Lately I've been really struggling with my overwhelming need to constantly get validation from others. Instead of turning to myself to be proud of my successes, my mood, my wins, my attitude... everything is hinging on what others think. In a nutshell - it is EXHAUSTING! But the good news is that we get to be the sculptor of our thoughts, actions, words... shoot, our entire future. Join me as I dive into this issue, and a few others.
We hear it all the time, "Wow! What a crazy market this is!" or "Not a good time to be a buyer in this seller's market." I won't deny it, this market can be challenging for buyers. Today's episode focuses on how to be a strong, successful and confident buyer in our current market.
This episode is a continuation the first part we we covered being an educated buyer. Today, I discuss different elements of the contract that we need to be aware of as they relate to making an offer more or less favorable.
