WHITE RICE WITH Braised Chicken with pepper IS THE BEST

Braised chicken with ginger, chicken with turmeric, chicken with lemongrass... three familiar chicken dishes in our meals. In my house, these three storage methods are almost the same. Just note one thing, if you want to store chicken in any style, that spice must have a higher ratio than other spices such as ginger, lemongrass or turmeric.

🌿 How to store my house below:

  • 2 chicken thighs about 800g

1 fresh ginger root (about 150g)

1 teaspoon minced lemongrass

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced shallot & 1 minced chili

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (or 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon MSG

1/2 teaspoon seasoning seeds

little crushed pepper

1 fresh coconut (this step is the Southern standard haha 😂... every time you stock up on fish, you must have some coconut water for the dish to be rich, but the suffering is being separated so you can't buy coconut)

Chicken after cleaning, cut into pieces and marinated with spices: minced garlic, minced shallot, crushed & minced ginger (remember to leave some for garnish and all other spices according to the ratio above. Marinate for about 15 minutes.

Use a small pot to make some caramel. When the caramel has just turned to the color of cockroach wings, add the chicken and stir-fry again and turn off the heat. Continue to marinate the mixture for about 20 minutes

Add coconut water and just cover the chicken, cook on medium heat, then switch to low heat for the chicken to absorb the spices evenly (If you don't have coconut water, I use filtered water, then add a little more sugar). Also in this step add some crushed, sliced ginger and a little purple onion to make the dish more attractive. Remember to skim soup to make the dish more delicious.

Cook for about 15-20 minutes, you can have lunch with some raw vegetables and then add another bowl of soup to eat a lot of rice.

☘️ Wish you success with the recipe I share. Thank you for reading my post and thank you for your support.

Western style sour soup in Vietnam. A popular dish and seems to appear quite a lot on the menu in every family. If you want to season a delicious pot of sour soup, you must be "bold" to use spices, if you are "shy" the soup will always be bland and bland.

  1. Sour soup must be sour
  2. Sour soup must use SUGAR, the sugar in the sour soup will not taste like I imagined having to put sugar in the vegetable soup, because the ingredients and accompanying spices of the sour soup will make the taste sweet. Its not like the rumor "going to the West to eat sweet soup like eating tea" 😅.

And here, ladies, watch me "strongly" season the fish soup pot below. If you know how to cook and have cooked it well, please ignore it for me, I suggest that for those of you who like to eat this soup but can't cook it, there is the most specific dose illustration, from which it can be "changed according to your needs." personal taste” many other types of sour soup of the West.

Sour spices are extremely rich: ripe tamarind, raw tamarind, batch rice, crocodile, Giang leaves, sour leaves, young tamarind leaves, lemon, vinegar, kumquat, star fruit... but because of the above sour spices, they also change. Change the amount of other seasoning to go with it due to the different sour taste. In the soup pot below, I will use tamarind juice because it is available everywhere, common and has the least difference in taste.

️Ingredients: for 2 liters of water (4 people to eat)

  • Howling fish (you can use fish similar to pineapple fish, cotton fish, salmon head...will be more delicious than snakehead fish because it has a certain amount of fat) - I cooked 3 slices of this fish for nearly 700g
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 6-8 okra balls (too much broth will become soup), note a little thick cut.
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • 1/8 pineapple
  • Herbs (coriander and braised vegetables)

️ SPICES: I would like to leave the brand name so that everyone can grasp the taste, if the brand is different, the saltiness will be different, then change the amount of seasoning. * 8g salt (I use finely dried sea salt) - more than 1/2 tbsp * 30g sugar - 1 tablespoon full * 15ml delicious fish sauce (I use Nam Ngu II) - 2 tbsp * 1 small ripe tamarind * 1 small chili (it's okay if you don't have it)

The amount of this seasoning will also adjust if the amount of ingredients is more or less, the sweetness of the pineapple also has a little effect.

✳️PROCESSING: * Wash the fish with salt and vinegar, then bring the pot of water to a boil, drop in 1 teaspoon of salt when it boils, let the fish in and blanch for 2 minutes so that the fish is not fishy, the soup will be much better, then take it out to Drain the marinade with a little fish sauce (additional fish sauce, not the above) to infuse for 15 minutes (fish in soup should be cut a bit thick when cooking to avoid being crushed, cooked fish meat is less "invaded" by the broth) inside, it will be sweeter) * Turn on the stove, add a little oil enough to fry a little garlic until golden, purple onion, fragrant and 2 tomatoes have been cut into stir-fry -> add 2 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add all the above spices at once. The broth at this time will be very sour if you taste it 😂 * Put the fish in and cook on medium heat, about 60% of the fish is cooked, then add mint (along the net) first, then okra + 1/2 of the remaining tomato, when all are cooked, add the price. and herbs in, the water boils, then turn off the stove to complete the soup.

Pour the salted fish sauce on a plate, cut the chili in, take the fish out and put it on a plate and enjoy it hot with rice. Oh, just need a pot of fish soup, no need to add any side dishes, the rice cooker will fly very quickly.

Note:

  • The fish also does not need to be fried to shape at all, which will make the soup less greasy because of the fat and the pieces of fish are not originally sweet because they have been fried in oil.

*Sour soup is especially suitable for fried garlic, some other cooking methods can add lemongrass (sour style like Thai hot pot), sometimes if you want a simple sour soup that doesn't contain fat, you may not need the garlic frying step. this.

*The broth of the pot of fish and sour soup is as above, if you cook sour shrimp soup, you need to reduce the sugar and reduce the sourness.

*When adding salt to the pot of sour soup, be careful because salt also pushes the sour taste of the soup up a bit (it sounds backwards but it's true)

*If the soup pot is cooked with green vegetables (water spinach, coriander ...) then the sour seasoning is almost done, put it in to keep the green color of the vegetables in the soup from turning yellow.

That is my experience after many years of cooking soup. Thank you for reading my post. Wish you a lot of health.

Some tips to conquer Western pancakes

Banh xeo is a dish that is very familiar to everyone because every region has it, here I would like to share about Western pancakes, Western pancakes are more special than other regions in size, compared to banh xeo. In the North and Central regions, Western pancakes must be twice as big, and the crust must be very thin and crispy.

Rice flour: 200g

Turmeric powder: 10g

Cassava root: 2 bulbs

Filtered water: 260ml

Pork belly: 250g-400gr

Fresh shrimp: 200g if available is very delicious

Fresh Shiitake Mushroom: 40g

Onions: 80g

Bean sprouts: 100g

Green onions: 50g

Purple onion: 1 piece

Fresh ginger: 1 medium

Lemon: 1 fruit

Spices of all kinds: fish sauce, garlic, chili, sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper.

Assorted raw vegetables served.

Here, if my house pancakes are poured according to the standards of Western pancakes, they are still not right, not big enough, not really crispy according to standards, only on a "family" scale.

How to pour banh xeo is probably known to everyone, here I would like to share some of my own "heirloom secrets" summed up after many times "conquering" this Western pancake.

First, is the stage of mixing the dough, the cake dough is the most important part, whether the pancakes are delicious or not is at this stage to decide. The recipe for making cake dough that is both fragrant and fatty, for a long-lasting crispy pancake product includes:

  • Finely chopped scallions or chives. (It's okay if I don't have it because I have a small child at home who doesn't like to eat green onions, so I don't put it in).
  • Mix all together, stir well until dissolved, medium liquid, slightly viscous. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, then start pouring.

In the above recipe, you can replace rice flour with commercially available deep-fried flour if you don't have good rice flour.

Next, raw vegetables are an important ingredient that contributes to making the cake more delicious and not boring, eating pancakes without raw vegetables will lose 50% of its deliciousness. I live in the South, so when I talk about raw vegetables, I have to say it's immense. If I go to the market and say I sell a bunch of "forest vegetables", I will get a bunch of vegetables that I have to say dear: lettuce, sassafras, lettuce. fish, cinnamon leaves, toad leaves, mango leaves, soi frogs, cloves, cassava leaves... of course, you must have mustard greens to roll.

Has anyone tried rolling banh xeo with guise leaves yet? I guarantee it's delicious, guise leaves are an indispensable vegetable when eating pancakes for me, even without having to earn it.

The next important factor is fish sauce. Fish sauce must be salty, sweet, and sour. Floating above the red color of chili, the fish sauce is golden in color. You can add grated green mango or carrot, white radish soaked in sugar vinegar to add flavor and deliciousness. My sweet and sour fish sauce recipe: * Cook fish sauce according to the following ratio: 1 fish sauce + 1 rock sugar + 1.5 filtered water (if you use fresh coconut water, it will taste better but it won't last long) (eg: 1 cup fish sauce + 1 cup) rock sugar + 1.5 cups of filtered water). * Cook on low heat until the sugar dissolves, boil, then add half a pineapple cut into slices and cook for another 15 minutes. * Let the mixture cool down, add lemon juice (about 1 lemon), if you don't use lemon juice, use the juice to be more delicious, depending on the sour taste of each person. * Finally, add minced garlic and chili, garlic and chili will float on top to create a beautiful color.

Finally, eat banh xeo using your hands to roll the cake and feel the warmth and crispiness of the cake

Pancakes made from ready-made flour

***My son and I love to eat pancakes 😍. But ever since I knew about pancakes, I already knew there was a ready-to-mix flour 😁 so I've never tried making it myself 😋

It's also convenient to say, mix each water, then fry the cake, follow the instructions on the package of the dough

When frying the cake, you have to be a little patient for the cake to be golden, but it's also interesting, waiting for the foam to break is known when it's time to flip 😉

Perhaps the most fun is when decorating the cake 🤩 one day, I use it with all kinds of strawberry jam, one day it's Thanh Yen jam, another day with honey, like today I decorate it with fresh cream 🥰If you have any fruit at home, use that fruit for a more sour and sour taste, because this powder is a bit sweet.***

You can also use a pan.

PANCAKE * 3 chicken eggs * 25g sugar * 20ml fresh milk without sugar * 30 grams of flour * 60gr Butter (without butter, you can use oil, no need to worry) Step 1:

Separate the yolk and white from each other (no need to separate, if you like, I usually don't separate)

Step 2;

Pour boiling water into a cup with a ratio of 3:1, then put pandan powder in and stir well, then sift through a sieve, mix directly into the cake flour, it will turn out a pretty green color.

Step 3:

Beat the yolk. Add flour + milk and beat until smooth (it's ok when it's smooth).

Step 4:

Beat the sugar + whites until peaks are formed (use a beater for this section)

Step 5:

Mix all ingredients together to get a slightly thick mixture (use the machine with the lightest speed for 2 minutes)

Step 6:

Spread butter on the pan (use a paper towel to wipe it once) Low heat

Step 7:

Scoop 1 patch and pour it from above in the shape of a mold and you're done..

Step 8:

Wait until the cake is golden, then take it out, no need to flip the side (if you use a toaster like me, otherwise you have to turn the surface). Wait until the cake is done

* Difficulty: Very easy

* Time took: 25 minutes

Wish you all success ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Maybe if you spend money to buy toys forever, it will be very expensive. Recently I started to learn how to make new toys from almost discarded items like plastic bottles, old cartons,.. But my son was very happy, he danced happily, make me make new toys all the time,.. Seeing my children happy, I am also very happy.

Hopefully you will also make more use of the materials around, reusing them, making new toys, or new items, it means so much. Please watch my video tutorial at 3speak.

These days, the weather is quite hot, suddenly remembered a dish called beautician tea, so I would like to share it with my family to cool off, is it really "beautiful" as the name suggests? I don't usually know 😂 but this dish is very suitable for hot days like this, let's try it together 🤗

It's very simple to do as follows:

Perhaps traveling to the beach in the summer is an indescribable wonderful thing. This time it was my 2 days 2 nights trip to Phan Thiet city, which has a long coastline and white sand.

We started moving from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet by bus, the ticket price is about 260,000 VND for 1 person, and the travel time is about 6-7 hours from the time the bus starts to depart. This is the first time I have come to Phan Thiet, I have known Phan Thiet for a long time through the words of my friends, but this time I was able to witness and experience a quite interesting Phan Thiet with my own eyes.

It's a trip in June, the month of great beach vacations. When I first came here, the first thing I noticed was that Phan Thiet street is very beautiful, easy to navigate, easy to find, there are not too many alleys compared to Ho Chi Minh City where I live. Arriving is almost taking a day by bus, Afternoon around 16h00 we arrive, check-in, and start renting motorbikes around the city. Actually, where I live seems more like the countryside than a city, because everything is simple, the roads are also quite deserted, we rented motorbikes from the hotel where we stayed for 130k / day. A car that is not too new but not too old, enough for us to have a vehicle to experience Phan Thiet gently.

Lucky for us on this trip because the weather is very beautiful, sunny, free to roam everywhere. In fact, if you know how to drive a car, there is also a rental service here, which is convenient for large families. As for me, I like to enjoy the wind on a motorbike, so when I go to tourist destinations, I often choose to rent a motorbike, easy to move, easy to stop by the roadside if I like.

Phan Thiet is a coastal city and has many interesting places. Especially Phan Thiet is famous for its desert-like white sand dunes located in Bau Trang, Mui Ne Phan Thiet. This time I was determined to come here to experience it firsthand. From my hotel to the sand dunes about 20 minutes by motorbike. White Sand Dunes, also known as Bau Trang, is a very famous tourist attraction in Mui Ne Phan Thiet and is likened to the Sahara desert, attracting many domestic and international tourists by the pure beauty of the sand. plus the beautiful surrounding scenery is a place not to be missed when traveling to Phan Thiet. Next to the sandhill is a large freshwater lake that provides fresh water for the people here. In the lake, people plant more lotuses and water lilies, which adds to the beauty of this place a lot. Here you can explore the White Sand Dunes by Jeep terrain, you will be free to explore the sand dunes and drive up. Take a photo as a souvenir. Rent a car with a driver or you can drive yourself. In addition, when you go to the top of the hill, you will see people renting skis for sandboarding, which is one of the special games only available in Phan Thiet. Sand skis: this is an interesting game for everyone from children to adults, rent a skateboard here for about 20,000 VND / 1 sheet, feel free to experience the feeling of sliding from the top of the sandhill to the bottom. , the price is very cheap, should try it once if you come here.

The best time to visit the sand dunes is on sunny days, in the early morning or afternoon around 16h00-17h30 is the best, this time will not be burned by the sun of the sea. Haha. Actually, it's also a good time to take great pictures.

On the way back to the hotel, I stopped at Neighborhood Market, which is one of the places selling cheap fresh seafood in Phan Thiet, here seafood prices are very affordable, but you have to know how to negotiate low prices. then the price offered by the seller. You can choose to eat on-site or take away, I choose to eat on the spot, just pay 30,000-50,000 VND more and you will be able to cook food on the spot, and enjoy it right next to the cool beach, watching the beautiful sunsets. A fishing boat moored next to it.

Thanks for reading my post!

Being away from home for so long, suddenly today I feel terribly homesick. I remember the steamed bananas that my grandmother used to make for me when I was a child. I hope I can bring the recipe of my hometown dish to my family menu.

🍌Steamed Banana Cake with Coconut Water - Back to childhood

MATERIAL:

  • Siamese banana: 500gr
  • Tapioca starch: 108g (customize the dose, guys)
  • Sugar: 25g
  • Salt: 5g
  • Turmeric powder for coloring: 2gr
  • Warm water: 120 ml
  • Coconut milk: 200ml
  • Rice flour: 10g
  • Vanilla
  • Water
  • Oil blotting paper or bowl for steaming
  • Cooking oil

*MAKING:*

  • Cake core:*

1 - Peel bananas and soak them in a bowl of diluted salt water (5 minutes) and then drain them

2 - Cut the banana into circles and then pick it up and put it in a large bowl -> then add 100g of tapioca flour - 10 gr of sugar - 3g of salt - 2g of turmeric powder -> Slowly add 120 ml of warm water and stir until the mixture is thickened.

3 - Place absorbent paper in the mold and apply cooking oil all over the surface of the parchment paper or bowl. Arrange the banana pieces around the bottom of the mold and then put all the mixture into the mold to spread it out beautifully.

4 - Bring the pot of boiling water to boil for the mold to steam the cake (to prevent the cake from becoming mushy, take a clean towel and put it on the lid of the pot, steam the cake and then close the lid to prevent steam from falling). * Coconut sauce:*

1 - While waiting for the cake to cook, take 10g of flour to boil until the dough is cooked and then take it out. Next, mix 10g of gao flour - 8gr of tapioca starch into a bowl, beat with 20ml of water and set aside. Bring the pot up for 200ml of coconut milk - 70ml of filtered water - 15gr of sugar - 2gr of salt to boil. When the coconut water has boiled, add the flour and stir

2 - Add the mixture (rice flour and tapioca flour) and beat until thickened and then add vanilla to create fragrance

3 - When the cake is done, let it cool, put it on a cutting tray and put it on a plate to decorate

Haven't done it for a long time, but still not to the point of failure :3. Thank you for reading the article, is there a better recipe for you to share for me to learn. I wish you a nice day, many good things.

Hello friends.

It seems like it's been a long time since this trip ended in 2017 I still haven't traveled abroad any more.

This trip is my 3rd time to Singapore, lasting for 3 days 2 nights. It means quite a bit to me because I already know I'm pregnant with our first child. That time my husband and I went to many places in Singapore, the trip with our friends. We had a great time here.

In particular, we visited the Aquarium, there are many aquatic animals that I have never seen in real life, fishes and squids that make me dizzy with excitement and surprise.

I won't write much this time, but will let you know more about Singapore through the video that I posted at 3speeak.

Thank you for reading my post. Have a nice day.

This recipe is super easy, but one thing is that it takes a long time to prepare and is extremely small, spending more than earning, so I have to take advantage of what I have to make full use of. Hesitantly, he dared to bring home a small grapefruit, a red-skinned grapefruit with red skin and a part of his skin to cook shampoo, bathe the baby, peeled grapefruit meat to eat gradually in the refrigerator.

As for the fresh pulp, I immediately think of the cool pomelo tea when I'm not away from home, which I like to eat the most. 😆

There are three things I recommend that everyone take some time to try "cooking" pomelo tea during this time. One is because of the epidemic and I don't know where to buy it, the other is that the price is escalating, buying a grapefruit and peeling each segment is a waste. The third one is super easy to cook =))))

In this recipe, I do not specify the number of seasonings, just briefly describe the steps so that everyone can easily cook and prepare the pulp so that it is not bitter, as for the ingredients, I only Just an estimate, because I see that each person has their own taste, so it is difficult to apply the standard according to a certain formula.

I don't think the difficulty level is, but I think that for someone like me, if you can do it, anyone can cook it 😆. Because my recipe does not need to squeeze the pulp with salt too many times to cause pain, no alum or any sophisticated ingredients to remove the bitter taste of grapefruit pulp. So I think it's pretty easy. 😘

Let's go to work, let's start making super easy Pomelo tea, delicious crispy pulp, not bitter, everyone 😘😘😘

MATERIAL INCLUDES:

  • 200g green beans, peeled
  • Grapefruit pulp (Green skin grapefruit is the best)
  • Palm sugar or rock sugar. (Grapefruit tea without jaggery is not cool and sweet and lacks the inherent eye-catching color, but because of the lockdown, I only have rock sugar.)
  • White sugar
  • Flour
  • Coconut milk (Everyone made with freshly grated coconut, squeezed the water is the best, but due to the epidemic, I have nothing left to use) I bought coconut milk in a can.
  • White salt/grain

PROCESSING:

Green beans: * Rinse with filtered water and then soak for 6-8 hours with warm water. The beans will bloom all the time. * Drain and steam for 30-40 minutes, taste and see if the beans are soft (Depending on the condition of the beans, avoid tossing the beans, which is easy to break and crush)

Grapefruit pulp:

Preliminary processing of pomelo pulp:

  • Peel off the green skin, take the middle part is the most delicious and crispy
  • Cut the elbow with the knuckles. Avoid cutting too large when cooking the pulp, it's easy to be shy, too small to be crushed

Soak in dilute salt water for about 30 minutes * Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt. When the water is boiling, drop the pulp into the island, boil for about 30 seconds, turn off the heat. Remove to a basket and rinse with cold water. Just rinse and squeeze out all the water to get rid of all the bitterness (This process takes about 2-3 times to flush) * Mix 50g of tapioca flour + 50g of sugar with 150ml of water to soak the pulp after preliminary processing (Powder and sugar depend on the amount of pulp, if you want the pulp to be crispy, you can add more flour). * Soak the pulp with the amount of freshly mixed tapioca water above, soak to absorb enough water, the pulp expands, then take it out and let it dry for about 15 minutes. * After the pulp is drained, shock the pulp with 50-60g of dried tapioca flour

Boil pomelo pulp: * 1 liter of water + 200-250g of jasmine sugar (This dish is rich, so you can add a little bit of jasmine sugar for the best taste. Because jasmine sugar is often cut into large pieces, everyone can eat it. can be pounded or chopped to help the sugar dissolve faster) * After the sugar dissolves, reduce the heat and bring the pulp to boil. * To medium heat, after the pulp starts to clear and cook, take it out and soak it in ice-cold water for about 10 minutes. * Take it out to dry * The part of sugar water boiled with pulp remains the same

Coconut part: * I use ready-made coconut milk in the supermarket because of the stressful epidemic and I don't want to have to go around the supermarket a lot, so I have nothing to cook at home. Heat on the stove to a simmer. Mix a little more tapioca starch and sugar + a few grains of salt to taste and compare. * If you have coconut fruit, peel off the brown skin, puree, and squeeze out the juice. Then do the same as for canned coconut milk.

Finishing step: * Bring the sugar water to boil again, pour in the pomelo pulp, then slowly drop the green beans and stir gently. * Mix a little more tapioca starch and pour it into the teapot to compare. Keep the heat low and stir well by hand. When the water boils and the color is clear, turn off the stove

This dish is good to eat in the fridge, so it hurts your armpits 😬 So everyone, don't be in a hurry, wait for the tea to cool down and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then enjoy it =)))

At this stage, I can't order food, so I have to cook a lot by myself, everyone 😘 cook. Wish everyone can cook super delicious bowls of pomelo tea for the family during this epidemic season. 😘

P/s: I wish you success with the recipe that I share.

Hello everyone, this is my first time trying this type of game. I know it through one way browsing App Store on ios. I got curious after watching a promotional video about the game, and I downloaded it on my ios computer to try it out. Compared to someone who was playing this type of fighting for the first time, it was quite wobbly. But in general, the interface is easy to play, easy to see, not distracting, cute images catch the eyes of players. I like these games, maybe because they are quite easy to play as a novice like me. So I want to share it with you. I think this game is suitable for children over 13 years old. Playable online, offline, individually and as a group. Wonderful.

Watch the video to know more about the game.

Thanks for reading my post. Wish you a lot of health.
