3 You turn man to destruction, And say, “Return, O children of men.” 4 For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it is past, And like a watch in the night. 5 You carry them away like a flood; They are like a sleep. In the morning they are like grass which grows up: 6 In the morning it flourishes and grows up; In the evening it is cut down and withers.

Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God
91 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the [z]fowler And from the perilous pestilence. 4 He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and [aa]buckler. 5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, 6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. 8 Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, 10 No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; 11 For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. 12 In their hands they shall [ab]bear you up, Lest you [ac]dash your foot against a stone. 13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will [ad]set him on high, because he has known My name. 15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With [ae]long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.”

92 It is good to give thanks to the Lord, And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; 2 To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness every night, 3 On an instrument of ten strings, On the lute, And on the harp, With harmonious sound. 4 For You, Lord, have made me glad through Your work; I will triumph in the works of Your hands.
5 O Lord, how great are Your works! Your thoughts are very deep. 6 A senseless man does not know, Nor does a fool understand this. 7 When the wicked [af]spring up like grass, And when all the workers of iniquity flourish, It is that they may be destroyed forever.
8 But You, Lord, are on high forevermore. 9 For behold, Your enemies, O Lord, For behold, Your enemies shall perish; All the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 But my [ag]horn You have exalted like a wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil. 11 My eye also has seen my desire on my enemies; My ears hear my desire on the wicked Who rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13 Those who are planted in the house of the Lord Shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14 They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be [ah]fresh and [ai]flourishing, 15 To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
Don't just take up space in others' lives. Be value added. Help them win!
Exodus 17:8-16 8The Amalekites came and attacked the Israelites at Rephidim. 9Moses said to Joshua, "Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands." 10So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill. 11As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. 12When Moses' hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up-one on one side, one on the other-so that his hands remained steady till sunset. 13So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword. 14Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven." 15Moses built an altar and called it The LORD is my Banner. 16He said, "Because hands were lifted up against the throne of the LORD, the LORD will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation."
Don't despise small beginnings. Be consistent in what you are doing and rejoice over the one. Celebrate where you are and continue to work.
The parable of the lost sheep (Matthew 18: 10–14) Jesus tells the parable of the lost sheep to show that the Kingdom of God is accessible to all, even those who were sinners or strayed from God’s path.
He uses the example of a shepherd (God) who has 100 sheep and one goes missing.
The shepherd leaves the 99 others and searches high and low for the lost sheep.
Jesus stresses that when the shepherd finds the lost sheep he rejoices over it more than the 99 who did not go astray.
This is how God will rejoice when a sinner returns to Him.
Let them Go!
There will be people who exit your life making a dramatic exit. Let them Go.
Then there will be others who leave quietly. These people have served their purpose in your life and you in theirs.
It doesn’t mean either are bad people. It’s just that they are not necessary to the next level of reaching your destiny. Upon further investigation, you will notice that they were a distraction. They took way more than they gave. They may have become a parasite or maybe even negative.
1 Thessalonians 5:11 says to
encourage one another and build up one another
Sounds like both parties are invested to me…you both are in it to win it.
Proverbs 27:17 NIV As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
If you are not being sharpened,
Check the transactions of the relationship. What did they deposit or did they withdraw withdraw withdraw?
Watch relationships where huge withdrawals are made with minimal deposits. That’s a relationship headed for disaster. In fact, it’s an unbalanced relationship. You are unequally yoked.
Let’s take a look at the word:
2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?
If a person’ makes huge withdrawals from you and then make huge deposits in others and totally neglects you…red flag. When they interact with you, they always need but they bend over backwards to support and invest, time, money and resources in others. You deserve better! So if in this season they choose to move on. Let them go! Wish them well! Hold no animosity and count it a blessing to have deposited in their lives. However God has released you. Don’t look back. Don’t feel bad. Thank God for the opportunity but just know you served your purpose there. Don’t deal with that person or people like that in this season. It’s not the season for that kind. Mutually beneficial relationships are your portion. Your person won’t bring what you bring to the table but you will compliment each other. The relationship won’t leave you in lack or depleted! You heard it here! Let old, stagnant overdrawn relationships go. Let them go!
They might be back later. If they have matured, healed and are ready to invest in the relationship accept them back with open arms. Until then, let them be someone else’s problem. That is not God’s portion for you. This ain’t that season! It’s won’t feel good but once you reflect, you will realize all the opportunities they had to make deposits with you but they chose another bank and deposited what you were giving them. When people don’t appreciate you, they don’t honor you and take you for granted. Let them go! Here this…this ain’t and I mean ain’t the season to go bankrupt trying to save rental property. Invest in something you can build and there is a good return on your investment. Thank me later! Let them go!
Don’t take this message out of context!!! Be wise! But if 85-90% of what I said resonated with you and you feel some way, you may want to take inventory of your relationships.
Remember I’m here to provoke thought so seek the Lord. But please know He does not want you to be bound. However, if this is the state of your marriage seek God and counseling before you proceed.

- Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)

- Feeling weak or tired
- Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry
- Having trouble sleeping
- Having difficulty controlling worry
- Having the urge to avoid things that trigger anxiety
Self-treatment: Self- care steps that may be helpful in some less- serious cases:
- Exercise daily
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Get enough sleep
- Learn what triggers anxiety and alleviating it
- Eat well- balanced diets
- Practice relaxation techniques and meditation
- Stop smoking and consumption of caffeinated drinks
When to see a doctor
- You feel like you're worrying too much and it's interfering with your work, relationships or other parts of your life
- Your fear, worry or anxiety is upsetting to you and difficult to control
- You feel depressed, have trouble with alcohol or drug use, or have other mental health concerns along with anxiety
- You think your anxiety could be linked to a physical health problem
- You have suicidal thoughts or behaviors — if this is the case, seek emergency treatment immediately
ALWAYS READ THE WORD! Scripture memorization is a great tool in helping me stay calm!
We don't have to be driven by guilt, resentment, and anger, fear, materialism, or the expectations of others.

What are your plans? This question may sound like a trick question, but it's not. I am so very guilty of having a laundry list of plans that I hadn't consulted with God about. In this episode, I am just reminding us that it ALL starts with God. Therefore, we must give our plans to Him.

Habbakuk 2:2 Write the vison, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

- Write to communicate with others and to create and maintain relationships
- To speak to yourself
- To preserve your family's history
- Write as therapy to get things off your chest
- To rest

Do you have a problem asking for help? I don't like it, but in this season, it is necessary.
The book of Ruth (Chapters 1-4) in the Bible paints a narrative of a devoted woman (RUTH) who is loyal to her mother in law during the days of the judges. Being a Moabite woman in a time of faithlessness, Ruth denied her pagan heritage to cling to her mother in law who was a believer of the God of Israel.
In the story, Ruth presents us with a great picture of loyalty and obedience. It doesn't go unnoticed because in the end God rewarded her faithfulness wit her husband Boaz and their son Obed.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9
Do not fear nor be embarrassed by what you are going through. Seek God and ask Him to send you the right people for your life. Do not allow the enemy to torment you. Get help for your journey.
1 Peter 5:7 NIV Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
Galatians 6:2 NIV Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
GRACE - Unmerited favor; a gift.
