Liana Loporto-Browne & Clare Hughes founded the Women in Estate Agency FB group to highlight the challenges that women face in our industry. It provides a safe space for personal, private conversations to take place that aren't always welcome in other places.
This podcast is an extension of that, designed to help women & those who support them navigate the various challenges our industry throws at us. This might be related to gender, sexuality, biology, motherhood, or topics like HR, finance, marketing.
These subjects will be dealt with, for the 1st time, under solely the female gaze.
