In this episode, I draw a picture on how far I have walked in mental health having been diagnosed with epilepsy earlier in high school and the lessons that I have learnt. Despite the challenges faced with the illness, listeners should be able to understand what the mentally ill go through, understand their struggles and also walk their walk for them to be able to live successfully in society just like the normal ones. The mentally ill should also be able to take on therapeutic measures for them to be able to overcome all that they are going through.

In this episode, parents have been made aware to be keen on the different parenting styles that they apply when parenting children that are mentally ill in order not to distort the way they process information. They have also been advised about the different words they say towards their mentally ill children and how they react toward them. Still, the caution of them always prioritizing their children's mental health and always observing them keenly on how they respond to certain externalities and what triggers them to go into the states of mental health that they be diagnosed with has been emphasized as well. Also, those that face challenges have been encouraged that there is always another window in navigating these mental health tags.

In this episode, Veronica a 34-year-old mental health adolescent counselor and linguist opens up on part of her mental health journey and what she experienced as an adolescent when she was diagnosed with bipolar at the age of 14 years. Today, she is out here to encourage the world through her book "HOPE AMIDST BIPOLAR" where she paints a thorough picture of her journey and encourages all other mentally ill patients that they are not alone and that anything is possible for as long as there is a connection to God and not minding the negative words that people say towards you as an individual.
