I want to share my experience in hopes to encourage others and reclaim my power. As I heal from hurt and betrayal I want to share what can be learned from looking at life through a different lens. My husband was having a long term affair and was leading a triple life with multiple women. I have a background as a social worker/mental health professional which gives me a unique perspective. I feel like my voice has been silenced for many years and am finding my voice again. I know I am not alone in this experience. Although episodes are heavy topics, I also use humor and sarcasm throughout them
This episode talks about how I rebuilt my identity after the divorce. It is the last episode for the podcast.

My sister joins me in this episode to talk about how I moved from a place of pain to a place of peace. There were a variety of strategies I tried. For example, one that was outside of the norm for me was Wreck-A-Room, which I share in this episode. We talk about the healing journey and offer suggestions for people who are going through a difficult time.
This episode is about me uncovering that there was a third woman, putting the pieces together, and connecting with her. Prior to this, I had thought there was only a long term affair and a double life. With the discovery of the third woman, I realized there was a triple life. This episode covers the impact this discovery had on my healing journey.
This episode is about my experience through the divorce process. It is a heavier topic, but I feel it is important for me to include. This podcast is about my experience of being with my husband for 12 years, 7 years of which we were married. I found out I was 1 of 3 women and that he was leading a triple life. I created this podcast as part of my healing journey.
In this episode I reference a book called Ask for More: 10 Questions to Negotiate Anything by Alexandra Carter which was a good resource.
I have gotten a lot of questions from listeners so I wanted to take a break from heavier topics for this episode. Ben and Randi join me as we talk through what people are asking as they have listened to previous episodes.
This episode will go into the research (not in a boring way:) on if a pathological liar can change and ideas on how to deal with one.

This episode is about how to be a friend to someone going through a difficult time. My friend Amy joins me to talk about ideas for people who have friends going through a hard time and the importance of sitting with someone in their pain. There is also quite a bit of humor as we talk through this topic.
This episode goes more in depth to understand brainwashing and it's impact on the relationship.
This episode tells the story of what led up to the knock on the door and the life changing events that occurred once the door was answered.
This is my first episode of sharing my story of how a knock on a door upended my life and was the beginning to uncovering secrets and lies. I share this in hopes to reclaim my power and to be an encouragement to others.
