wordle' and a new format Quiz. Neither of which James and Simon are very good at!

This is our Christmas Show! We talk all things Christmas: Is Die Hard a Christmas Film? What are our Christmas Traditions and what are we hoping Santa might bring us! There is a Christmas themed Quiz and James gives us his review of a brand new Whisky that he wasn't expecting!

This week we try a Boorach first...a two hander with Bruce and Simon. In the absence of James, we discuss Politics, Movies and Christmas decorations! Bruce steps up to helm the Whisky of the Week section and Simon asks some rather cryptic Scottish place name questions in the Quiz.
This week James takes over the excellent format of the quiz that Bruce started and makes it his own. We discuss topics such as Cop26 and Lionel Blair. Whisky of the Week, Scots word of the week and the Birthday Quiz are all here too.
We're back to talk all things Rockets, Fireworks and William Shatner. James says something about some Whisky and Bruce shakes things up with a Cryptic Quiz. Simon gets the date of his wedding anniversary wrong!
*James hadn't spoken to another adult for 2 days and got a bit excited so please excuse his language at times.
James gives us a sales-pitch for Sky Glass....we try a new feature called 'Celebrity Birthdays'. We discuss being 'out-out' for the first time in a long time and Simon's favourite section...The Scottish quiz is back too.
Topics this week include Covid and Gas shortages. We get slightly political but then pull it back with the Scottish Quiz of the Week and James finds another Whisky to enjoy whilst Bruce and Simon listen on....

Week 13 - Unlucky for us!
This week we suffered from some technical issues - but stick with it because this is our Curling Special. JB and JD discuss their involvement and success with the sport. There is a Curling quiz and then some Whisky. Enjoy!
