We talk about psychology and healthy love for yourself and others.
You get your therapy at home for personal change and discover the psychology of men and women, our archetypes, relationships, successes, crises, and how to move towards healthy love.
EVERYONE has their own path of growth, their own searching and their own crises. The difficulty comes when we feel lost, when the same wounds open again and again, and when sorrow and fear lurk nearby, but we can’t let ourselves see this; instead, we don our everyday masks and live with illusion. How many painful loves and unspoken truths and how much fear do we bear out of loyalty to our parents, husbands, children, and friends? How do we not have the bravery to be loyal to ourselves, just to avoid being called egotistical? Why are we forbidden to love ourselves, but we are given the right not just to love others but to do everything for them? I know that it’s hard to find a balance between ourselves and others, but it’s important to continue to look for it and to keep working at it until we succeed. Because self-denial in the name of others will destroy us in the same way as will the kind of narcissism that makes us listen only to ourselves and impose ourselves on others without empathy and giving. Seeking a balance is an effort that we talk about a lot, but we rarely really make. In order to set off down this path, it’s necessary first to encounter ourselves, to understand who we are, to admit our pains, to accept our strong sides and our weak sides, to stop hiding from ourselves, and to allow ourselves to be just the way we are. In this book you’ll find many techniques, exercises, rituals, and meditations, as well as psychological character studies, advice, and prayers that all have the goal of helping you find what your soul is looking for, in order to find the love that will open your heart to the truth about yourself, as well as the truth about joy.
