Ingredientes:
80 g de Helado de Vainilla
60 g de Café Espresso
Crema Batida tanto como te guste.
1 Cucharada de Cacao al 70% en polvo.
Nota 1:
En Caso obvio que no tengan una máquina capuchinera, que es lo más normal, pueden fácilmente lograr el mismo efecto con una Moka Italiana, solo asegúrense que sean 60 g de espresso para no alterar la receta.
Nota 2:
En Caso, que no tengan un cremera(Máquina para hacer crema batida), puede tomar la alternativa de hacer su propia crema batida, con crema chantillí, 200 g y 50 g de Azúcar glass, déjalo mezclar con una batidora en un bowl, ambos ingrediente por 4 minutos y obtendrá una muy rica crema batida.

En sencillos términos es una preparación de café en frío bastante popular en Australia (un país donde se toman en serio todo lo que rodea el café) y sirve mucho para refrescarse y pasar el rato a continuación los materiales que necesitaremos.
MATERIALES:
1.- Espresso Doble: El espresso lo puedes conseguir de 2 maneras, 1 con una Capuchinera (La opción más costosa) y 2 Con una moka Italiana o Greca como le dicen en algunos lugares(Esta es la opción más viable si lo vas a hacer en casa), Solo asegúrate de colocar 60 gramos de Espresso una vez termines de preparar café con tu moka.
2.- Una cereza marrasquino o Guinda.
3.- Una Cucharada de Almíbar de la propia Guinda.
4.- 100 g de Hielo
5.-Una lata de Sparkling Water Limón o cualquiera Sparkling.
6.- Un Vaso Alto
PREPARACIÓN
Paso 1: Colocar una Guinda en el Vaso.
Paso 2: Colocar La Cucharada de Almíbar de las cerezas
Paso 3: Colocar los 100 g de Hielo
Paso 4: Colocar 120 ml de Sparkling Water o Al gusto.
Paso 5: Con una Cucharilla muy suavemente deja caer el doble espresso
Paso 6: NO HAY PASO 6 DISFRUTA TU BEBIDA E IMPRESIONA A TUS AMIGOS. ENGLISH

2.- Selecciona el icono de IMAGEN y escoge una imagen de tu galería
3.- Presiona en HERRAMIENTAS, luego CORTAR y seleccionas un área de la foto para colocarla de fondo.
4.- Presiona el icono de TEXTO de la aplicación, para colocar las letras y luego los guardas.
5.- Selecciona un estilo de fuente bastante grueso para que se aprecie la imagen en el interior de las letras y luego guardar.
6.- Pulsa en el icono de herramientas, DOBLE EXPOSICIÓN y seleccionas la imagen que quieres colocar dentro de las letras y elige el estilo de diapositiva que quede mejor y agranda la imagen hasta cubrir toda la letra.

La verdad acerca de este síndrome, es que no es un síndrome medico ni psicológico, para documentarme para este articulo no encontré una base médica para sustentarlo sino, que se cuenta como un comportamiento improductivo donde el involucrado se distrae con facilidad y al final no concluye ningún proyecto.
Entre los indicios para reconocerlo tenemos los siguientes:
1.- La comparación sin contexto de tu día 1 con el día 100 de otro.
2.-No saber para que eres bueno aun, desgraciadamente esto no es poco común.
3.-La frustración en general, siendo la de ingresos dentro de las principales de este tipo.
4.-Impaciencia en la curva de aprendizaje. Yo mismo peco mucho de esto.
5.-Falta de autorresponsabilidad de resultado, Es culpa del mercado, es culpa de la situación, desde que el mundo es mundo siempre ha habido algo por lo cual quejarse.
6.- Participar en muchos proyectos al mismo tiempo de forma impulsiva.
La visto como podemos reconocerlo ahora abordaremos ¿Como evitar esta conducta?

How blockchain technology can help Josefina?
A simple way in which blockchain can be used to solve this problem is to use a Crypto Exchange and another user of the same platform to make an internal transfer of assets and with the assets in their possession, the next step is to perform a person to person or P2P exchange (We will see how to do this in the second video) to exchange these for local currency and to use it as they see fit.
